Order this tiny cookie cake, looked like an oreo, but was not good at all, and $3.50. Got a honey lavendar ice coffee, sounded good but i wasnt a fan. Wouldnt get that again. Then ordered a regular choc chip cookie which looked very good, but the choc to cookie ratio was way off. It was all chocolate, i barely tasted any cookie. Tossed half of it out. Well, what can I say about this place? Let's start with the décor and atmosphere -- a bit too much Martha Stewart, but honestly beautiful. Not exactly cozy, but definitely charming. The sandwiches are nicely presented and the portions are generous. My choice wasn't the best; to be honest, I expected more. The Patricia's Prosciutto was rather simple compared to the others. My daughter had the Everything Croissant with smoked salmon, and it was truly outstanding. The service wasn't bad, but the girl who helped us seemed new. It took her quite a while to take our order, we had to repeat a few things, and even though we mentioned that only the pistachio croissant was to go, she brought everything in boxes. This is my go-to coffee shop in West Palm. Besides their amazing coffee, they have great pastries and such a large variety every day. The barista was so friendly. They have a ton of seating, but their outside area is beautiful and they even offer cold water for the hot days. I ordered a blueberry latte and a chocolate chip cookie. My son found this place this morning- but I was like nah- based without reading the reviews- However, when I saw fellow Yelper-Te-See, I knew I couldn't go wrong!! Very cute brunch spot on a convent location in west palm beach. The outside sitting area is very nice to just relax on a nice day. I got the regular matcha latte and a blueberry scone. I think the scone was very interesting. It had cheese and rosemary as well as the blueberry. The matcha was okay, it kind of tasted just like milk but make it green The lady at the counter was very kind and went out of her way to describe the different food. I love maman! The Wynwood location is my favorite one and I've been seeing maman open up so many new locations EVERYWHERE! Drove up to West Palm Beach to meet a fellow Yelp Elite friend from Cali, Te-see, for coffee and pastries. Loved that we finally got to meet in person as I missed her last time I was in Los Angeles. The place got busy quickly though and by the time we left around noon, the place was packed. I love the whole maman vibe all in all. Everything is lovely, beautifully curated and has so much charm. I will say I love the Wynwood location more so because all the windows bring in such beautiful natural lighting. This spot was a bit dim with minimal windows only in the front. But the patio seating area is amazing. So cozy and shaded. I got the Pistachio Wreath Dark Chocolate Cappucino and Pistachio Chocolate Croissant. Yes I'm currently in my pistachio era! Lol. The cappucino was perfect and not too sweet, I did confirm this with the lovely cashier before ordering. The presentation was on point. The pistachio croissant could have been better, there was way too much pistachio cream and i had to scoop about 75% of it out in order to enjoy it. The cream is so heavy and dense and only needed a light spread to get that full pistachio flavor. I wish I got the cinnamon bun kouign amann because maman makes the most perfect kouign amann. All in all, the space is more intimate here with a wide selection of pastries early in the morning. Service is wonderful and they are attentive. I love the featured Winter Seasonal Drinks. Funny enough, I caught these drinks on its last day. Good timing. They also have a private room towards the back, very small and intimate but a nice option for private events. Now I need to scope out each and every maman location so I can check them all off my list. I saw the one in the Miami Design District but it was closed at night when I was there. This cute coffee shop is just a short walk from the West Palm Beach Brightline station and has a great outdoor patio. The construction was too loud for us to sit outside but if it were done we would have happily enjoyed the nice breeze out here. We had first visited Maman in NYC. So we were delighted when they opened a location that was local for us. It was great at first, but as is the challenge in our area consistency over time becomes impossible for some. We had an awful experience, ordered food that came out over cooked (burnt) and unusually flat for a quiche, also my coffee and my wife's wine was never delivered. We won't be going back. My toddler son thoroughly enjoyed his everything croissant, despite usually being pretty unwilling to try anything new. I was most unmoved by the service or lack of. I was my usual chipper and friendly self and I could not get the woman helping me to even greet me. Even if she didn't speak a word of English, hello and a smile would've gone a long way, and as I write this, I feel like that interaction must have informed my entire experience because had either of the young women behind the counter been friendly, I don't care how trendy the place was or what the cost of the items were. They offered samples of moist carrot cake on the counter which I gobbled up and ordered the chocolate brownie and the cortadito coffee. We sat in the outside patio which provided several tables to relax and sip my $4.00 coffee. They give you a metal stick with a number to place on your table and await the delivery of your food which was only a few minutes. Extremely good brownie and decent tasting cortadito. Very cute boho establishment. We came here for a quick drink before dinner. They are not open evenings as it appears to mainly be a daytime coffee shop. We each had an espresso martini for happy hour on a Sunday night ($8 each) right before closing. We were happy they could accommodate us although they were closing in 30 minutes. I ordered a simple almond milk latte, but I was served a heavily sweetened specialty drink containing an undisclosed 'almond croissant' syrup. As someone monitoring their health, this hidden high-sugar additive was incredibly dangerous, causing my blood sugar to spike to 300, leading to nausea and dizziness. Terrible customer service. The manager blamed me for not knowing about a new, unpublicized item when two similar drinks exist on the menu. Instead of acknowledging poor menu clarity, he was defensive. He said he processed a refund, but I have no receipt or proof. Proper staff training on customer communication is clearly needed here. If my son, who is diabetic, had drunk this it could've put him into hospital. VERY irresponsible! read more

Maman, French for Mother was opened by Elisa Marshall a wedding planner and Benjamin Sormonte a corporate lawyer in 2014, in the SoHo neighborhood of New York City. The French style café was inspired by the owners wish to have a place that was warm and inviting as opposed to trendy. Family and friends helped to paint walls and stain floors and to keep costs down, items were repurposed. All of the profits from New York were used to fund their second café, Maman, Toronto. In 2017 Manan received national attention when Oprah Winfrey selected their Nutty Chocolate Chip Cookie as one of Oprah's Favorite Things. Maman has now expanded to over 30 cafés and a lifestyle brand punctuated by their blue and white porcelain and selling cookbooks, aprons and kitchen accessories, and partnering with jewelry brands and children's wear. Maman has now opened in four locations in South Florida including this café, their first in Palm Beach which opened last month. The all-day café serves salads, sandwiches, their famous chocolate chip cookies along with other pastries and baked goods. They host weekend brunch with a full bar and are available for private events. Drawn in by the reputation of their famous cookies and craving a snack, I wandered in on an early Sunday afternoon. I decided to dine inside but they have a beautiful outdoor patio area. The menu features coffee, tea sweets, soups, salads, and sandwiches along with seasonal items. I started off with a frothy cappuccino followed by Bella's Ham & Cheese Croissant Sandwich made with house made croissant bun, Dijon mustard, and cornichon. The sandwich was not only beautifully presented but it was delicious too. I finished every crumb. They had a special during my visit where if you downloaded the app and spent $20 you could get a free bakery item. I ended up purchasing a cookie and getting the last famous Nutty Chocolate Chip Cookie of the day for free. The Nutty Chocolate Chip cookie lived up to the hype. It was crisp and chewy on the outside and soft on the side and loaded with chocolate. It was just about as perfect of a chocolate chip cookie as I have ever had. The coffee was good, though the portion was definitely on the smaller side. I only tried one bakery item, and unfortunately, it was quite dry and underwhelming. I didn't try their croissants, so I can't speak to those. As someone who prefers vegan options, I saw only one vegan item on the bakery menu. Between this cafe and Pura Vida, I'd definitely choose Pura Vida for its high-quality ingredients, flavorful food, and more consistent service.
