This is the best breakfast around. So much food and the service is friendly. Their coffees are surprisingly yummy too.

The atmosphere is really cool, right in the middle of a beautiful park. The meal I ordered was the 2-2-2. Our waitress was young, and very brusk. Questions about the menu were not answered, but only directed to whether or not we were getting the said item. Not very pleasant service. The item I ordered was ok. The bisquitt was giant and not that great. The bacon was dry, it was mediocre at best. Yes, the menu tells you, there is a $2 extra charge for using credit card. Thats a bummer for the majority of us new first -time customers who use plastic and highly disappointing. Between that and the service, I won't be returning too soon. Cute, casual locally owned spot. We all ordered food and drinks. There is a $2 fee to pay with card. We waited a half hour to be seated which was not unreasonable. The old woman waitress asked us to leave since there was "a line of people waiting to be seated" meanwhile one of my friends was still finishing her drink. I've been to many restaurants when they are busy, and to ask people to leave early while trying to enjoy a brunch out is ridiculous. We were there less than an hour. First and foremost, Seed Cafe has a lovely location, with plenty of outdoor seating, situated in the middle of a small park. Parking was easy and free along a side street of the park. Although they were busy during Friday lunch service, we were greeted and seated quickly. The waitstaff were friendly too. The Seeds menu has plenty of breakfast/brunch/lunch options, including a number of custom biscuit sandwiches, salads, and wraps. Between us, we ordered a cold brew, a cucumber lemonade (highly recommend), a breakfast croissant sandwich, and a vegetarian Benedict (sautéed spinach and mushrooms). Overall, the drinks were great, but the food was a little on the bland side. We enjoyed our entrees, but both felt they were slightly lacking. The last time I decided to come out to seeds cafe might be my last. The staff was rude, argumentative, and frankly lies to your face. What an idiotic argument over something as silly as a side. The staff is forgetful and half the time they run out of biscuits before 10:30am, ON A WEEKDAY. For their signature item being biscuits you think you'd prepare accordingly. The potatoes are dry, undercooked, and lack flavor completely. I am a big supporter of local businesses and for second chances, but have a hard time when it comes to disrespect. This place is AMAZING! I don't know why I never heard of it sooner! Highly recommend getting there early because after 10 it gets packed and there's a wait since they have limited seating. I'm so glad I waited even if I was super hungry. Total worth the wait though! The biscuit breakfast sandwiches are top tier. You can tell the biscuits are made with love. Fluffy and buttery it's just SO good. The home fry potatoes are seasoned perfectly. Pair your breakfast with their cucumber lemonade for a perfect meal. The coffee selection is limited to a house made cold brew. The cold brew was ok, but they make up for it with cool flavors. The cold brew seems to be made to have a very light coffee flavor. My main need in the morning is coffee. I'm visiting with my daughter and she doesn't have a coffee brewer. I know, I failed. ‍ Anyway, I saw the pics and read reviews for Seeds, and I thought " Great, a cafe' with an interesting breakfast menu." Unfortunately they only make pre-mixed, pre-sugared coffee 'drinks' ... catering to non-coffee people. They don't have the ability to pull an espresso shot or adjust sweetness levels and have none of the traditional espresso-based drink standards. So I settle for coffee black. Meh. Otherwise, they have a beautiful patio and the food, from what I can tell, is good. Oh yeah, no outlets near tables so I can't do any work on my computer and they prefer cash, up-charging $2 for using a card. Ummmm...... whatever. read more

Found this cute little gem when I was looking for a place to grab a bit to eat. It's in a park and the scenery was lovely, lots of paths to take a walk after eating. The cafe has seating mainly outside, the weather was really nice so it wasn't too hot. The food was delicious and I also got one of their iced teas which was really refreshing. The chicken wrap was flavorful and the fries were crispy and hot. I will definitely come back again especially since the weather has been so nice out. read more

This is such a cute spot. Located in a park with a European flair, this is a true hidden gem. When we arrived we were able to seat ourselves at any of their cute tables. I ordered a hot pumpkin pie coffee and it was absolutely delicious! I didn't need to add anything, just perfect. It also came with a cute cat design (not a fan of cats, but it was super cute that they were able to make that design). I ordered the French toast which came with eggs, potatoes and sausage. It's a nice outdoor space with patio umbrellas to protect you from the sun. I recommend not coming on an extremely hot summer day, or you'll sweat throughout the entire meal. The food was delicious, tastes very authentic, and the ingredients are fresh. The coffee can be hit or miss, I suggest the whipped espresso. I go with my 1 year old son who is a little tornado and they are so sweet and have children books for the kids. The Busser is always so sweet and attentive. The food is OUTSTANDING! The fresh coffee's and the Iced Teas,they are so refreshing. I tried the guava iced tea amazing best tea I've had. This place is something you have to look for. It's tucked in the middle of Veterans park and it's behind the building with Red palm trees on the trim. You have park on Sparrow and walk towards the building with red palm trees. Once you get close you will outdoor tables and umbrellas. Directions has you thinking you are pulling into residential area off of Royal PB Blvd. go around them bend and you'll see all the parking. We got here around 9:05 on NYE which was a Friday. There was about 6 tables outside and one inside. There is a waterfall you can see from your tables. The vibe is super cute. They had a little bit of coffee shop type of music playing - not too loud so you could still talk, but loud enough to enjoy it. I ordered the Portabella eggs Benny, my husband ordered the breakfast burrito and we ordered a side of links sausage to split. I got the coffee and my husband just got water The Portabella mushroom is sliced and there was also some sautéed spinach under my egg. It was delicious. They ask you if you want your egg over easy as they are not poached. Over easy sounded perfect to me and I asked for the hollandaise sauce on the side. It arrived with four baby potatoes that were delicious. It appears as if they smashed them a little and maybe roasted them? I'm not sure what they did, but the skin is crispy and the inside is delicious. They were not oily like they were deep-fried. My husband got the breakfast burrito and he also had four of the potatoes on the side. His burrito was huge and I know it had scrambled eggs and sausage in it. He said it was delicious They have a nice assortment of iced teas and lemonades. I got regular coffee but they also had an option for "sweet cream foam" or a "strawberry sweet foam" Lee was our server and she was awesome. Being the only waitress there she was able to greet everyone quickly, refill coffee and get check to us quickly. What a lovely place to brunch! The atmosphere, customer service, and entrée options are all superb. The coffee selection is dynamite. Alcohol is not an option; however, Seeds offers a wide variety of delicious beverages. Coffees, unique fruit juices, lemonades, and teas to name a few. Smack in the middle of the park is this lovely outdoor dining experience. They have a wide variety of meals to choose from including both breakfast and lunch. This may not be the venue of choice if you are counting calories, or adhere to a strict diet. If you have some flexibility in your diet, it can easily work. Three of us met at noon and in the end all of us opted for lunch entrées. Two of us ordered the pumpkin spice cold brew. I would be lying if I didn't say I considered ordering a second round. It took a lot of restraint, but I'm proud to say I stuck to one. For entrées, two of us opted for chicken wraps. I ordered the grilled chicken wrap, but swapped the ranch for buffalo sauce. Additionally, I omitted the cucumbers. I paired it with the spiral fries which are basically a spiral cut potato wedge. YUM! The portion is generous so I saved half of my meal for dinner. The chicken as well as the accompanying ingredients tasted fresh including the wrap. The meal was served hot and in a timely manner. Our other friend ordered these amazing buffalo chicken fingers and spiral fries. The chicken fingers were smothered with buffalo sauce and cheese. It also took restraint not to invite myself to try a bite of her entrée, lol. We started with an original server, who is so friendly and was patient with us as we deliberated our order. Due to the fact her shift ended in the middle of our meal, we gained a new server. She was equally as friendly and they both did a great job of taking care of our needs. The park is peaceful, and the setting is tranquil. There was a nice breeze, which made it all the more tolerable given cool weather has not yet showed her face. The setting is cozy with simple decor making one feel at home. This venue is not a hop, skip or jump from my residence, but it is certainly worth the hike.
