I was quite disappointed with my experience at Camela Coffee. I stopped by during a morning run and ordered a bacon sandwich along with a coffee. Unfortunately, both left much to be desired. The sandwich was lacking in filling and real bacon. It's was like bacon bits, but it was mostly consisting of bread so much so that I regretted not taking a picture of it opened up. The coffee, which I had hoped would be good given that it's made from freshly ground beans, also fell flat. The service didn't help the situation either. I stood in front of a staff member for a good five minutes before someone else had to step in and prompt her to assist me. She was quite dismissive. On a positive note, the interior of the coffee shop is quite charming with ample seating, which is the only highlight of my visit. Perhaps I'll give Camela Coffee another chance in the future when there are different staff members on duty and I can try something else, but this visit was not a good one in terms of service or food. read more

Not your typical quiet, zen coffee house, but more of an upscale, lively setting that's perfect if you're into a vibrant atmosphere. Plenty of tables for business meet-ups, team collaborations, or just lounging with a drink. Even though there was a line, it moved quickly, and the baristas were warm and friendly. Such a cute place! I loved the half booths! They have a bunch of pillows for comfort and even a fake fire place. I got an iced matcha (their matcha isnt presweetened) which was lovely and the staff was very friendly and fast. This was on my list of new places to visit, and it didn't disappoint. There's plenty of space, though it filled up quickly before I knew it--no surprise, since the drinks are excellent. Drinks: 2/5 ordered the cookie butter Frappuccino, and a regular latte. The cookie butter Frappuccino was not a Frappuccino was just a regular latte. It has no essence and cookie butter on it. Honestly, very disappointing drink has it was not advertise correctly. It tasted more like some sort of extract that was put in. The latte was basic. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. Service: 5/5 service was great! The person taking our orders was very kind. And the drinks came out really quick. Ambiance: 5/5 is a very cute place to take someone on a date. The decorations is very cute and the lamp is super homey. He can probably stay here to do study. How are the drinks are so far so... I can only test to the drinks... The food looks really good. I haven't tried any of it. When talking to the person taking my order, they told me that the pastries were made in house. We decided to get out of the house for a change of scenery while working and picked Carmela as the spot to post up. It was a good decision! Places like Carmela Coffee are not the norm in Wellington, so it's nice to have the laid back, cozy coffee shop vibe amidst the hustle and bustle common in this part of town. The rustic decor is tasteful; very coffee chic. As always, I grade coffee partly on taste and partly on temperature. My americano with almond milk wasn't scalding hot and tasted very good! Solid B+. It did take the staff a moment to acknowledge my presence when I got to the counter as they were busy doing something on their phones, but they were friendly nonetheless. And the coffee came out relatively quickly. The coffee would've been enough to bring me in again, but the food was absolutely the showstopper. I got the chicken and sweet potatoes bowl. The avocado is creamy and complement the grains perfectly. The chicken is flavored well and the sweet potatoes round out the bowl. This one is a best seller for a reason. I've come here a few times and each time has been great. The coffee has great flavor and the food is amazing. The banana coconut bread has been my favorite so far! The inside is setup pretty cute but can get a little tight if it's crowded. Overall a nice spot to stop for some breakfast or brunch. read more

Wellington Carmela Coffee We absolutely needed this coffee shop in the area. I was already familiar with the franchise and missed it from when I lived in the fort last area so was excited to see one opening up near me. There is plenty of parking as the location in within a Publix shopping center. There's ample seating indoors and two tables outside as well. The staff has always been friendly and ready to answer any questions. The coffee to me is always consistent and makes me happy anytime I go! I recently tried a pastry as well and was pleasantly surprised by that as well and how fresh it was. You definitely gotta check out this new Carmela location! read more

I wanted to place an order for bulk boxes of brewed coffee and they only had two boxes available, although they could be more coffee they had no way to sell it to me. It is the holiday season clearly the management who places supply orders is not qualified to hold this position with the company. I will no longer do business with this company. read more

This is my second visit to Carmela Coffee and Toast Shop in Wellington, and I decided on black tea with milk and cane sugar. The black tea was rich and robust, perfectly brewed with a smooth texture. The addition of milk created a creamy balance, while the cane sugar added a nice sweetness. I also ordered a delicious breakfast croissant filled with eggs, chopped bacon, avocado, and cheddar cheese--it was perfectly warm. The place was a bit crowded at 8:30 AM, but I found parking right in front, which was a plus. The service is wonderful! The ambiance is wonderful! I thought my iced coffee was a little watered down but it was ok! I probably would get a hot drink next time I go. I got the caprese avocado toast. The presentation was beautiful and you could share it there was a lot but it was bland. At least in my opinion. My Mom got a turkey sandwich and she loved it!
