This was on my list of new places to visit, and it didn't disappoint. There's plenty of space, though it filled up quickly before I knew it--no surprise, since the drinks are excellent. I recommend the tiramisu latte; it's the fastest way to shake off any drowsiness. A great spot to get work done or meet up with friends.

Nice busy crowd on a Sunday at noon. My girl had the yummy Nutella croissant and I, the chicken avocado bowl with sweet potato, greens, barley and seeds. Interesting but perfect combo. Lo cal and tasty. Super fresh and nice presentation. Owner, nice lady, very kind checked on us. We'll be back

Drinks: 2/5 ordered the cookie butter Frappuccino, and a regular latte. The cookie butter Frappuccino was not a Frappuccino was just a regular latte. It has no essence and cookie butter on it. Honestly, very disappointing drink has it was not advertise correctly. It tasted more like some sort of extract that was put in. The latte was basic. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. Service: 5/5 service was great! The person taking our orders was very kind. And the drinks came out really quick. Ambiance: 5/5 is a very cute place to take someone on a date. The decorations is very cute and the lamp is super homey. He can probably stay here to do study. How are the drinks are so far so... I can only test to the drinks... The food looks really good. I haven't tried any of it. When talking to the person taking my order, they told me that the pastries were made in house. However, when I asked them what the ingredients inside, they weren't able to tell me if they used pistachio butter or pistachio extract.

We decided to get out of the house for a change of scenery while working and picked Carmela as the spot to post up. It was a good decision! Places like Carmela Coffee are not the norm in Wellington, so it's nice to have the laid back, cozy coffee shop vibe amidst the hustle and bustle common in this part of town. The rustic decor is tasteful; very coffee chic. As always, I grade coffee partly on taste and partly on temperature. My americano with almond milk wasn't scalding hot and tasted very good! Solid B+. It did take the staff a moment to acknowledge my presence when I got to the counter as they were busy doing something on their phones, but they were friendly nonetheless. And the coffee came out relatively quickly. The coffee would've been enough to bring me in again, but the food was absolutely the showstopper. I got the chicken and sweet potatoes bowl. The avocado is creamy and complement the grains perfectly. The chicken is flavored well and the sweet potatoes round out the bowl. This one is a best seller for a reason. I'll definitely come back again.

I've come here a few times and each time has been great. The coffee has great flavor and the food is amazing. The banana coconut bread has been my favorite so far! The inside is setup pretty cute but can get a little tight if it's crowded. Overall a nice spot to stop for some breakfast or brunch.

Very friendly service, drinks are a bit sweet but still amazing. The food was not too much and not too little for the price, and the ambiance is the perfect place to study, eat or socialize

This is my second visit to Carmela Coffee and Toast Shop in Wellington, and I decided on black tea with milk and cane sugar. The black tea was rich and robust, perfectly brewed with a smooth texture. The addition of milk created a creamy balance, while the cane sugar added a nice sweetness. I also ordered a delicious breakfast croissant filled with eggs, chopped bacon, avocado, and cheddar cheese--it was perfectly warm. The place was a bit crowded at 8:30 AM, but I found parking right in front, which was a plus. The shop was clean as usual, and since I signed up for the rewards program during my last visit, I enjoyed 20% off my bill. The cashier was friendly, making the experience even better.

Amazing- big portions and delicious coffee!!!!

Totally Awesome Subs has been serving up fresh and delicious subs and salads since 2011. Totally Awesome Subs has a classic rock theme.. There are rock music posters and collectibles on the walls and music playing throughout the cafe. There are a number of tables if you want to eat in or you can take your meal to go as I did. All of the subs and salads are made with high quality meat and cheese, locally sourced produce, and fresh baked bread. The menu includes cold subs and wraps, hot subs including their signature subs, fresh salads, soups, and snacks. Feel free to customize your meal to your taste. I decided on the 8 inch Italian sub with ham, capicola, Genoa salami, and provolone. All subs come with lettuce, tomato, onion, sweet and hot peppers, oil vinegar, salt, pepper, oregano, mayo, and mustard. Any other toppings are an additional price. I loved that they sliced the meet fresh for my sandwich and the bread was fresh. I took my sub to go to enjoy at a nearby park but I felt welcome to dine in. I found both the price and service to be satisfactory at Totally Awesome Subs. I would stop in again if I was in Greenacres and in need of a quality and budget friendly lunch.

They have so many varieties of pastries, desserts, and cakes on display that's it is hard to choose. The Cuban sandwich was excellent. Slightly warm on pressed fresh Cuban bread. And the pork, ham, and cheese inside were very good as well. In fact, it was one of the better Cuban sandwiches we've had in quite awhile. For dessert, my husband got a guava and cheese pastelito. It's in the shape of a turnover. Not too sweet because the cheese tempers the sweetness of the guava. It is one of his favorites. I tried a chocolate Napoleon with merengue. The top layer had the chocolate glaze and there were thick meringue layers between each pastry layer. It was a bit gloppy and not the easiest to eat. Very sweet but good. I brought half home. Yes, they are a quite popular chain. But they have a pretty good and efficient system working at this location. And lots of staff proficient in both English and Spanish. I know we will be back.

We sat at the bar, and I highly recommend it if you want the full experience. The bartenders were amazing super welcoming, engaging, and entertaining while making drinks. It made the whole visit feel fun and personal. Now let's get into the food because this is where they really shine. We ordered: * Banana Bourbon Coconut French Toast - $16 * Regular French Toast (side) - $16 * Oxtail & Grits - $25 * Eggs & Sausage - $10 First, the French toast... absolutely incredible. The bread was extremely soft, rich, and perfectly soaked without being soggy. The banana bourbon coconut flavor took it to another level sweet, buttery, and full of flavor. Definitely the star of the table. The oxtail & grits were just as impressive. The oxtail was tender, well-seasoned, and fell right off the bone, paired with creamy, smooth grits that balanced everything out perfectly. Even the eggs and sausage simple but done right. No complaints across the board. Total came out to around $67 before tax, and honestly, it was worth every dollar considering the quality, portions, and overall experience. Overall: Great food, great ambience, and excellent customer service. This is one of those spots where you leave already planning your next visit. 10/10 I'll definitely be back.
