Honestly just because i love jersey mikes and AT LEAST someone was nice im giving it 3 stars. One of the ladies on the line was extremely rude. from the start she said "what do you want" I honestly was baffled and didn't realize what she said up until the second time she said something. Got to the end and literally she looked so pissed off that i bought something, charged me didn't even ask if i wanted a receipt literally did want one so I HAD to ask her and she didn't even move a muscle once I asked. Another gentleman was there and came over fast to ask if i wanted my receipt and a BAG which baffled me cuz she just slid the food over and I just stood there. I've tried to eat at this place 3 times over 2 weeks. But you walk in and watch flies climb all over the meat, cheese, toppings, and everything else. I never waste time leaving a bad review but, this needs to be addressed. I don't know how anyone can stand there ordering their sandwich and flies are landing on everything and the sandwich guy doesn't even react, like it's totally NORMAL. That is disgusting!!! The young man behind the counter was very friendly and welcomed me as I stepped in. My roast beef sandwich with provolone cheese was fixed quickly and efficiently by the same employee. The sandwich was huge, so I brought half of it home to eat the next day.The roast beef was rare, which is the way I like it. I thoroughly enjoyed eating at Jersey Mike's. Came to this Jersey Mike yesterday with my family. Went to the lady's room, NO toilet paper, NO hand soap, especially during this COVID time! I have no idea if their employees washing their hands before going back to prepare food for the customers or not.. All of the tables there were dirty, they were all covered with crumbs. I told TWO employees that there were no toilet paper or hand soap in the ladies room but NETHER of them cared. Great, after hearing their responses, I had NO desire to eat here at all... I created an order at this shop and when I arrived at the store customers were packed inside shoulder-to-shoulder. The store wasn't following any form of social distancing or hygiene. I refused to risk my health or anyone else's so I waited outside and called from my car. An associate offered to bring my order to my car and acknowledged how busy they were and that the store was unsafe. During my 40 minute wait of my wasted lunch hour, I was tempted to contact OSHA, social media, etc. However, I am sensitive to the fact that businesses are already struggling so I called the customer service dept. at the corporate office instead. A nice woman was apologetic and said she'd follow up directly with the store. I made additional attempts at calling the store again but only received recordings stating associates were too busy to take calls. I eventually left and got lunch from a competitor. One week later and I'm still waiting on the refund that was promised. I will NEVER step foot again in a Jersey Mike's!! read more

Subs are the bombbbb ! Love how thin they slice their meats and cheeses ! Always get my sub Mikes Way minus the onions and its almost always on point ! Only time I've ever had an issue with this establishment is when I completed an online order. They ended up fudging it a little but it was anything that couldn't be fixed.
