I've indulged at this Culver's twice, one time curbside, the other drive thru. Both quick and easy. Culver's isn't the cheapest option but my desserts were fast food top tier. Meal was OK; I ordered the mushroom swiss burger with fries. I went with the single and that was very insufficient amount of protein. Decent amount of mushrooms. Desserts I've tried were the concrete mixer with vanilla, comes with two mixins- I chose salted caramel and heath. Of course you can add more mixins for .60 or more if it's nuts. I am currently enjoying my staycation here in West Palm Beach and instead of eating at the resort, I chose to visit Culver's since it was about 16 minutes away from me. I was on the phone with my cousin at the time and she advised that Culver's has good burgers as well as fish sandwiches. As I drove up, I was very impressed at the outside look of the restaurant. I decided to do the drive thru as I wanted to get back to the resort to enjoy my meal. The ordering process was very fast and each associate that I communicated with was very pleasant and provided great customer service. The first thing that they asked me is my name prior to placing the order as your meal is brought out to you. I decided to order the deluxe double burger and a side order of fries. Once I placed my order, I drove up and paid. I was then provided a number that I displayed on my mirror to ensure the correct order was provided to me. I was advised to drive up. There were approximately 3 vehicles ahead of me, but it went by pretty fast. My order was brought out and the associate made sure to say my name to confirm that it was me which I loved. Once I arrived back to the resort I was pleasantly surprised at the packaging and of course the food. I loved the different messages that were displayed. It actually made me laugh. The burger was huge and delicious as well as the fries. I would give my meal a 10/10. Culver's is a big upgrade from Wendy's for sure! I have not seen a Culver's around my area, but I see that they have one in Cooper City, Tamarac and Margate. I will be sure to stop by the one in Cooper City when I am around the area. read more

I was leaving the Lake Park area and feeling peckish, so Culver's crossed to mind. I ordered my usually buffalo chicken tenders with blue cheese. Made it a combo with fries and a cheesecake shake. Staff are always a delight. The shake was delicious. The fries could have been cooked longer. We had the most amazing experience with our first visit to Culver's!! Not only was the food super delicious, the staff and manager went above and beyond to make my grandchildren feel special! Liam said he had the best milkshake in the world!! And told the manager that it was his #4 birthday. So they sang Happy Birthday and gave him some custard with strawberries (his favorite)! Recently I've had a couple of unfortunate experiences at this particular Culver's. I ordered online and got to the restaurant, where I parked in the one of two spots for pickup. I clicked on the "I'm here" button and waited for my order. Waited and waited and waited. I finally walked in and found my order, behind a bunch of other orders, on the counter. It took a couple of people to find it. I asked for the manager. He came out and said that he looked out and didn't see the green Cadillac. (One empty spot and one with a green Cadillac.) He somehow missed that. He didn't have the food, of course, as it was hiding on the counter. So, evidently he casually looked for the car, didn't see it and decided to ignore the" I'm here." notice. I've heard so much about Culver, and was so excited to try. We got to this Breite, beautiful fast food restaurant passing the drive-through and seeing a woman bringing food out to people sitting in their car. We were helped by Tania, who is very upbeat and helpful, she helped us navigate the menu. We each got a deluxe burger with the lettuce and tomato, onions and mayo, we shared an order of onion rings and concrete with caramel and cookie dough. Our meal came out faster than I could wash my hands. Chris came around a few minutes later to ask if we needed anything else. Initially I didn't realize the individual being chased and called out in the Parking Lot was me. The Employee wanted to know why I was taking photos and when I answered it was for a Post he was content. For some reason I wasn't offended at the time. But the more I thought about it later I should've been angry and either ignored him or told him to take a hike. Today I used Uber eats to I place a $50 lunch order with Culver's. The driver was pleasant, and the Culver's bag was stapled and sealed. Whomever packed our lunch forgot a few items, so I called spoke with Jessica the store manager about the order and she was not pleasant, did not offer to correct or even apologize for the inconvenience instead she told me to call UBER and dispute it. This is just wrong as a manager she did not take accountability for her staff and guess what? I did not get my missing items, nor will I call UBER eats because the driver DID NOT pack the order! I go to Culver's at least 2 to 3 times a week. Their food is fresh and delicious. I've never had a bad meal.

After going to one when I was in another state last month, I promised myself that we would go to the one near us when we had time again. We made a stop there for dinner and it did not disappoint. I went for the pot roast sandwich and the flavor of the day custard, which was caramel cashew. Oh my geeeeeee. Both of the items were so good and I still can't get over how delicious the custards are there. It's probably a good thing that the place is a half hour away...lol! I like the NW cod dinner, but it would be healthier if grilled not fried and with mashed potatoes and broccoli than fries. Also, your large photo of the custard with chocolate and strawberries looks like a 16 oz. When I got it was more like a sampler; it's just one scoop I was told. I love Culver's and this location is no exception. I've had two perspectives for this place. I tried to eat here a few years ago and unfortunately the prices didn't make sense for me financially. Eventually things did get a bit better and I've been here a few times since. It's one of my favorite places to eat, frozen custard is great, burgers are great and so are the curds. I've never had an issue with the staff they've all been very nice. I've made some special requests here and they've obliged without a peep.
