It has become bit of a tradition to come here with the family after Grimaldi's. A nice cool treat after having pizza. Even when I try not to indulge I still grab a cup and try to add a little bit of the vanillas and coconut tart. Reeces peanut butter clusters are always a must along with hot fudge and marshmallow sauce. It's always enough to share with my hubby. read more

The yogurt was really good! They had a decent sized selection of toppings too. We were in and out quickly and the store was clean and well kept. My only note would be to keep in mind that it's priced by weight, so if you have littles, maybe don't let them fill the cups themselves there was only one person working while we were there which was fine because we didn't need much assistance. It was nice to finish dinner in the area and walk over to froyo to finish the night! read more

Was here two weeks ago with my daughter Great frozen yogurt, delicious toppings. Only problem I encountered was their card machine was down. Luckily I had cash. If not for the card machine, this would've been a five star review. read more

This is the best yogurt I've ever had!!! Flavors are spot on!! I have to find one closer to me bcuz I have to have more asap!!!!

Fro-Yotopia is a nice spot that will satisfy your frozen yogurt cravings. It has a good selection of flavors and toppings. Although I would just suggest plane yogurt or one or two toppings. The cookie dough and brownie bites tasted a bit off. They price by weight so it can get a bit expensive. Employees were friendly. Overall nice spot for kids and a refreshing treat! read more

EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE!! The yogurt was fine but it was $25 for two cups that were about a third full with one topping and a third that was about 2/3 full. If you just cover the bottom and add one topping you might get out of there for $5 or $6 but that's hardly any yogurt. I will not be back. read more

It was the worst I've ever had and the price was ridiculous for what I got myself that as well took the money and threw it out the window, customer service was none read more

SHOCKED to find I owed $24.00 for cup of yogurt. When I finally could speak I asked cashier how this is possible. He says the price is due to " their location ( Palm Beach Gardens). And inflation." I said "YOU CHARGING THIS IS THE REASON FOR INFLATION" Let's hope they no longer can afford their rent because of INFLATION. read more

Fro-Yotopia - the front of the store - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Palm Beach Gardens, Florida

It is an abuse because a cup of ice cream costs 14 dollars, and there are no chairs or table.

Do yourself a favor by avoiding this location unless you immediately require frozen yogurt and cannot delay or find another location for any reason. Fro-Yotopia epitomizes frozen dessert restaurant mediocrity across all aspects, from its flavorless appearance, awkwardly quiet interior, and exorbitant prices. It is the standard, copy-paste, downtown rip-off trap into which we all occasionally fall. I visited for the first (and certainly last) time on 22 January 2022 and paid $9.14 for the lightest cup of frozen yogurt probably ever made, and it tasted awful. The flavor, "California Tart," which by all reasonable expectations should have featured light and zesty qualities, instead tasted like the culinary equivalent of the disaster that is the state of California - overly bitter and spoiled. The positively unpalatable mixture was promptly discarded. Sad! read more

This place was an average good froyo place. 4 stars for having nutella topping which most don't. Good toppings and cheap prices.. bought for two and paid $13. I got the plain yogurt tart with Nutella, Reese's, chocolate chip and it was pretty great. Nice sitting area outside if it's not too hot of a day. Would def come back here. read more

DIRTY AND RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES who are snide and unkept. The one lady who is paid to hand out samples has poor oral hygiene and molests the sample cups with her grimy dirty fingers that make you want to vomit thinking of putting the sample cup to your mouth. They watch you like hawks because they are afraid you may drop a dab of yogurt. They over charge and the scales are not accurate. They act like they are selling rare truffles and are disrespectful. If you want to over pay and have crappy flavors, old stale toppings and get some e-coli from the dirtiness this is your place! If you value your life, you will go elsewhere. As the snide overweight manager would say in her sarcastic tone, "have a nice day". read more

Awful customer service. Nicole hovered over us while we prepared our frozen yogurt, made comments about "wasted product" that we were willing to add to our tab, and then proceeded to argue and berate our party of 6 to the point of us just having to walk out. They're worried about "wasted product", but it cost them a whole lot more for us having to leave entire cups of yogurt after being verbally attacked over 0.01 oz of yogurt. Then the manager came and made it so much worse. Unbelieveable lol when there's 1093738 other froyo places in palm beach, go literally anywhere else. No wonder it was empty when we walked up! Not to mention, the toppings were old and clumped up, flavors were not good, and the place generally seemed less than clean. read more

$13 for a cup of soft serve yogurt, Rip off and it was just okay, nothing special. I don't mind spending money but come on.

This is a nice little frozen yogurt shop. Service isn't the friendliest. Selection is mediocre. Restaurant is clean and bright. Open late.

how can 6 small yogurts cost $66.00? I know they go by weight, but these were small. Biggest ripoff-highway robbery imaginable. Stay away. They must be trying to make up for lost traffic with mall being redone. Zero stars as far as I'm concerned read more

The building was small and dirty. The yogurt was nothing special and was way overpriced. Wouldn't go back.

Fro-Yotopia is a delicious and quick place to get ice cream. They have many different toppings and flavors of ice cream. They have a strawberry ice cream which is what I recommend but overall it is a fun and delicious Fro-Yo place. read more

Wow. All I can say is how Racist. I walk in with a party of 6 people (all non-white) about to fill up 6 cups worth of frozen yogurt. And When I went to pour for my sister-in-law frozen yogurt because she is holding her 1 year old baby. So before I pour the ice cream I pull the lever down to let the nasty dripping that was left over, and Nicole, the wonderful employee, walked over to us, then told me "Dont waste the product" because she assumed we could not afford the yogurt..... Not only did she then sit there with a disgusted look on her face, she just kept staring. Unbelievable. Awesome place to go if you're looking for a tasty frozen treat! But then again this part of town seems to have a frozen yogurt place around every corner. It's like frozen yogurt is to Palm Beach as coffee shops are to Pacific NW. You start by taking your fro yo cup - which we only had a choice of one size. Would have been nice to have some cup size choices. Then you pick your flavor(s) of fro yo and serve yourself. I went with the coconut frozen yogurt. Mmmm.... Then off to the toppings bar, where there are numerous choices of fruits, nuts, candies, sprinkles, etc. I topped mine with some strawberries and mango and slivered almonds. Prices are based on the weight of your frozen yogurt cup, so if you really get into toppings be ready to pay more. read more

overall: clean, good flavors, competitively priced. slightly annoying that you have to be 'helped' by an employee in order to sample the flavors. just give me my thumb-sized cup and let me taste them. what's the fear? that i'm going to get my yogurt fix and not pay? menchies is pretty successful and they let you sample without a stalker/employee. a quick rant about the price: a full cup with a moderate amount of toppings can easily add up to $10. it's delicious, and fun.. but very hard to justify. after all, it's just yogurt. it shouldn't cost more than my movie ticket or a dessert at a 4 star restaurant. just my 2 cents. this isn't a knock on fro-yotopia specifically (they aren't more expensive than their competitors) but on self serve yogurt shops in general. /rant read more

I would give this place a 3.5 star rating overall. I liked that someone was there to offer samples of any flavor we wanted to try. I ended up using one of the flavors that I had tried. The topping bar was big which is always a good thing but I may have missed or they were lacking a few staple toppings of mine. I thought the place was laid out poorly because there wasn't a lot of room to move around near the machines and I felt a bit crowded. Also, its always a bit of a guess to figure out how much $ you are going to spend at the end of the night. The prices weren't posted clearly and I was only able to figure out how much we were being charged when we went to the register. Overall, its a decent place to go get yogurt and enjoy the mall atmosphere. I would just caution people to make a smaller version of what you normally do because it seemed that the scales were a bit weighted heavy. Yep, I am nitpicky but as I said overall I did enjoy the yogurt. read more

I really enjoy this place. It is easily the cleanest froyo place I have ever been to! Going into a self serve place where the topping bar is a mess an all the bins are contaminated is a huge disappointment and I have NEVER had that issue here. I also appreciate that they always have at least one non dairy flavor in stock at all times. I don't eat yogurt, but frequently go with people who do and it's nice to know that we will all have options. I don't really understand a lot of the complaints about this place. The whole issue of overfilling your cup happens at pretty much every self serve froyo or ice cream place I have ever been to. Almost everyone takes too much at these places and that's part of the fun and the indulgence of going. read more

Located in downtown Gardens and cleverly located next to the carousel. There is a wall of flavors and toppings. They charge by weight and it is self serve. If you need to sample, the cashier has to put gloves on and come around from the pay counter with tiny cups. This process does not seem efficient. I imagined how they would manage if more people wanted samples in addition to customers waiting in line to pay. I was a bit annoyed by this process. It was a pricey 8 bucks for 3 short pumps and one topping. My flavors were Cake Batter, Cookies and Cream, and Salted Caramel Popcorn with FAKE Oreo Cookie topping. I wonder if they can use the Oreo brand name while using generic cookies. The Cake flavor was pretty good at first but the after taste was not pleasant. As a matter of fact the other flavors had an odd after taste. All the flavors tasted the same as each after the first bite. Nothing impressionable. Which leads me to the thought of how is frozen yogurt still a thing. Choose ice cream if craving sweets. Sugar is sugar in any form. Gelato is also a superior option over yogurt. This was mediocre yogurt and venue at best. read more

Always have loved this place! I brought a kid in that I babysit and he was disappointed (and me surprised) that they didn't have the vanilla/chocolate swirl. The toppings are awesome and it's very reasonably priced, but there were only 3 stools and 2 were occupied. I was not going to sit in the heat to eat my frozen treat, so I stood. The girl working was polite, but when her male co-worker took a "Juul break" outside, I decided I won't be returning. Management should pay attention. read more

Enjoyable, and similar to others like it. They boast many flavors of fro-yo straight from the fountain. You can serve yourself as much or as little as you like, but be careful - they only give you the huge cups - I believe that is to encourage sales. But the toppings bar is where you can define your dessert. Any kind of topping you can imagine. You pay by the ounce and you can sit outside and watch the carousel go by while you enjoy your fro-yo. read more

We've been coming here since the shop opened. Great selection of flavors and possibly the best toppings around. The shop always has that "just cleaned" smell. We love that the owner is always there. She is very helpful always smiling, giving samples and helping you decide what to get and how to top it. There are many yogurt shops in the area but we think Fro Yotopia is hands down the best. read more

Oh my gosh! Best froyo place ever! The staff is friendly and helpful. There is always a wide variety of froyo and toppings. It is priced according to how much your cup weighs, so the price is not bad at all. You serve your own froyo from the dispenser and scoop your own toppings. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a healthier than ice cream treat! Delicious! read more

This is in a fun location in Downtown at the Gardens, an outdoor mall with a carousel for the kids. I don't really like the yogurt (not very real tasting) and the super strong smell of the cleaner they use. But it's a fun outing when combined with the carousel. read more

Had a great selection of yogurts and toppings! I love that it's self serve and you choose what you want.

We used to go after movies and loved the spoons that you got with each cup--re-usable dishwasher safe and great for morning coffee because they don't change the temperature. Discovered couple nights ago they don't have the spoons anymore. Instead they have the standard cheap plastic spoons. Five of us went across the street instead to the gellato place in Legacy. If they bring the spoons back, we might go back. read more

Yummo! Fresh, clean and nice atmosphere. Great place to stop in between shopping or just watching the kids on the carousel.

Another in the long line of self-serve yogurt places. The usual - nothing to make the place stand out. $36.00 for 4 people... not totally full cups and moderate toppings. Will try others before returning. read more

Best Froyo! Awesome flavors and great toppings! Highly recommend!

A five star yogurt experience!! The owner Cheryl not only greets you with excitement and a smile, she whisks you away and offers you the most heavenly tastings of delicious yogurt of your choice. I have had experiences at two other local yogurt shops and not one stands close to FroYoTopia!! If I could, I would enjoy this tasty treat everyday. Cleanliness, hospitality, and the best yogurt around doesn't get much better than that!!
