We love coming to palm beach ice cream for the best ending to date night! They are always busy with the line out of the door BUT the team that works there is swift, nice, and keeps the line moving. My favorite flavor is the Reese's while my boyfriend loves the Banana Forester. Both combined are AMAZE. We recommend getting the 2 dip and sharing bc it is a lot and (cheaper) than buying 2 single dips. Come here if you're eating dinner local and want some good ice cream for desert! read more

Love this place! Oh well I'll still go back. The staff was really nice and personable. The place was clean. However they did not have the flavor I wanted today. It was a Saturday night first thing! The staff was even worried about how many times he is going to have to say it. So we just got another flavor. Still delicious! read more

Great fresh ice cream, big parking lot, friendly service and a decent seating area to enjoy your ice cream before you go.

Been around forever and that's for a reason, it's reliable, family friendly and fresh. Great ice cream, great toppings

I PALM BEACH ICE CREAM! The best ice cream in town!! And so thankful they have this second location off of indiantown. Their ice cream is loaded with toppings & flavor! The perfect consistency! Not too soft not too hard- juuuust right! read more

Go here (Tequesta) for fresh daily made icecream (cinnamon wafer cone with rainbow sprinkles in my new go to) and there are many unique flavors....the texture is soft and it reminds me of gelato. My new favorite ice cream is the cinnamon! Used to be coconut/banana but the cinnamon is unique and off the hook! We come here every night after dinner right before 10pm. The scene is No frills and it has lots of interesting signs to read with pictures to look at. I really love their logo. There is also a mini kids bench that must be a sturdy antique because they don't make benches like this anymore. It held about 400 lbs with two adults surprisingly! It's a fun place to sit eat your ice-cream and people watch if the adult seats are all taken. The service is a mixed bag and that's why I'm dropping a star. First I feel really bad because the staff has to take out each container to scoop the ice-cream which seems really inefficient and annoying. The line would go faster if they used the containers that lock automatically in the freezer but perhaps they couldn't fit all the delicious flavor options? They also have a free water station which I think every icecream store should have because who isn't thirsty after eating ice-cream? If I recall correctly on Wednesdays there is a 25 y/o female with a big personality that had us all laughing in line...she recommended her favorite flavor cinnamon. Let's call her "chatty Kathy" and note that she is an asset to this establishment. 6 months ago in August when we came the owner was very nice and engaged in conversation and we decided this was our new favorite go to ice-cream spot. We even tried the other Palm Beach ice-cream location but kept coming back to this one. This one usually results in some interesting conversation with the locals. This time around the owner seemed stressed as she was training someone new. They took a teaspoon of sprinkles off our ice-cream and put it back because it weighed too much. I get it that there's a p&L but your customers want good portions and toppings and don't want to be nickle and dimed. Also, it's not a good look to put product back to serve after it's been in someone's plate even if they didn't touch it yet. A suggestion could be to lose the scale and perhaps hire a manger because Chatty Kathy really has an engaging personality and is a gem to this establishment. Then again on Friday we came in and there were two young adults working and they were cool, generous and the music was pumping! People come for the good vibes, smiles and good ice-cream. I bet you would sell a lot more volume if the portions and toppings were always generous and plentiful. My favorite ice-cream store in LBI puts toppings in the bottom on your cup and on top of your ice-cream. They have about 14 smiling high energy young people that work there, give really large portions, have fair pricing and the line is always around the block! read more

Palm Beach Ice Cream in Jupiter Florida offers freshly made natural flavored ice creams. This is not a typical chain store but a independently owned store. They have a smaller selection but have some awesome flavors. The staff was nice. The store has both indoor and outdoor seating. The store is in a shopping center and parking isn't a real problem. 1. Mediocre ice cream that immediately melted as soon as the guy handed it to me. A disaster until I had had enough and threw it away. 2. $25 for 4 cones, $5 Tip . Completely ridiculous for single scoop cones ! Not even waffle cones ! Just dried out sugar cones. 3. Did the tip raise your testosterone so you BELLOWED out the word NO when I politely asked if you had bathrooms for PATRONS? 4. Is the building code not Applicable in this strip mall ?!? 456.3.2.1 Food service establishment shall be provided with adequate and conveniently located bathroom facilities for its employees and guests in accordance with provisions of the Florida Building Code, Plumbing. Public access to toilet facilities shall not be permitted through food preparation, storage, or ware washing areas. I want my tip back rude guy worker! I really wished I would have asked for the receipt - based on this experience I want to be sure I'm not also paying a premium for using a (gasp) credit card! Cuz it is only 2023! This place was a mess - we didn't even see a register or card reader! read more

This is my favorite I've cream spot in Palm Beach. Every time I visit I have to stop by. This is not one of those glitzy or over the top ice cream parlors. It's very old school, and that's the best part. Because it comes through in the quality of the ice cream. There are so many flavors and options, and they do not skimp on the portions. The coconut ice cream is my absolute favorite, with the butter pecan coming in a close and delicious second. read more

The ice cream was tasty, and I love having so many locally-owned ice cream options in Jupiter proper. I have frequented the Tequesta (og?) location many times, and it is chock full with personality. This location has reliably been an ice cream store of some brand for decades, but unfortunately, this spot is in desperate need of love. The decor is lacking in personality. And the signage is not very informative (what IS Palm Beach Ice Cream? Who are the owners? What ingredients do they use? etc.). When I think of other local ice cream stores, who have invested in creating a selfie-worthy, fun, and/or kid-friendly atmosphere inside, Palm Beach Ice Cream cannot compete. However, the most important thing - the ice cream itself - is really tasty! There is no seating inside (presumably due to covid), but their outdoor seating is completely inadequate. 1 tiny table has 3 chairs that are rusting with broken seats. The other tiny table has only 1 chair... 1 chair! Also, the store has plenty of storefront, yet only these 2 tiny tables. I stood next to my family while they sat down! Seating is so essential, because.. ice cream doesn't last THAT long! Thank you for having kid sizes! This is awesome. Styrofoam: not so awesome. read more

It has been a while since I last came to Palm Beach Ice Cream because I moved to Volusia County and could only stop when I was in the area. Every time I came south I would stop at the beginning or end or both the beginning and the end of my 3 hour drive to get a scoop or two of Dastardly Hash. It was just that good. This trip I stopped and was surprised when I hadn't encountered a single raisin in my ce cream after several spoonfuls. When I asked the gentleman at the counter about it, he told me that the new owners had made the decision to take the raisins out of dastardly hash because it didn't sell as much as other flavors without the raisins. . Why call it Dastardly Hash? Dastardly Hash has raisins. There are several other options -- three I believe -- that ice cream fans can choose if they don't like raisins. I asked the gentleman if they had any raisins that he could give me. He said they didn't have those either. I was left paying $7 a scoop for ice cream that isn't even what it's supposed to be. I don't even think the ice cream is as good as it was before. I understand that there are new owner. I hope they do well; but, I have serious doubts that they understand ice cream. Previously, prices were about three dollars a scoop. The Dastardly Hash had what it's supposed to have: nuts, raisins, and chunks of chocolate. I think the new owners are trying to cheapen their costs and they've lost themselves along the way. I hope they don't lose it all. One star was for the young man behind the counter who was kind and courteous and quick to serve everyone. He deserves more. read more

Very solid ice cream will definitely go again with the kids! Nothing to overpowering, but very subtle. Looking forward to coming again.

You go on a Monday and it says it's open at 12 and at 4 everything is dark and locked. No signs. No explanation.

2 stars for the variety of flavors but that's all I can say that was a high point. The works seemed overly miserable and we're moving at a snails pace. I ordered the rocky road and my boyfriend had the butterfinger both had little to no flavor. I've had better in the freezer section at Publix. But the worst part is how fast it melted we opted to eat it there both of us getting cones, and within minutes it's dripping turning into a soup and it became a race to see who can like up all the drippings from the sides quicker, not even enjoyable. We had ice cream soup- not sure if it was not kept cold enough or there was an issue with there freezer. But we ended up saying screw it and just threw it out we were covered in ice cream drippings and just disappointed- looks like we had similar opinions to most.. read more

The texture of the ice cream was sticky and too icy. I prefer a creamy texture. I still don't understand how I've cream can pull like cheese. It was lacking flavor. I took a couple of spoon fulls. I had like a burning sensation on the roof of my mouth. It seemed to cold or frozen to enjoy. I threw it in the trash. Too much money for disappointment. Not going back. Ew just ew. read more

Been going to Palm beach for a over year. They have the best ice cream by far! We go so much Ryan knows us by name. He is the best by the way. Everyone that I dealt with there are very accommodating when I tell them I have a tree nut allergy, I know the separate ice cream bin is really hard bc its super cold and I appreciate that they still scoop up my favorite flavor. Except for today...I went tonight for my usual salty caramel. Some one behind the counter not familiar to us proceeded to tell he cannot serve me that ice cream because its too hard, would I care for the regular salty caramel they serve everyone else. I wish i could eat that but since they have a lot of ice cream flavors with nuts I cannot or else i will have an anaphylactic reaction. He suggested to go to the Tequesta store WTH??? I am an adult so I just left but what if it was a child that has a tree nut allergy. One would deny a child bc the ice cream is too hard??? Sooo disappointed to say the least. I would give zero stars for service if I could. Just horrible customer service. read more

I wanted to love this place since it's near our house to go to when craving some local fresh icecream but was disappointed. Ordered the two scoop of peanut butter and coconut. Ice cream was very icy and didn't hold its flavor. After a couple bites I didn't want to really continue eating it. My husband ordered butter pecan and salted caramel and described his two scoops as nothing special nor worth the money they charge for their ice cream. Unfortunately we wont be going back. read more

OK so parking - not a problem. We walked in and the place was decorated by a beach bum. It's cute but it's defintly on the lower end of pretty - very humble. There was only one person serving behind the counter and there was a line out the door at 8pm in the evening on a Tuesday. He was not exactly "hustling" either. I went for the watermelon sorbet, hubby had some heath and something else... not sure. The watermelon sorbet had chocolate chips ( or maybe carob chips..) to make it look like seeds. It was ok... the first few bites were tasty it quickly wore out it's welcome on my palette. It was just too over powering, but it did taste like watermelon! Neil said his was ok. I will not be going back here again. Service - fail, ambiance - fail, icecream.. just ok. read more
