It's quality icecream. It always seems to be busy whenever I go usually after dinner. It's a small shop. There's one table inside and two outside with a bench. There's not enough seating so a lot of people get it to go. There was one person working and we were standing in a line with no workers out front. There was a sign that said she was in the restroom so I'm assuming that's where she was even though she never took down the sign. She did seem stressed out. Understandably. I noticed they had pistachio icecream which is one of the things I'm allergic too. I asked her if she could make sure there was no cross contamination. She said they use the same scooper in all the ice cream so if you have allergies be aware of this. She said for allergies they will open up a new icecream tub so she did that for me but seemed irritated she had to do that. I felt bad. I didn't want to inconvenience her. I do understand she was stressed and shouldn't be the only one working. Overall, it's local and delicious icecream. You can't go wrong!

They had mostly the flavors you see at typical smaller icecream shops, I ordered the 1 scoop espresso chip in a cup which was really good. It was overall a good experience, I'd recommend it for people to give it a try!

The location couldn't be better. Nestled in a lively plaza alongside a movie theater and several restaurants, it's the perfect stop for a post-meal treat or a spontaneous ice cream run. They also have a few small tables and chairs outside to enjoy your treats before they melt :) It's also right across the street from Harbourside, so on a nice day you can grab your scoop and take a leisurely stroll along the Riverwalk by the Intracoastal Waterway. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, which always elevates the experience. And it's not just ice cream -- they offer an impressive spread of goodies including fudge, chocolate-covered candies and nuts, and caramel apples. They hand-dip fruits, pretzels, cookies, and other treats in their Heritage chocolate recipe, giving everything a special made-in-house touch. I also spotted some Dubai chocolate variations, which have been trending for good reason -- a fun and unique addition to the lineup. As for the ice cream, the selection is solid and in my opinion best enjoyed in a freshly made waffle or sugar cone (cups available too, if that's your thing). I'm a mint chocolate chip loyalist, but I've been known to branch out -- especially when sprinkles are involved. They also have a great assortment of toppings if you're feeling creative.
