He noted the top layer looked soupy in the case. Upon trying the ice cream, it was hard and had ice chunks. When he questioned the quality, the staff refused to take his complain seriously and rather rudely addressed him. Overall, we were certainly unhappy with the experience and quality of the product, not to mention the discourteous service. We believe that there had been a refrigeration problem and the ice cream had melted then refroze. It is sad that the lack of personnel customer service training has now turned us away from visiting Sloans.
