They also have a few small tables and chairs outside to enjoy your treats before they melt :) It's also right across the street from Harbourside, so on a nice day you can grab your scoop and take a leisurely stroll along the Riverwalk by the Intracoastal Waterway. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, which always elevates the experience. And it's not just ice cream -- they offer an impressive spread of goodies including fudge, chocolate-covered candies and nuts, and caramel apples. I went to Kilwins yesterday for some ice cream after the beach. I had this years ago and decided to stop in and try again. When I pulled in and started walking to the door I immediately got nervous. As someone with a nut allergy, they were advertising the Dubai Chocolate themed desserts. On multiple different advertisements all over the windows. This is fine of course but someone who is allergic to pistachio, this made me instantly nervous. The girl was super nice who served me and I made her aware of my allergy. She was really nice and accommodating and while they can't guarantee cross contamination. She recommended I chose icecream from a different case and she took her scooper and washed it in the back just as an extra precaution since they touch the other scoopers. THE WORST ice cream cakes and customer service ever! And they certainly lost a customer today. I would highly recommend going somewhere else if you need a birthday cake. My family and I paid $55 for an ice cream cake and they certainly ripped us off. The worker, Morgan told us the cakes were fresh and would serve 8 people and when we came back to pick it up I was in shock with what she presented us. The "cake" was the size of my palm and was FREEZER BURNT. There were actual ice chips on it!!! (See picture below) SHE TRIED to write happy birthday on it and it looked like a two year old did it. Her and her partner Penny should be completely embarrassed of their products AND customer service after they told us "you haven't even tried it yet" and would not give us a refund. ...The cake looked inedible to say the least. And on top of it, all of their ice cream tubs in their cases were melting!!! We went to publix and got a bigger and beautiful cake for HALF THE PRICE ! Definitely high quality ice cream and chocolates. This is one of the nicer Kilwin's I have been to. Much bigger and a lot more selections. They had 32 different ice cream flavors (I highly recommend trying as many as possible of course). They have cute little spoons to try them. Getting one scoop is more than enough for myself because it feels like you are getting three scoops just in that one. They always have 6 different types of cones to choose from. I stick with the boring cake cones that look like plastic but they have fancy waffle cones that are dipped in chocolate. They have a large assortment of fudge and chocolates you can choose from to take home. Then there are prepackaged chocolates for gifts for others. Kilwin's is more expensive than most places but you are paying for higher quality. This location is very clean and has outdoor seating! My review of the ice creams we got - Mint chocolate chip: very creamy, lots of mint flavor, chocolate is made by them and large chunks which I really love. I hate when they are small pieces but these are amazing Raspberry sherbet - has good raspberry flavor, very sweet. It was more like flavored ice which was pretty disappointing. Cake batter - you want to be slapped in the face by a cold unbaked cake? Well get this. And oh yes it's amazing. Marshmallow s'mores - tasted like it sounds, it had a ton of marshmallow flavor. I discovered Kilwins in Stuart a few weeks ago and was super excited to find out they had a location here in Jupiter closer to home! The ice cream is very good. It's almost on the gelato end of the spectrum, it's thick, smooth, and sweet. I liked the fudge brownie flavor, I've also tried the marshmallow smores (as shown in picture) which was good but a bit too sugary for me. The young lady working behind the counter was very polite and friendly when I went today, which was a relief after reading all the 1 star reviews here. $7.48 (post tax) does seem like a lot to spend on '2 scoops' of ice cream... but I felt satisfied and wasn't wishing I had a larger serving after I was done eating it :). The ice cream is high quality so at least you get what you pay for in that sense. read more

Just left this establishment after ordering an assortment of chocolates and a turtle sundae. When I ordered the sundae I said "turtle sundae no whip cream please". When I saw the young man behind the counter I said "I am sorry I asked for no whip cream" and he said he could scrap it off. It was soaked in whip cream. No other option was given. Came here after dinner. Absolutely love this place!! Been coming here for years. Used to go to PGA location before it closed. They have the best chocolate peanut butter ice cream in the United States! I love their pretzel rods and peanut barks. Their caramel apples are really good too! They make all the fudge in house. When you walk in the door you are hit with the strong fragrance of chocolate. The shop has lots of fudge and chocolate displayed in all varieties. The workers are all pleasant and helpful. We come here for the ice cream because their ice cream is delicious. On my last visit I ordered the 'chocolate peanut butter' and it is was rich with chocolate and had a smooth creamy consistency. Just perfect! My husband had the pistachio ice cream and loved that also. The place looks clean and there are small tables indoors and outside. We stopped by this incredible ice cream shop recommended by my brother in law after dinner. We were greeted by a friendly staff who were both busy creating something sweet and both looked up and welcomed us. We looked around and my 5 year old wanted cotton candy ice cream on a cone and with sprinkles. I got the sea salt caramel ice cream, which was delish. Our total was around $8 which seems pricey however worth it. What really caught my eye was the sign next to cash register. Instead of saying tips, it says "college fund" which I feel as an educator myself is the perfect way to support their staff and in a fun professional way asking for tips. Way to support your employees in a sweet way!!! We went back the next day and got the superman flavor ice cream, it bursts with tangy flavors and leaves your tongue blue. Which my 5 year old loves. First of all not fresh made - they are a chain of franchises headquartered somewhere in the midwest. They are overpriced as well. For those of you who are health conscious - and worry about genetically modified foods - this place uses high fructose corn syrup. I asked for nutrition information when I visited but they told me they didn't have it. So - I contacted the corporate offices and was sent a copy of the ingredient list and nutrition info. It was nice of them to send to me but I was horrified to find out that they use high fructose corn syrup. With so many companies removing this ingredient from their use it is easy to find places that don't use it so look elsewhere or buy some at the grocery store that doesn't have it in the ingredients. read more

It tells you that it is old and it tastes yucky, old and yucky. Be very choosey and only get the ice cream that looks fresh, full and not melted. Also, if you are not sure, you can ask for a taste. That will tell you. We purchased maple walnut fudge. Not sure how long this stuff was out but it tasted like it was old also. Not fresh at all. Kilwins in Stuart is good.
