Minis are never available anymore unless you special order days in advance, which completely defeats the purpose of a spontaneous treat. No tingle, no excitement, no craving for the next bite or urgency to try another flavor because it's so decadent. The staff has always been pleasant, so this isn't about service. It's really about the product and options. The cupcakes are large and expensive, and without mini options, they're not practical for a light, bite-sized treat. I purchased a bag of different kind of chocolates for different family members; it's always fun to be a 'kid in a candy shop' choosing all kinds of fun items. I can't imagine walking in here without buying at least one truffle or something; my loved ones ate their chocolates before I had a chance to try, so I'll have to take their word for it: "good." If you accept orders through uber eats , your staff should understand how the system works. Customers should not be put in this situation after already paying. Very disappointing experience.
