THE WORST ice cream cakes and customer service ever! And they certainly lost a customer today. I would highly recommend going somewhere else if you need a birthday cake. My family and I paid $55 for an ice cream cake and they certainly ripped us off. The worker, Morgan told us the cakes were fresh and would serve 8 people and when we came back to pick it up I was in shock with what she presented us. The "cake" was the size of my palm and was FREEZER BURNT. There were actual ice chips on it!!! (See picture below) SHE TRIED to write happy birthday on it and it looked like a two year old did it. Her and her partner Penny should be completely embarrassed of their products AND customer service after they told us "you haven't even tried it yet" and would not give us a refund. ...The cake looked inedible to say the least. And on top of it, all of their ice cream tubs in their cases were melting!!! We went to publix and got a bigger and beautiful cake for HALF THE PRICE ! I cannot believe how rude these "owners" were to unsatisfied customers. They should be ashamed and I will be reaching out to Kilwins directly.

Definitely high quality ice cream and chocolates. This is one of the nicer Kilwin's I have been to. Much bigger and a lot more selections. They had 32 different ice cream flavors (I highly recommend trying as many as possible of course). They have cute little spoons to try them. Getting one scoop is more than enough for myself because it feels like you are getting three scoops just in that one. They always have 6 different types of cones to choose from. I stick with the boring cake cones that look like plastic but they have fancy waffle cones that are dipped in chocolate. They have a large assortment of fudge and chocolates you can choose from to take home. Then there are prepackaged chocolates for gifts for others. Kilwin's is more expensive than most places but you are paying for higher quality. This location is very clean and has outdoor seating! My review of the ice creams we got - Mint chocolate chip: very creamy, lots of mint flavor, chocolate is made by them and large chunks which I really love. I hate when they are small pieces but these are amazing Raspberry sherbet - has good raspberry flavor, very sweet. It was more like flavored ice which was pretty disappointing. Cake batter - you want to be slapped in the face by a cold unbaked cake? Well get this. And oh yes it's amazing. Marshmallow s'mores - tasted like it sounds, it had a ton of marshmallow flavor. You want good quality ice cream? Want to treat yourself? Just do it.

2 scoops (fudge brownie on bottom, marshmallow smores on top) - $7.48 (after tax)

I discovered Kilwins in Stuart a few weeks ago and was super excited to find out they had a location here in Jupiter closer to home! The ice cream is very good. It's almost on the gelato end of the spectrum, it's thick, smooth, and sweet. I liked the fudge brownie flavor, I've also tried the marshmallow smores (as shown in picture) which was good but a bit too sugary for me. The young lady working behind the counter was very polite and friendly when I went today, which was a relief after reading all the 1 star reviews here. $7.48 (post tax) does seem like a lot to spend on '2 scoops' of ice cream... but I felt satisfied and wasn't wishing I had a larger serving after I was done eating it :). The ice cream is high quality so at least you get what you pay for in that sense.

Found hair submerged in the chocolate covered rice krispy treat. Check your food before eating!

Walking into the place, the smell of chocolate was delicious. The ice cream was good. I did find it a bit over priced. I got a small cone with a scoop of ice cream for the price of $5.25. While the people I was with got a cup of ice cream with various scoops for the same price. The tables were clean and the decoration was nice. I would still return.

    Great selection of ice cream

Waited in line 20 minutes while one girl helped customers and the other 2 girls ignored the customers and worked on Carmel apples.

I really wanted to love this place again, but unfortunately I've been consistently disappointed…read more When Small Cakes first opened, I was genuinely excited to have a local cupcake option--especially because they regularly stocked mini cupcakes. They were the perfect little treat: enough to satisfy a sweet tooth without the guilt or wasting half a cupcake because it was too big. Over the past couple of years, though, the experience has gone downhill for me. Minis are never available anymore unless you special order days in advance, which completely defeats the purpose of a spontaneous treat. The selection is okay, but the flavors just don't hit the way they used to. They're good cupcakes--but they don't have that "wow" factor anymore. No tingle, no excitement, no craving for the next bite or urgency to try another flavor because it's so decadent. The staff has always been pleasant, so this isn't about service. It's really about the product and options. The cupcakes are large and expensive, and without mini options, they're not practical for a light, bite-sized treat. I truly wish there was more variety or better size options available without having to plan days ahead. I miss what this place used to be and hope it can get back there someday

It's very clean and nicely decorated inside. The young lady working was nice. Limited parking in the plaza. I found the cupcakes to pack more flavor in the icing and toppings. The cake itself to be rather bland.

If you ever want to learn all about the history of chocolate and want a fun activity... going to…read moreTasty Image Chocolate to learn all about chocolate and having the opportunity to make tasty treats is definitely for you! The owner Derry was so generous with her time and spent about an hour and a half with us, teaching us about chocolate and how to make special treats... even at home! The chocolate used at this establishment is top notch... seriously, from the white (which I personally don't feel is chocolate) to the dark... you will be in heaven with all that they have to offer. In addition to classes that they offer, I should have photographed their extensive array of molds... I think it was something ridiculous like 50,000 molds... to the beautiful truffle that they make for any occasion. I surely will use them in the future when wanting to give presents... they ship and best... also deliver down to at least Boca! :)) ;) Seriously, I don't think you would be disappointed when you stopped into this place and better yet, spend a nice prelude to an evening making chocolate! :))

This chocolate shop and frozen yogurt spot glows eerily into the night, in the same shopping plaza…read moreas my local faves Nutrition Wise, Royal Cafe and Al Forno, plus chain faves TJMaxx, Ross and Shoe Carnival. I have to admit that the name turned me off from going in until recently. Tasty Image? Didn't sound like someplace to eat at, just someplace to put in an order for chocolate printed with something on it, which is something I associate with business needs instead of personal hunger! The well-lit space with free wi-fi and plenty of seating is appealing from outside; I've never actually seen anyone seated there. Cleverly, the tables include giant pilates balls to sit on, which seems cool, though I have to admit they looked in need of a cleaning, compared to the spotless tables and regular chairs next to them. Upon entering, I realized why you wouldn't want to set up shop there . . . the entire place smells so tantalizingly of chocolate!!! Irresistible! Yes, this shop makes all kinds of specialized chocolate items; friendly folks are actively making things in one side of the store, which was also cool to get a glimpse of. I did feel kind of overwhelmed by the options of specialty chocolate arrayed on two giant displays, but it's definitely worth checking out again. I also felt a little bombarded by the signage hanging everywhere advertising sooo many things- like chocolate making classes, for instance; it is clear that Tasty Image is a very diverse business! The fro yo is by weight and can be blended up with toppings, a nice touch. I enjoyed their red velvet cupcake flavor, which I've never had before. I also tried the orange slush + vanilla cream combo, which was just ok (unfortunately, I compare all fro yo to Elements in Juno Beach and theirs still tops all). A sign says all the flavors have less than 100 calories per serving- sweet!- but I should have asked what kind of sweeteners are being used. I purchased a bag of different kind of chocolates for different family members; it's always fun to be a 'kid in a candy shop' choosing all kinds of fun items. I can't imagine walking in here without buying at least one truffle or something; my loved ones ate their chocolates before I had a chance to try, so I'll have to take their word for it: "good." I didn't stay to eat my yogurt in shop, in part because the only other people in the shop would have been two employees making chocolate a few feet away from the seating area. It is very cool to have a local chocolate shop in one of Jupiter's oldest plazas. The young man who helped me was genuinely pleasant and upbeat, plus helpful without being pushy; thanks! I feel like this review is only semi-complete until I taste their chocolate, use their wi-fi and seating area, and further peruse their specialty chocolate displays . . . so, I'll be back!

This caused my order to be canceled, even though the issue was clearly on the restaurant's side. It was inconvenient, a waste of time, and completely avoidable. I've been to this one a few times and every time it's been consistently downhill. This location is constantly missing ingredients and on this last visit, I ordered the Pink Power bowl, which is supposed to have a scoop of protein powder in it but apparently the premade pitaya base was so frozen, the block of it wouldn't mix with the minute amount of powder they put in. It was seriously the worst smoothie bowl I've ever had (and I've made some failed bowls at home). I honestly won't be back to this location. As I was leaving one of the employees asked me how it was, I was honest and he apologized and walked back with like 8 $2 off cards. It was a nice gesture but I can't see myself coming back 8 times to spend $13 each on a frozen bowl of flavored water and granola. Also, side note... not sure why it has to be so cold in there, I couldn't sit there and eat without shaking. What an unpleasant experience.
