Their specialty chocolates are sold in-store and through retail shops internationally. In 2021, the Castronovos were recognized by Food & Wine magazine for their exceptional dark chocolate. Stepping inside the shop, you're immediately greeted by the irresistible aroma of chocolate. I recently visited while in Stuart, hoping for chocolate-covered strawberries. While they didn't have any, the staff kindly pointed me to a nearby spot where I could find them. The chocolate here is on the pricier side--around $15 for a single bar--but it's a premium experience worth every penny. I treated myself to a matcha chocolate lollipop in a shamrock shape for $4, and it was pure decadence. Maybe you know some-bunny who's been very good this year... For anyone seeking exceptional chocolate and a true indulgence, Castronovo Chocolate is the perfect destination.

Excellent chocolate. Paid $2.50 to $3.50 ish for each tiny truffle but it was worth it as a…read morespecial treat. They will package the truffles up nicely for you for a reasonable fee if you'd like to gift them. This makes a great gift for a host/hostess! They have a very good variety of quality chocolate bars and a small selection of other chocolate delights. There should be something for most everyone who loves chocolate. (I was told by locals that the hot chocolate is to die for but I've never had it.) The service was fine but I did not like that they request a tip when you check out even if you just pick up a chocolate bar. That awkwardness is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

The location couldn't be better. Nestled in a lively plaza alongside a movie theater and several restaurants, it's the perfect stop for a post-meal treat or a spontaneous ice cream run. They also have a few small tables and chairs outside to enjoy your treats before they melt :) It's also right across the street from Harbourside, so on a nice day you can grab your scoop and take a leisurely stroll along the Riverwalk by the Intracoastal Waterway. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, which always elevates the experience. And it's not just ice cream -- they offer an impressive spread of goodies including fudge, chocolate-covered candies and nuts, and caramel apples. They hand-dip fruits, pretzels, cookies, and other treats in their Heritage chocolate recipe, giving everything a special made-in-house touch. I also spotted some Dubai chocolate variations, which have been trending for good reason -- a fun and unique addition to the lineup. As for the ice cream, the selection is solid and in my opinion best enjoyed in a freshly made waffle or sugar cone (cups available too, if that's your thing). I'm a mint chocolate chip loyalist, but I've been known to branch out -- especially when sprinkles are involved. They also have a great assortment of toppings if you're feeling creative.

When I pulled in and started walking to the door I immediately got nervous. As someone with a nut allergy, they were advertising the Dubai Chocolate themed desserts. On multiple different advertisements all over the windows. This is fine of course but someone who is allergic to pistachio, this made me instantly nervous. The girl was super nice who served me and I made her aware of my allergy. She was really nice and accommodating and while they can't guarantee cross contamination. She recommended I chose icecream from a different case and she took her scooper and washed it in the back just as an extra precaution since they touch the other scoopers. I got Superman icecream and cookies and cream. It was very good. I do recommend but please be careful if you have allergies just make them aware. Thank you, Kilwins!
