The next thing were the flavors - so many unusual ones, especially those with a Latin flair like horchata and tres leches. I tried a couple of my "standbys" Dulce de Leche and Rum Raisin. My wife tried VT, named for a local restaurant where it is offered - - brownie, cookie dough, chocolate and caramel. The shop is small and unassuming, but it is comfortable and welcoming. I just discovered this little ice cream shop in Sims Plaza. My first thought was too many choices. Not just ordinary ice cream flavors either but interesting combinations and fruit flavors as well. While in Jupiter I checked up for a highly rated ice cream shop and found Rosa Ice Cream. From the minute I walked in to when I left the service was impeccable. The lady reminded me that I could taste anything and after tasting one sample( I don't remember the name except she wait it's a fruit from Guatemala) I was sold. I got that and my mom was set on coconut ice cream. She said there were coconut flakes and tasted like something she has as a kid. The place was clean and welcoming. When I asked for napkins she gave me more than I needed. If I was heading back to Ft Lauderdale I would have gotten 2 scoops. Will be back when I'm in the area. read more

Our family loves the Dark Knight sorbet, mango, and the passion fruit is amazing. They are very generous with their scoops! Our son loves the waffle cones with dairy free passionfruit and mango. This is my second time visiting Rosa Ice Cream. The first time was in its original location, which was barebones and not very appealing. I was so pleased to find that this lovely local ice cream shop reopened right next door to my favorite bread store (Bread By Johnny)! I decided I would order paletas, knowing they would be easier to grab and go and take home frozen than regular ice cream. I appreciate that the nice person who helped me; she wrapped them in tin foil and then a paper bag. The popsicles were completely intact after the short ride home. I ordered a cookies and cream and dulce de leche for my mother and I, and chocolate for my children. However, when given a choice visually between all of these items, my children ate the fancier flavored paletas with glee! Thus, I can tell you that the chocolate paleta reminded me of childhood, of a popsicle that tasted like chocolate milk. I am so disappointed! I am anaphylactic allergic to all milk products and cashews. Today at the Palm Beach Farmers Market Rosa Popsicle Stand, I was told the Coconut Cream popsicle was vegan and contained only coconut cream and agave! They reassured me no cashews and no animal milk! After taking two bites of this pop I instantly started to have an anaphylactic reaction ruining my whole day. On Rosa's Instagram account under one of the photos someone asked in comments what the ingredients were in the cream mix used in the vegan pops. The reply (now deleted) was, "milk, coconut cream, and sugar." I replied to this comment saying, "you cannot market your vegan pops as vegan if they contain milk, milk is not vegan!" I am so disappointed I trusted. Plus the fact that these comments were deleted hours after I replied to a comment that was made is super distasteful and untrustworthy!? I'm writing this review to warn anyone with food allergies, the cream mix contains milk! This "vegan coconut cream popsicle " was the only thing I ate today and the reaction happened seconds after I had a bite of the "vegan coconut pop!" This is very serious!
