Easily the best popsicles I have ever had, hands down. We got four cream-based popsicles: creamsicle, guava, coconut & mango, and coffee & cream. The last was my order and it was the perfect afternoon iced coffee substitute. The creamsicle was the best version of that in my life, the guava was light and delicious, and the coconut & mango was heavenly. I write very few reviews. Rosa never disappoints!!! The most original and unique flavors of ice cream with some old favorites too! The staff is always so friendly, warm and kind; always appreciative of your business. They allow you to sample the flavors to make sure you will enjoy what you get. They also ask which flavor you'd like on top and on bottom ;). Important choice on a warm day as one will melt down into the other. The servings are generous and priced fairly. When you consider the quality of the homemade ice cream you get, without all those preservatives, it's a bargain. Rosa is AMAZING! PS Try the Rompope, it's an authentic flavor they can explain to you. Unlike anything I've had before but really good. They also had a Cabernet ice cream this week, but I didn't try that one. The 101 5 star reviews at the current time are not a joke. This place is making amazing ice cream. It's not like the usual local ice cream place and should have that cool downtown big city vibe. The location is a nice secluded spot and the ice cream is delicious. They have truly perfected the art. I believe we were served by the owner who was an incredibly nice guy serving up samples and accommodating every guest. We had guava and cheese as well as the coconut. Texture and flavor are spot on. We will be coming back to Rosa Ice Cream every night we can during our visit. David, the owner, makes all of the ice cream using natural ingredients and the results are sublime. We tasted many of the flavors including carrot cake, kahlua, papaya with honey and cinnamon, and more. David even sent us home with a slice of tarte made from three cheese, a traditional dessert from his home country of Spain. We live about 15 mins away but the paletas never melt because they wrap it so well in the aluminum foil.
