Great sampling any flavor you wish to try but wish they provide more service with a smile as our server was kind of dry with a straight face. We had a milkshake which tasted nice but wish they would provide bigger straws to enjoy it in full. Shake was chunky based on the flavor we picked and a normal straw given was ineffective trying to enjoy the milkshake. A spoon was needed and ruined the milkshake experience. The crispy cone itself is great and they load up the Nutella spread well. I do wish they added a few more toppings at the bottom or in the middle somehow though so there is an even spread of ice cream to toppings. It also felt a bit small for the price of $10 for the cone. The soft serve ice cream was also great! In Canada, I had it was gelato so that may have spoiled me a bit but I thought that was so delicious! I wish they would add more flavors of ice cream. They did have a passion fruit cone as well as a seasonal item. We may try that next time. The shop was very clean and looked very new but they have been open for over a year now. The plaza where this shop is is still up and coming as a lot of the shops are still empty.

Everything was fresh, especially the whipped cream, which was so good! The topping bar was spotless, and the entire store was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed it all so much that we had eaten most of it before we realized we forgot to take pictures, so we're definitely going to have to take them next time we're there.
