The hours are not what they have posted. It was a little weird to be honest. I walked in at 955 pm, and the guy says you're taking this to go? Because we close at 10. Weirdly on the door it had both 10 and 11 as closing times. Once we did order though, the owner was very friendly. The ice cream was fresh and tasty. The prices are about average. Not too expensive. We did ask about the other Brendy's and were told not to go there. He said that ice cream is garbage and that they stole the name. He referred to them as trash. That being said, we took our ice cream to go and had it outside. No complaints here!

Not one of my kids was charged for a kids size price. Even though pricing shows cone or cup we were included we were charged for each cone as well. The owner should be ashamed! Clearly no one is checking into how customers are treated. On top of it Ice cream was also all freezer burned. Staff rudest ever. Didn't even care to help. When I said how could you go from a kid price to this she had an attitude, tried to blame my kid, and then said want me to call the owner? When I said yes she was just uncomfortable knowing what she did so we left. Very unhappy. I suggest you and your family never go to this ice cream place.

I love that they have wet wipes on the counter right next to their napkins lol The teens/young adults are always so friendly despite being busy and are ready to take your order and move fast in between one another to get the flavor you ask for. There's limited seating inside, there are benches outside but not really much room if you want to hang out for a while. This place is ranked best in Florida so it's always busy. My wife tried a taste of their coconut ice cream and it seemed too hard had unpleasant texture, so, luckily, she went with another flavor that was more palatable. I tried a cup with two flavors and while the vanilla Nutella was smooth, the chocolate chocolate chunk was very hard and icy. The other person in our party tried butter pecan. He noted the top layer looked soupy in the case. Upon trying the ice cream, it was hard and had ice chunks. When he questioned the quality, the staff refused to take his complain seriously and rather rudely addressed him. Overall, we were certainly unhappy with the experience and quality of the product, not to mention the discourteous service. We believe that there had been a refrigeration problem and the ice cream had melted then refroze. It is sad that the lack of personnel customer service training has now turned us away from visiting Sloans.
