Sugar free German Chocolate Cake soft serve in a chocolate waffle cone
    Robyn W.

Been to this location twice in 7 days. I appreciate the awesome sugar free options, much more than basic vanilla or chocolate. This monster was delicious and a good cost. The shop was clean and simple, the associate working was friendly and provided quick service, including allowing me to sample between two flavors so I can decide.

This used to have the best ice cream in town, they made their own ice cream and the atmosphere was fun. Now they sold it. We walked in tonight and first we saw was both units had melting ice cream. The place was not kept like it used to be. It was a fun trendy place and now this is a hard pass. I sure don't want to get sick.

Just happened to stumble upon this ice cream shop while having dinner in the shopping center. There were a ton of flavors and the ice cream I had was great. I even saw vegan and kosher options available. The place has both indoor and outdoor seating available

What a relaxing environment at this little Shop. Lots of ice cream flavors and non fat options with even a few froyo options. Tonight my wife had chocolate peanut butter ice cream and I had the low fat chocolate and low fat caramel frozen yogurt mixed. the music is a little hokey but extremely enjoyable and relaxing.

Cup o' coconut & a cup of peanut butter ice cream with chocolate pb cups

Haven't been to Dreamy Cow in a while since the previous owner was not particularly pleasant or accommodating. But they just changed owners, so we stopped by. We met the new owner, who was very welcoming and excited about his business. He is taking the time to learn what's working and what's not at his store, and he plans to implement changes over time that he hopes customers will enjoy. I noticed that he's already implemented some new flavors. Exciting! I had a cup of ice cream with two flavors: Death By Peanut Butter (pb ice cream with pb swirl and pb cups) and Bonita Gator Tracks (vanilla ice cream with fudge swirl and pb cups). Notice a trend? It's all about the pb & chocolate, baby! The former was the better of the two flavors. No wonder the flavor sign proclaims: "Winner! Best New Flavor". My husband indulged in a coconut theme: toasted coconut ice cream and Bonita Beach Bum made with coconut ice cream, almonds and caramel swirl. He liked the richness of the ice cream although the coconut flavors weren't as strong as he had hoped. The store carries a nice variety of ice cream flavors as well as frozen yogurt and a variety of optional toppings. Now that Dreamy Cow has a new owner, it's back on our list of ice cream shops and we are looking forward to tasting some of the new flavors. One change we'd like to see: lower prices. They are still about $1 more per cup than many other ice cream shops around town.

We received a recommendation from two sources to go this past Thursday between 7-10 pm to hear a singer and enjoy some quality ice cream. Georgine was the singer outside. We were lucky to get a table. We had a lovely evening. Also the ice cream is expensive; what isn't these days? You have to counter in the entertainment factor and then you truly got your money's worth. There were an abundance of flavors to choose from. Btw, you pay extra for a cone but the cup is included. Also they have different entertainment on other nights.

The most expensive ice cream around but it is delicious and the live entertainment in front on weekends is a big draw. It is an older crowd but a nice evening

I found Dreamy Cow ice cream when craving something cold and sweet and this was the closest ice cream spot in the area. Inside is cutely decorated with cow prints. The shop itself is full of cute little gifts and stuffed animals which is nice to browse or buy while you wait to order. I had the chocolate cream and it was a good portion and definitely fulfilled my craving.

I recently went here with my girlfriend to get some frozen yogurt. This used to be my girlfriend's favorite frozen yogurt place when it was still called the Working Cow. I want to note that it's great that they're open during the coronavirus pandemic. I'm sure things aren't easy right now. They are taking good precautions by requiring everyone to wear masks (including the employees) and only allowing one party in the store at a time. Also, the two girls working behind the counter were friendly and took their time explaining the different frozen yogurts to us. My girlfriend got a cone with a combo of peanut butter, vanilla and chocolate frozen yogurt and some free sprinkles on top for checking in on Yelp. The frozen yogurt tasted great. It was rich and creamy and the sprinkles added a nice crunch. The reason I cannot give more than a three star rating is that their prices are outrageous. The cone cost over $8. I can get gallons of real ice cream at Publix for less than that. I know these places are trying to survive right now but come on. Eight dollars for one cone??!!! Normally, this would have been an easy 4-star review but I'm subtracting one star for the exorbitant prices (which, based on other reviews, appear to have been in place well before the coronavirus hit). I will likely not be returning any time soon.

Much to our dismay, this flavor was not available even though we went on the 4th of the month. The employee had a "deer in the headlights" look when we requested it. Who dropped the ball on getting the featured flavor into the store? Just then another customer walked in and inquired about ordering an ice cream cake with Brownie Bar Mashup. Someone in her family was going to be disappointed! We ordered Quarterback Crunch ice cream, which includes chocolate covered rice crunchies and caramel ribbons in a vanilla ice cream. Sounded so good. Tasted so... meh. The ice cream was simply not good quality. It wasn't very rich or creamy. I had to double-check to be sure it was real ice cream and not sugar-free or the dreaded ice milk product. At least the rice crunchies were tasty!
