I've had this place bookmarked for a while. We did not get into the recent Yelp elite event, but after seeing pictures and reading reviews, I knew we definitely wanted to try their ice cream. The place is located south of Publix on the east side of Military trail. It's take out only as there is no inside seating -- only a bench and a couple tables outside next to the shop. You order at the window. The menu and list of flavors is posted up top. You pay and then go around the corner to another window to pick up your treats. My husband got a strawberry malt. It was very good. The ices had plenty of real strawberry seeds. Not fake, he said. I got a kiddie cup -- that is, one scoop, of coconut chip. The coconut ice cream was very good. The chips were bits of chocolate throughout. We sat on the bench outside as the two covered tables outside were occupied. It was a little hot in the 98 degree weather, but the ice cream didn't last long! Glad we finally got to try them.
We wanted to try Bruster's Real Ice-cream and what better day than one with temperatures at a feels like 105°... I ordered a Strawberry Malted Milk Shake. My shake had real strawberry seeds amongst the creamy ice cream and it was delicious! My wife enjoyed her pina colada cup with lots of coconut mixed in. A refreshing stop!
Stopped in last week for a to go Sundae and boy was it great!! Caramel on top of a vanilla based scoop and one chocolate based scoop. Couldn't have been any happier! Went home.kicked.off my shoes and really enjoyed this treat. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was to go but only outdoor seating.

This time around we got the cotton candy, black cherry, coffee and mint chocolate chip flavors. It was just as good as the first time we came by! Absolutely delicious! I would highly recommend Bruster's to anyone looking for some delicious ice cream. It's by far the best option in the area, way better than Brendy's, Whit's and Kilwin's.
Bruster's Real Ice Cream was founded in 1989 in Bridgewater, Pennsylvania, by Bruce Reed, the "Bruce" in Bruster's. Bruce got his start in the restaurant industry by helping his parents at their diner, Jerry's Curb Service, located next door to where the first Bruster's was established. At Bruster's, Bruce focused on premium, small-batch ice cream made fresh daily in each store. Originally a former Handel's franchise, the shop was rebranded as Bruster's in 1990. In 1993, Bruce began franchising to friends and family. Today, Bruster's has grown to nearly 200 independently owned locations across the U.S., Guyana, and South Korea. An Instagram post featuring their Cold Brew Brownie ice cream brought me to their shop in the tiny town of Golf, Florida. The coffee ice cream is infused with a decadent fudge ripple and rich brownie bites, it'scoffee in dessert form. If coffee isn't your jam, they offer a variety of other flavors, including Almond Chocolate Coconut, Birthday Cake, Cotton Candy Explosion, Rainbow Sprinkle Cookie, Strawberry Matcha, and many more. They also have non-dairy ice cream made with oat milk, sorbet, and no-sugar-added options. You can order cones, cups, shakes, Bruster's Blasts, sundaes, pints to go, and even free doggie sundaes. If you join their loyalty program, you can get $3 off your first order. I loved my Cold Brew Brownie. You could taste the quality in every delicious bite. The shop has a walk-up ordering counter with no indoor seating, but there are tables in the side courtyard that catch a nice breeze between the buildings. There's also plenty of parking in the plaza. If you're not familiar with Bruster's, it's time to give them a try.
What can I say about this place? The service was exceptionally friendly. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. The shop was spotless, and I loved that the entire production area was visible. Everything is made on-site, from the waffle cones in all their varieties to the ice cream itself. We ordered Black Cherry, Mint Chocolate Chip, Key Lime Pie, Death by Chocolate, and Vanilla. My favorite was definitely the Death by Chocolate. It had been years since I'd had a chocolate ice cream that rich and delicious. Every flavor we tried was excellent, and you could really tell the quality of the ingredients. I definitely recommend it.
Upon walking up, Tim greeted me and was super kind! He told me about the place, how they serve fresh ice cream and make it in-house. He immediately asked what I wanted to sample and seemed excited for me to try different flavors which was great energy! I tried the chocolate covered banana (with nuts), death by chocolate, and the mint chocolate chip oat milk flavors. All three were delicious... that death by chocolate was so so good with the mixed in pieces. I got all 3 scoops in a medium bowl and devoured it. I will definitely be back, bonus is they have a rewards program & I already have a coupon for next time :-) Also, you can't sit down inside but there is covered seating to the right of the building.
Bruster's is a great ice cream shop, with a walk up window in a shopping center. There are some tables and benches outside, but no indoor access. The staff were very friendly, offering up tastes of any flavor. The sizes are huuuge! I got the 3 scoop medium in a waffle bowl and it was absolutely overflowing with giant scoops. The ice cream was super creamy, and the flavors were delicious. Some were a drop artificial tasting, but still super tasty! Highly recommend for a quick ice cream stop after work.
My daughter picked up this cake after work and surprised me with the icecream cake from brusters. She knew I loved the fresh icecream and I wanted to try the cake for other occasions but the cake needs to be ordered a few days in advance as it needs time to set so it was not possible. She was able to order online this time. The frosting was a bit runny but the coffee chip didn't fail. Cake feeds 10-12 so the 5 of us were careful to eat exactly half. It worked perfectly for this family occasion.
The fresh ice cream, made daily on site, is as good as the Ice Cream Club. My scientific inquiry included scoops of: butter pecan, mint chocolate chip and death by chocolate. All three were rich and creamy, making it easy to skip dinner. The service was very nice. The man who served me suggested that I bring a banana on Thursdays and get a banana split half off. There are also BOGO specials from time to time. Bruster's is reasonably priced. Three scoops usually cost $6.99. Many ice cream parlors charge that, or more, for a single scoop. My only quibble is that there is no inside seating. There is an outdoor courtyard with tables, chairs, benches and big red umbrellas. Luckily, I eat ice cream quickly, so it won't have a chance to melt.

I was happy to see that they have a selection of non dairy ice cream made with oat milk. I chose mango, black raspberry and mint chocolate chip. I was surprised that mango was my favorite! Very creamy and really yummy! Seating is outside on benches or at tables with umbrellas over them. The young lady recommended a waffle bowl as opposed to a cone because it's hot out today, good call.

The taste was delicious reminded me of Ben and Jerry's but fresher. There is a sitting area outside but mainly this is a neighborhood walk up window I really wish my Publix had a Bruster's. Bravo!
Tim came to our community with a freezer full of absolutely delicious ice cream and toppings. He scooped for almost 250 neighbors. Everyone loved the homemade cherry vanilla, white chocolate oreo, coffee chocolate chip, vanilla, chocolate, mint chocolate crunch, no sugar added ... syrups, sprinkles, whipped cream, walnuts ... The best part of the day was working with Tim from Bruster's. He was professional, accommodating, personable, affordable, punctual...an absolute pleasure. I always have a great time at Brewster's! I love ice cream, and this is the perfect place to satisfy that craving. On this visit, I tried the banana cream and cinnamon flavors, and they were both excellent. The ice cream was served at the perfect temperature, making every bite even more enjoyable. Every time I've visited, there's been a line, but that's usually because orders are taken through a walk-up window and there isn't any indoor seating. They do offer a small amount of outdoor seating, but it's limited. Overall, this is one of my favorite ice cream shops, hands down. The quality, flavor selection, and consistently great experience keep me coming back. read more

I came to this location & brought a few friends to try this New Icecream place,located in Boynton Beach on Military Trail/Woolbrite Rd. in the New Publix Plaza, located next to the New PUBLIX. BRUSTERS ICECREAM SHOP.. is a Walk Up Icecream Shop.You can view their Flavors online ahead of time, which i did to get an idea of what I might want to have. GREAT SELECTION of Fresh Icecream made Daily in the morning. When i walked up to the counter is where you can view the Menu outside as U approach the counter. A gentleman, Owner named Tim helped me, and suggested that I TRY some of the different Icecreams before I buy.He gave me a few different samples, Until i decided on a Medium(3 Scoops) in a Waffle Cup..I chose: Chocolate Peanut Butter Buckeye(had mini Peanut butter cups in it) & Key Lime Pie & Graham Central Station( which had Graham Cracker Crust in it). WOW...Very Generous Scoops of Icecream.The Icecream is really Creamy & Good. This is definitely a place you want to go to with your friends 4 a great Icecream Experience. They are OPEN 7 DAYS a Week, til 10pm.Prices are very fair. When arriving to Bruster's it's not an indoor place. You order at the window and pickup at another window with outdoor seating. The seating area was clean and comfortable to sit down and enjoy my sweet treat. I got a medium waffle bowel with a choice of 3 flavors. I got banana chocolate chip, New York cheesecake and sea salt caramel. The server was so kind and helpful. She explained the menu and gave me suggestions. I most definitely recommend. The ice cream was so creamy and had so much flavor. I will most definitely come back and bring the kids for them to enjoy. Today was a me day. read more

I really enjoyed the ice cream here, I got three scoops in a waffle cone bowl and it was so rich and delicious . I could not finish there, I took home and ate over the course of three days, I still have one scoop left! The only downside is that this location is not close to where I live. Service was fast and friendly, and they gave generous scoops. I got the graham central station, which was my favorite, followed by the pineapple upside down cake which was my 2nd favorite. My least favorite scoop was the coconut almond chocolate. I expected more of an almond joy flavor but it didn't deliver for me. read more

Came to Bruster's on a Saturday evening. Didn't have to wait at all, but there were lots of people eating their ice cream around there due to the plentiful seating outside. It is just window service and I believe we got Riley (cant 100% remember, sorry!) She was incredibly sweet and made great suggestions. We ended up with a fudge brownie sundae and banana split. The portions are HUGE, thank goodness they give you lids in case you need it. The ice cream tastes fresh and flavorful. And they have PLENTY of options so youll never run out of flavor combinations. For the two sundaes it was like $22, which isnt bad at all considering the portion size. Will absolutely be back to try other things! read more
My wife "dragged" me to Bruster's (OK, I was actually excited to visit this place!) and I'm glad I went. With so many flavors to choose from, I thought it would be a tough decision. Since a small ice cream cup contains two scoops (yay!), my choice became a little easier. I like coconut and I like coffee so I selected the Coconut Chip and the Coffee Chocolate Chip flavors. Both scoops were very rich and creamy with delicious flavors. Now I understand why my wife raves about this place. She thoroughly enjoyed her Chocolate Peanut Butter Buckeye ice cream, but the overall best scoop was Mint with Oreo cookie. It contained several large chunks of Oreos. In fact, there almost seemed to be more Oreo cookie than mint ice cream in the cup. The employee at the window was friendly and efficient. She gladly provided my wife with a taste of Peanut Butter Cookie with Nutter Butter. A very interesting flavor! The smell of fresh baked waffle cones permeated the air as we ordered. It was tempting to indulge in one of those cones or cups, but we resisted (this time) and enjoyed our ice cream in regular paper cups. If you join the Bruster's loyalty program "Sweet Rewards", you earn a point for every $1 spent. 50 points earns a $5 reward. And you get a $3 reward just for joining. The only thing better than enjoying delicious homemade ice cream is enjoying it at a discounted price! read more
Am reviewing this from the pint of view of somebody who cannot eat dairy (it's more than just lactose issue so I have to have vegan products) my husband and I stopped in this afternoon as he saw the store and really wanted ice cream. We noticed that there were a total of about six different non-dairy options - which I loved as I get tired of just seeing raspberry sorbet as the only vegan option. I read the options - raspberry chocolate chip, coffee with Oreos, mint chocolate chip, peach sorbet and a few others I cannot recall. The young man behind the counter saw my face when I read coffee Oreo out loud and he said I could try a sample. I did and it was incredible but I was not sure that is what I wanted. I asked for a sample of peach sorbet ... holy cow, it had the flavor of a sun ripened peach that you just picked from the tree. I ordered two scoops of that quickly, excited to enjoy some sorbet now and take the rest home for later today. We are visiting from MI this week and I do hope we stop by again so I can try another dairy-free dessert. read more

Ice cream connoisseurs, this is your spot! Bruster's is a walk-up ice cream shop, with several counters on the front and side, and an open kitchen / fish bowl concept where you can watch the ice cream being served from all angles The front staff were super welcoming and it's easy to tell that customer service is a high value trait at Bruster's, and the overall look and feel of the location is impressive! I crave ice cream often but I think about Bruster's more often than any of the other options, I highly recommend it for dessert lovers in the area read more

I had tiramisu and coffee with chocolate chips. Both were very tasty. The coffee with chocolate chips- they did NOT skimp on that chocolate! It was loaded with chocolate and delicious. I do wish the coffee flavor was stronger. It took a backseat to the chocolate and I didn't really taste coffee. I still finished it and will be back to try other flavors! Services was fast and friendly and a sample was offered when I had a question about a flavor. I took off one star for not having indoor seating. It's summer in Florida (as it feels like for most of the year). Just the short walk to my car to get AC cranked up had the ice cream melting all over me. Found this place after it was recommended by a friend. The ice cream is homemade in house and you can tase it. I got thee scoops, Death by Chocolate, Ultimate Peanut butter with Oreo, and Peanut Butter with Buckeye. All three were excellent! read more

Busters is a bustling ice cream place that sells fresh ice cream with flavors that change daily. Waffle cones were being made a we ordered our ice cream. A small has two scoops. You order from two outside windows and then pick up from a side widow. The staff was very friendly. I got the chocolate chip cookie dough which was filled with nice chunks of cookie dough. The ice cream was very fresh. We will be returning to try all the different flavors. read more
Surprisingly creamy ice cream and interesting choices. It has a huge interior space - for ice-cream. You order at the windows and then take a seat on the side if you're lucky to find an empty spot. Servers are friendly and let you have a taste. read more

Very nice staff, friendly. Tonight was a little confusing due to opening night computer issues...but all pitched in and got ir done. Ice cream is terrific it's homemade so how can you go wrong? Come on diwn and show them a welcome to the neighborhood! read more
