Greet find on the island. The shop is filled with merch, but there are several tables to dine in. Hot breakfast sandwiches though we only ordered drinks. I was pleasantly surprised to see organic products on teas and likely other beverages though not advertised. We ordered a chai latte, peach iced tea, and espresso. They have 12 and 16 ounce sizes. I'll definitely be back now that I know it's here. read more

Fun, pleasant coffee shop. Neat and tidy. Right next to the beach. Plenty of parking all around. Lots of choices of coffees, juices and teas. Add CBD if you want. Comfortable seating area inside and out. Service was prompt and professional. Breakfast sandwiches delicious and prepared quickly. 40 years ago I knew this area well but now much different and what a pleasant surprise to find Paradise Coffee! It is quaint, owner very friendly and accommodating, and the latte delicious! The boutique aspect has unique and interesting pieces. I purchased 4 beautiful sea glass pendants varying in colors & shapes with a generous % off and will gift them to family @ Thanksgiving thanks to the owner of Paradise Coffee( her name has slipped my memory). Java and Jane? This offbeat coffee and CBD-ery is a bit of an odd combination for a coffeehouse, but it has all the look of a really cool coffee joint. Great machine. Lots of things like pour overs. Still, you live or die by the bean. They use Pumphouse. Pumphouse is to coffee what Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza is to Brooklyn pie: inexcusably burnt. Taking some really marvelous beans, and burning them into bitterness that is inexcusable, is not a style. It's a crime. Like Anthony's, whose pizza is charred to a disgusting cinder, Pumphouse is ridiculously BAD Hipster House, disgusting to the last drop coffee. Live by the bean. Die by the bean. Both stars are for the skilled barista who is working miracles with burned ashes. read more

It's really hard to find a good peppermint matcha latte but I thought I'd give this shop a try anyway. For $7, the powder was chunky and not blended and the sugary flavored syrup wasn't strong. I ended up not drinking it. I'm sure the coffee and other drinks are fine but if you have high hopes for a specialty drink it might not be the best place. read more

I rarely write yelp reviews, but this place pissed me off. Guy working behind the counter is miserable and completely disregarded our existence when we walked in. There was 1 other person in there and he was running around like he had 50 customers to serve. Maybe he opened late and wasn't ready to serve but it was 8:30am. All we wanted was a simple cup of coffee and he said it was still brewing. After waiting 10 min, he proceeded to help someone else saying we were in the pickup line not the order line. You saw us walk in first jackass. The coffee although people say it's good tasted like hot water. I threw it out after 3 sips and went to the bagel place across the way. The service on this whole island sucks and you can add this place to the list. read more

I am in shock over the 5 star reviews. I'm giving 2 stars for the very kind gentleman who made our coffees, but the coffee tasted like something that came out of one of those tiny hotel coffee makers. I'm not super picky with coffee- I drink Starbucks, so I'm not claiming to be some coffee connoisseur... but this coffee was literally undrinkable. My fiancé, who will drink anything you give him, also said it was gross, and we both didn't touch the coffees after tasting them. I got an iced caramel oat milk latte but it was watery, not sweet at all, had no flavor, and just tasted bitter, like drip coffee with oat milk splashed into it. I don't know if it was just an off day or what, but I was really disappointed. read more

Absolute best cup of coffee humanly possible. This is my second daily visit while in the neighborhood. The barista is a coffee shaman who truly understands what appeals to his customers. The service is friendly, the shops appearance is very appealing. They offer food as well as an CBD enhancement version, but I tried neither this time. Highly recommended read more

After two days in West Palm for yet another field hockey trip I was in need of some real coffee. Not a DD...not a Starbucks, but some real coffee. Another team parent had run across this place the day before and recommended it...THANK YOU!!! I actually ended up coming here twice the same morning because we took so long shopping in the area. As my daughter wandered around their very cool boutique I had a simple cup of their coffee...whatever it was had a deep strong flavor that I didn't drown in cream and sugar like I usually do. The coffee was excellent - and I was thankful for the tasty pick-me-up. My daughter bought a little tortoise knock knack and we were on our way for a little more shopping. We came back to our parked car and I decided to get a second cup - this time a mocha latte with more espresso than coffee and it was to die for. To the point that I was disappointed when I was finished... Seriously...if you are in the area and want a great cup of coffee - whether just 'regular coffee' or a coffee drink, you have to stop in at Paradise Chic. You'd never know it from the outside, but they make the best coffee in the area. read more

This is the best coffee shop I've ever been to! From traveling, to home town. That said, IT'S THE BEST COFFEE ON THIS ISLAND. I know this because they 'were' closed Sunday and we were needing a good fix & after searching all we found were places with a pot of coffee or, they did have lattes and such but didn't make them cold & didn't specialize in coffee so basically a place with a Keurig. My friend and I ordered two iced lattes with almond milk- one vanilla and one white chocolate. Both were absolutely delicious. The customer service was fantastic. The barista working was extremely friendly and welcoming. They even checked in with us once we tried our drinks to make sure we really liked what we ordered. We will be returning soon! With working overnight and getting back in the early morning, I would be craving "dinner" at 7am versus a breakfast spread. I found a lot of places selling breakfast at these early hours, but Johan's Joe was the only place I found that sold lunch items. On my first visit here, I got their Swedish meatballs platter and a lavender cardamom lemonade. I instantly fell in love. In fact, out of the 15 days of staying in West Palm Beach, I ate at Johan's Joe 11 times. Every single time I'd get a plate of Swedish meatballs. I also began to try out other items, like their waffles on the weekend, scrambled eggs, bacon, and soup. All fantastic. For beverages, I always got their lavender cardamom lemonade and later discovered the orange juice to be really good, too. How did I manage to eat Swedish meatballs 11 times in 2 weeks? I was curious, too. Upon reflecting, I realized how perfect the platter really is. It offers perfect balance. Let me explain: Texturally, there's a crispness from the pickled cucumbers, a slight pop from the whole lingonberries, a bounce from the meatballs, and creaminess from the mashed potatoes and gravy. The dish also has a mix of sweetness (lingonberries), tartness (pickled cucumbers), and salt (meatballs). There's even a mix of temperatures with the main platter being hot, while the lingonberries and cucumbers are cold. With only time to eat one meal a day, this turned out to have everything on one plate. Exactly what I craved and needed. The service here was very friendly, all the employees were polite and offered great service. It was also nice to see that there were also a handful of local regulars who I'd see every time. They definitely know how to create a welcoming and cozy spot. After leaving the area, I found myself actually missing this spot quite a bit. I will be back again for work soon, so I'll be able to get my meatball fix again. Thanks, Johan's Joe!

Though I have been out before, there is still plenty to explore, plenty to enjoy, and plenty to learn about. Given how much I have been doing, it would happen I would need a Cup of Joe along with some good cafe-style treats. This is where Oceana Coffee comes in. Not only was it on the way to the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum (where I would have my fun today), but it was featured in the Florida Cafe Passport. I have to say, I am very happy the passport took me here. For starters, the coffee was on point, and the food was great, but Trisha was the one who pulled it all together for a first time experience I truly enjoyed. Though an address is provided, Oceana Coffee (which I will simply shorthand to Oceana for the remainder of this review) is located in the Fashion Mall a 150, on the west side of US-1 halfway between Jonathan Dickinson State Park and the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum. Right now, the strip mall is going through an overhall on its awning, but all the stores are open. Oceana is located at the southern part of the strip mall. There is some seating outside, but it was way too hot to sit out in the Florida humidity. Upon enterining, the ambiance is that of an upscale coffee bar blended with Aussie and ocean themes. The pictures of sea turtles on the wall compliment the ocean hues as well as the furniture being themed from sea port wood but upscaled in style. The coffee and food selections were simple and the Cafe Passport did not help. Ergo, I had help from Trisha, the beautiful lady working behind the counter that day, to help me decide. Ultimately, I realized the owner must be an Aussie with all the Australian slang used. The Flat White was prepared "Fair Dinkum" style, and they had a "Brekky Sandwich." Definitely got both of those as well as a chocolate croissant because the one suggestion from the Florida Cafe Passport was the "French-style breakfast." The pictures will detail my food offerings, but I will say it was very delicious. And to top it off, Trisha was right on top of everything. While I was doing computer work, there was a rush and she was the only one at the counter. She handled herself very well. After all of that, she even helped me choose some stickers for purchase... which I ended up getting five for my sticker book. On a sidenote, there is one unisex restrooma and one women only restroom. I kind of find that smart as women do take twice as long as men to use the restroom in general. And the unisex restroom was clean, too. Overall, this was a fantastic outing at one of the coffee cafes I've been wanting to go to. If I am around and about the area, I will definitely go back if I want more coffee, and of course hope Trisha takes care of me again.
