That said, the ice cream itself was good and it was still a nice stop overall--just wish the service matched the vibe of the place a bit more.

5 Stars - The BEST Ice Cream & Coffee Shop Around!…read more If I could give Loxahatchee Ice Cream Company more than five stars, I absolutely would! This place is truly a hidden gem and hands down the BEST local ice cream and coffee shop around! Once you try it, you'll understand why nothing else compares! Everything here is absolutely delicious! The caramel is heavenly, the mocha latte is perfection, and EVERY single ice cream flavor is incredibly rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor! The hand-dipped cones are such a special sweet treat, and don't even get me started on the milkshakes -- they are TO DIE FOR! Every bite and every sip tastes like something made with love and care. You simply cannot find this kind of quality at a chain ice cream shop! What makes this place even more special is the wonderful staff. Everyone is genuinely kind, welcoming, patient, and helpful. They make you feel appreciated every time you walk through the door, and that personal touch is exactly why supporting small, local businesses is so important! My family comes here EVERY SINGLE WEEK, and it has become one of our favorite little family traditions! As a mom, I especially appreciate that they offer dairy-free options so my son, who has a dairy allergy, can enjoy a special treat right alongside us. That means more to our family than they probably realize! There is truly no other ice cream and coffee shop that compares when it comes to flavor, quality, service, and overall experience. I would choose Loxahatchee Ice Cream Company over any big-name chain ANY DAY OF THE WEEK! Every single visit is worth it, every bite is worth it, and we always leave happy! If you haven't been here yet, YOU ARE MISSING OUT! Do yourself a favor, skip the chain stores, support this amazing local business, and treat yourself to something incredible! You ever make a financial decision so bad, it echoes in your soul like a haunting Yelp review from…read moreyour future self? Yeah. That was me at Coppelia. I shelled out $16 for a milkshake -- which, in theory, should've been crafted by unicorns, chilled by Arctic winds, and blessed by Gordon Ramsay himself. Instead, I got a lukewarm, flavorless mess that made a Wawa milkshake taste like gourmet gold. Wawa. You know, the place where you can also buy windshield wiper fluid and questionable sushi. It was thin, sad, and confused -- like it couldn't decide if it wanted to be a milkshake or just dairy water with commitment issues. I would've had a better experience pouring Hershey's syrup into a bottle of skim milk and shaking it while crying. Moral of the story: save your $16, buy a lottery ticket, and take your chances. Because even losing feels better than sipping betrayal through a plastic straw. Do better, Coppelia. Or at least warn people. - A now financially and emotionally scarred milkshake victim.
