And it's not just ice cream -- they offer an impressive spread of goodies including fudge, chocolate-covered candies and nuts, and caramel apples. They hand-dip fruits, pretzels, cookies, and other treats in their Heritage chocolate recipe, giving everything a special made-in-house touch. I also spotted some Dubai chocolate variations, which have been trending for good reason -- a fun and unique addition to the lineup. As for the ice cream, the selection is solid and in my opinion best enjoyed in a freshly made waffle or sugar cone (cups available too, if that's your thing). On multiple different advertisements all over the windows. This is fine of course but someone who is allergic to pistachio, this made me instantly nervous. The girl was super nice who served me and I made her aware of my allergy. She was really nice and accommodating and while they can't guarantee cross contamination. She recommended I chose icecream from a different case and she took her scooper and washed it in the back just as an extra precaution since they touch the other scoopers. Minis are never available anymore unless you special order days in advance, which completely defeats the purpose of a spontaneous treat. The selection is okay, but the flavors just don't hit the way they used to. They're good cupcakes--but they don't have that "wow" factor anymore. No tingle, no excitement, no craving for the next bite or urgency to try another flavor because it's so decadent. The staff has always been pleasant, so this isn't about service. It's really about the product and options. The cupcakes are large and expensive, and without mini options, they're not practical for a light, bite-sized treat. In addition to classes that they offer, I should have photographed their extensive array of molds... I think it was something ridiculous like 50,000 molds... to the beautiful truffle that they make for any occasion. I purchased a bag of different kind of chocolates for different family members; it's always fun to be a 'kid in a candy shop' choosing all kinds of fun items. I can't imagine walking in here without buying at least one truffle or something; my loved ones ate their chocolates before I had a chance to try, so I'll have to take their word for it: "good." This caused my order to be canceled, even though the issue was clearly on the restaurant's side. It was inconvenient, a waste of time, and completely avoidable. If you accept orders through uber eats , your staff should understand how the system works. Customers should not be put in this situation after already paying. Very disappointing experience.

This location is constantly missing ingredients and on this last visit, I ordered the Pink Power bowl, which is supposed to have a scoop of protein powder in it but apparently the premade pitaya base was so frozen, the block of it wouldn't mix with the minute amount of powder they put in. It was seriously the worst smoothie bowl I've ever had (and I've made some failed bowls at home). I honestly won't be back to this location. As I was leaving one of the employees asked me how it was, I was honest and he apologized and walked back with like 8 $2 off cards. It was a nice gesture but I can't see myself coming back 8 times to spend $13 each on a frozen bowl of flavored water and granola. Also, side note... not sure why it has to be so cold in there, I couldn't sit there and eat without shaking. What an unpleasant experience.
