The employee who served our ice cream did not wash her hands before scooping and serving our ice cream, did not wash her hands and her hands touched the ice cream while serving. I eat here often. My favorite. The vanilla cherry dipped ice cream cone. The staff is always friendly. The desserts made fast & ready in min. Ice cream fresh & definitely different flavors then your basic Dairy Queen. Especially I like that rainbow superman color. I generally don't leave a review unless I have a particularly great, or bad experience. I felt like getting some DQ today so I swung in to this one, like a lot of fast food places the reviews were pretty low. Maybe I was just hear on a good day, I dunno. I got a chili cheese dog with fries and a blizzard, and they were delicious! The fries were straight out of the fryer, perfectly crispy and well seasoned, and the dog was awesome. Steaming hot, good chili, and the bun was not soggy. The staff was also friendly which I really appreciate. I've never been to a DQ where I was actually shocked by how good and fresh the food tasted until today. Good job Jupiter DQ! read more

I assumed that ordering a cake online using their easy cake building tool would be pretty successful. When I picked up my cake and asked why it is different than the cake I ordered the clerk told me that the owner is not an artist and did the best she could. When I asked why the writing is yellow instead of pink like I selected she stated that this is a franchise and we don't get every color. Well full price, $28, for a cake that I didn't order. Just gross. The two young employees look like they hadn't showered in days. Both were working on one persons single order of cheese curds. It took 8 minutes for them both to complete this order and take care of mine. (Small dipped cone) Three young kids came in, they took their order and started on their order instead of getting my cone. He realized his mistake and grabbed a cone to get my order. I have not been to a DQ for a long time. This is a nice little DQ with seating up to 36 people. It was very clean and we were greeted by DQ's friendly staff. Our order for blizzards were taken quickly. When they arrived at our table the server did the standard turn the cup upside down, to show us how thick the ice cream was. I like to tip when I use a credit card if the service is good. They have no tip field on the credit card receipts. Credit card terminal customer service can enable that field remotely if a manager would care about retaining the employees worth keeping. I used to work in a call center for vendor card services, so I know it's an ease problem to solve: tip feld, font size, language, ect. One employee remembers my name and what I order, the others don't. Top employees are encouraged to leave when management shows they don't care. read more

I came here on April 2nd at 6:45pm and all I can really say is, Dirty establishment. If you go here, look behind the counter and let that speak for itself. The person in front of me got peanut butter in their blizzard and when I got mine, they didn't even wipe the machine piece off... what if I or someone was allergic to peanuts??? Arrived at Dairy Queen at 8:17 PM only to find the door locked with customers and employees inside. The open sign was off, although I didn't notice that initially. I imagine if the employee inside would've acknowledged me he might have said they were closed early due to the hurricane? But the thing is the hurricane path has shifted and it's not even expected to take a direct hit here. But hey perhaps I'm grumpy because I couldn't get my ice cream. When my boyfriend out in our order the register somehow came up to $1200 which was comical but obviously wrong so we had wait for the manager to come fix that issue. I used the restroom to change out of my bathing suit from a beach day, and it was fairly clean. We were trying to make the 9:00 pm train, the last of the day, and I slightly started freaking out because our order took at least 20 minutes to come out. Not only is this Dairy Queen filthy, but the workers are also dirty - literally, covered in chocolate. The front of the shirt of the woman that helped us was covered in dried chocolate. She had dried chocolate ice cream coated all over her neck. When we asked her about it (at 9:30 pm) she said it happened at 11:00 am but she wasn't able to go home to change because she lived far away. I understood not being able to change her shirt, but she should have at least washed her neck. The other workers also had ice cream all over the front of them - but not as bad and not all over their skin. Two of my kids got ice cream - but the other four did not. My experience at dairy queen today was odd. The customers are well trained with the orders however their actions are debatable. I entered dairy queen today and ordered. I casually sat down with my 15 YEAR OLD friends and mother. As i'm waiting for my ice cream or shall i say blizzard. I see the employees that i assume are a couple.. making out. This is our go to quickie celebration place in town. Whenever my daughter had a particularly good swim meet, or brings home a great report card, it doesn't matter if we are eating at home or at a restaurant, dessert was a Blizzard from DQ. The place is always clean and well lit, the service is fast and friendly, and we always joke about the place being a license to print money for the owner, because it is always packed, no matter the time or day of the week. They serve food, too, like hot dogs or chicken nuggets, but for I've never tried any of them, so I can't really review it as a lunch or dinner place. That stuff looks to be on par with what you might get at a Costco or Sam's Club food court, so take that for what it's worth. It's about 8 miles from where I live, too, so when we want a Blizzard, there's a good 15 to 20 minute drive on Alternate A1A with 2 or 3 lengthy traffic stops to help build the anticipation for us as we trek to get our "sweeties". read more

I was heading to this location due to the North Palm Beach location closing for a " boil water" alert. This location was recommended to my daughter by a female co-worker. May I also say the reason was also to buy my birthday cake for a party the next day Sept, 2nd. As we walked into the store NO ONE was in the front, NO ONE ever greeted myself and my daughter!! As I looked around there was not one customer and the tables were very dirty!!! REALLY Dairy Queen. I am aware it is a Dairy Queen and not the Four Seasons but cmon!!! It is still a food establishment that should always be clean and with warm, friendly customer service. Just left this location. Went in for a Reese's blizzard. Guess what, they were out of Reese's Peanut butter cup and Reese's Pieces. Really? They didn't have a plain cake ready in the freezer but the owner (I think) was very helpful and decorated a recently made cake in the back for me in 15 mins. It was very yummy so I highly recommend the plain vanilla/chocolate combo cakes. The Blizzards and other fancy flavors detract from the what DQ does best, IMHO. read more
