Don't come here if you have a service animal and are disabled. I accidentally walked in here but then decided i wanted a smoothie. Btw which was very watery. I entered, immediately the lady at the counter said i cannot have my dog inside, that's okay because it shows that they don't tolerate fake service dogs, but then i informed her that he is a service animal, she scoffed and said they all service animals and i said he's a legit SD and she proceeded to ask me "what's wrong w you that you need a SD" . I told her it is invasive to ask me what my disabilities are, bc wtf?? You can ask two questions and i encourage businesses to do so: 1 Is that a service animal required due to a disability? 2 what tasks are they trained to perform? There were two people that came up to me showing and telling me that she cannot do that and he is allowed inside BY LAW. Service animals are not required to have a leash on if it interferes with the tasks the animal does, and are not required to have any sort of identification on at all. It's hot outside.. i'm not putting so much gear on my dog for a 5 minute trip. Please get better, do not immediately judge someone and approach them with attitude, but instead ask the two ADA questions. read more

Great customer service. I arrived late to pick up my order. The employees weee kind enough to remake it for me. That's worth 5 stars in itself. read more

Great food and smoothies but be ready to get the wrong order 40% of the time you order since their worker turn around is extremely high. Cause is most likely don't pay their employees enough and it's incredibly busy most days. They really aren't paid enough to care. read more

Worst açaí bowl I have ever had. The granola looked like it was from broken granola bars and seemed stale. The açaí was near frozen. Go to Soul Rebel or 3Natives for a much better açaí bowl - visual and taste wise. read more

Very clean dining area. The staff was friendly and greeted us when we walked in. We were going to the gym and they suggested adding protein to our smoothies. Great suggestion! They told us about the free smoothie if we download the app. We'll be back! Thank you ladies for making us laugh and power up for the gym. read more

Left because I could not place an order for 2 smoothies in person at the counter. Apparently only one person working and she was directed to only take online orders. Online website was junk so I just gave up and left. Your loss Tropical Smoothie! read more

Probably the last time I'll be eating here. Takeout is never ready and staff quality is poor at best. The girl working the register is very nice but everyone else is lackadaisical at best. In my most recent order, I called in a wrap. Arrive 10 min later. The guys are standing around in the back chatting and on their phones, no masks, no cares given. When the cashier asks them if the to-go order for my wrap is ready the guy goes "oh yeah" and then starts making it after I get there. The food just isn't good enough to justify this crappy service. Hard pass from now on. read more

This location is a GERM fest. I'm writing this review so others in the area know to go to another location. The bathroom is 100% disgusting. Out of 4 people working there today, only one of them had gloves on. The two employees that were making the smoothies didn't have gloves on. I don't know if this is normal practice so I ordered a smoothie anyway. The guy who was itching his hair and then grabbing lids to put on top of the smoothies was the first thing I noticed and then the girl making smoothies without gloves not only had extremely long nails but was digging her ungloved hand into spinach and putting it in everyone's smoothies. Are employees not taught to wear gloves in general but especially with nails that can house so many germs even if they were washing their hands? I didn't even drink my smoothie after seeing this and gave them $7 basically for nothing. I will never return to this location and I hope others reading this review will take my advice and go elsewhere. read more

Constantly a disappointment. Really wish they could find good staff cause my kids love this place. Every time we go, I know there's going to be an issue. Besides the fact that every time I walk in no one ever even says hello and all staff looks angry that they even have to be there. Last week I stood there and stared at the 2 employees leaning over the counter staring at their phones. I even took a picture of them. There was no one there. I thought they just hadn't heard me come in but there's bells on the door so they must of been really sucked into Facebook to notice so I scuffled around and cleared my throat until finally I had to say "excuse me". I mean seriously? put the phones down people. Then tonight my husband orders 2 turkey bacon ranch sandwiches and smoothies, like we do every time. They handed me a bag and said here are your chicken flatbreads. i said, I didn't order flat breads. Are you sure that's mine? she looked on the screen and said "it says flatbreads". I said ok, but I ordered sandwiches. Her response was "Well I am just telling you what the screen says". I told her "ok, but we ordered two turkey bacon ranch sandwiches, not 2 chicken bacon ranch flatbreads". and her response with an attitude was "So what do you want me to do? Make you sandwiches?" Clearly I wanted sandwiches but for I told her to just give them to me because honestly she was so upset about it that I was afraid she'd spit in my food. Brought them home and my kids refused to eat them so I ended up making our own sandwiches at home which I probably should have done in the first place. read more

Great place and great service. Food and drink are fast and taste delicious. I recommend this place to everyone.

Have been to this location a number of times now & it is unavoidable to experience staff members that are routinely disinterested, annoyed, or blatantly lazy. The only highlight of this store is it's brand name. If I were a manager, I would fire the entire staff and start over with individuals who genuinely cared about their work & customers. read more

Ehh. My food and smoothie haven't ever been bad but the restaurant itself is just dirty. The bathroom is dirty. The hallways leading to the bathroom is dirty. It reminds me of a gas station bathroom, maybe worse. Today they had no chips or large cups so my smoothie came in two small cups. Needs an upgrade. read more

I went to this location to get the buffalo chicken wrap and a jetty punch smoothie. After drinking about half the smoothie I noticed these little micro plastics in my drink. I thought at first it was just ice but it never melted and was hard and felt like plastic. This is very dangerous and makes no sense on why plastic would be in my drink. read more

This location was very clean and the people working there were very friendly. It wasn't crazy busy like the location on North Lake. It also doesn't have that smell I'm so use to smelling when I go into that North Lake store. I ordered my Triple berry oat that is my go too. Decided to actually get a sandwich and not drink my lunch this time around. I ordered the chicken pesto flatbread. It was tasty and not as messy as I would have thought. It didn't give me that gross feeling after eating it. Not sure if it's because I'm getting older or if places are putting more crap in there food, but I have been feeling gross after I eat out at most places. It's nice that it didn't go in that direction this time around. read more

They no longer allow the convenience to call in your order in advanced. Sounds like pure laziness to me. Long time customer that will not be returning. read more

It's amazing that this establishment is still in business. It's been two weeks now and still no refund for a order I never received. A $50.22 order at that. Again, complete incompetence and disregard for the consumer. Do not give these scumbags the ability to rob you as well. read more

I'm so happy that they have been getting my orders right! There was a time when I had to keep coming back after every order because ingredients that I asked for were not included or the items I didn't ask for were included! I will say that the manager, Justin, has done an amazing job with upgrading the store and keeping a consistent staff in the early morning. read more

First off I love tropical smoothie, but this location is awful. Seems like every time we come here the order is wrong or they are out of food. The turnover of staff really makes it hard to have good service. The store is also very dirty and you can tell the manager doesn't care about his staff or customers. I keep giving them another chance, but this time the wrap I ordered was just bad. The bacon and chicken was uncooked and even the tomato slice was a gross end piece. Things need to change. read more

Amazing customer service. Very clean dining area. Greeted once we walked in. Whitney was exceptionally great! She recommended adding kiwi to a bahama mama and I loved it! Highly recommend if you'd like a smile to be put on your face (even under the mask). read more

Fast service, friendly people and the smoothies are amazing!!!!! I am so happy that I moved close to a smoothie spot. I got the Bahama mama for my boyfriend and the açaí berry boost for myself. Always my go to place for a quick healthy bite to eat. My favorite wrap is the king caesar wrap paired with the paradise point smoothie. When I have a sweet tooth craving I get the beach bum smoothie with white chocolate, which is part of their indulgent smoothie selection and it's so satisfying and yummy! Staff was friendly and my order was ready pretty quickly considering they had a line out the door. I really have no complaints about this place. They also have multiple locations all over so if your looking for a good place to get fresh wraps and smoothies I would definitely check this place out! read more

THE WORST tropical smoothie cafe I have ever been to. Let's start with the clueless 'I don't really care' staff. They don't know their menu, nor care learn it. They don't know how to ring stuff up or make things. They don't care that their signs say add a smoothie to any food item for $3. They won't do it. Only smoothie place in the area so I guess that's why everyone puts up with the horrible & slow service. read more

I love Tropical Smoothie as much as the next person, but I went there tonight to grab a wrap for dinner and the cashier tried to tell my the food side was closed. It was 7:50pm. When I asked why it was closed because they don't close for another 2 hours she just asked me what I wanted again and rang it up... it was really awkward. I almost just left but I really wanted my wrap... Smoothie and wrap was good. read more

So this is the only smoothie bar for about 10 miles. That said they have a good product, their smoothies are flavorful and the combinations of flavors are well done. You can add and take away ingredients as you see fit. It's a very typical smoothie bar but I would avoid going in there between 11-1 PM if you can because they have a huge lunch rush. I have to say though the service and the staff are simply superb. The manager goes above and beyond trying to make each customer feel welcome. She really is fantastic and always helps when it's busy and is great with her staff. I have to say that this place makes a good product and each employee has a smile on their face. read more

I come here once, sometimes twice a week. This store isn't as busy as it used be and could use some better cleaning. Sometimes my smoothie is a little chunky (clogs the straw) or not sweet enough and I've had forgotten lettuce on a flatbread, so consistency in training is needed. Overall, the staff is very friendly and when it's good, it's great! Tropical Smoothie will always be one of my favorite restaurants for healthier choices read more

Some out of towners looking for a great smoothie place? This is your answer. Everything comes as a 'one size fits all', however the portions are very generous. A lot of options and certain picks can be substituted with there meatless chicken for those vegetarians like myself. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating as well. We've been here twice during our 5 day stay. Definitely will be back again! read more

Customer service wasn't too bad considering that they gave me the requested sugar-free smoothie. Rated two stars because my smoothie wasn't blended well and it had small chuncks of ice that made it difficult to drink and a whole spinach leaf that didn't get to blend well, which also made it difficult to drink because it was at the bottom, and I was unable to figure out the source until I almost finished the smoothie. Also, the quantity was less than usual. Personally, I would not visit this particular TS again. read more

I've had so many negative experiences with this place, I don't know why I keep giving them another chance. Just ordered a smoothie and it was mainly crushed ice. It could not be sipped through a straw because of the large chunks of ice. There never seems to be any management present. read more

The smoothies are fantastic! The breakfast wrap is great! This is perfect for an on-the-fly meal that is not fast fried food!

I have been here multiple times and am left feeling shocked at how rude the staff is. One employee yelled at me for looking at the name of a pickup order at the pickup counter since they were ignoring me standing at the register. She said "don't you touch that it's not yours" turns out it WAS mine. Second time the women working the registers as flat out rude to the woman in front of me and gave me so much attitude after ignoring me standing at the register for five minutes. My family will never be returning. read more
