Usually love this place! Last order, which was a delivery, was absolutely gross. Bananas were rotten, and there was black mold throughout. It'll be a very long time before I order their PB&J, usually my favorite, again. Or anything else, for that matter. They have ZERO CONCERNS for the HEALTH of their customers. How could you let a product like this out of your doors? Health dept. Needs to get involved! Needless to say I had a piece of toast for breakfast instead. read more

This is a terrific healthy spot with polite staff who aim to please. You pay the counter and can sit inside their cute air conditioned please, or take it to go. They also have a few tables outside on the covered sidewalk. Their bathroom is clean. There's plenty of parking. I love their options and the ability to substitute or change certain things. When you order a wrap or salad it comes with a bag of chips. I have tried a few of their items, but I still need to go back to try the rest of their menu, it is that good! They have healthy breakfast bowls or different types of wraps and salads. They have a fridge of different juices or you can do smoothies. Very tasty, no matter what you choose. read more

I ordered a bagel with avocado. It took 15 mins for them to make it. When i got it, it was brown. (Not greenish brown, actually brown) I sent it back. They said "we will send a manager to come talk to you" Five minutes later an employee walked up to me and handed me a receipt showing that the meal had been credited back to my account. A waste of my time, food is gross read more

I always have problems at this location with getting orders right but today tops them all. I ordered two sandwiches to go and said I would be back to pick them up. I told the server to make the order now and not wait until I got back. I went back 20 minutes later and they didn't even start my order. Instead of just apologizing, the server (Dody) said I should have explained that I wanted my sandwiches cold instead of hot so somehow it was my fault they forgot the order. I am not going to this location again and will order from Tropical Smoothie next door instead. read more

Jupiter location needs to get it together. Wrap was falling apart, couldnt even pick it up to eat without it all falling apart. Need more training over there. Won't be coming back. Tired of everywhere giving bad service and poor quality food for expensive prices read more

Almost done eating my wrap and noticed there was a blue marker on my wrap, GROSS! I probably ate it. Great job 3Native Jupiter! The label says watch out for toothpicks do not consume. It Should say watch unknown blue marker, consume on us. The girl at the counter wasn't friendly at all, you expect someone to be nice and friendly, she seemed like she didn't want to be there and it showed. For what I paid and to this horrible wrap I would not recommend this place to eat, or if you do try it watch out for blue marker I k on your wrap. Wish I could give it a negative stars. read more

This is my go-to location. Its always super clean and everyone is so welcoming. Try the twisted ginger shot!

Love the Jupiter 3Natives!!! Baba was so friendly and welcoming! Their wraps are also so good!

I popped into this store after purchasing dinner from the Greek place next door, because I really wanted a smoothie - and a healthy smoothie. This business is open, bright and clean, with large menus posted against the wall, which I found helpful and clear. I was pretty disappointed to find that none of the smoothies sounded appealing to me. Not a single one! However, I noticed the cold pressed juices and selected "The Beet" from the fridge - where the juices are made and bottled fresh each day. The Beet is a combo of beet, orange, apple and carrot juices. It was delicious! And, even my kids liked it, so major win. I would definitely return to get this juice again, try different juices, and order some other things... maybe I would try a smoothie if I was in a different mood... Also, an employee walked by me with two giant bowls of salads she was bringing to a couple sitting outside - and the salads looked so good! read more

So, I'm gonna give this spot a 4 knowing I'll give it another chance. This was only the 2nd time I've an açaí bowl, as the first one prompted me and my daughter to want to find EVERY spot we could drive to and try this amazing, healthy phenomenon! The choices were good. The ingredients were fresh and tasted amazing. I was just disappointed in the amount of açaí actually in the small. Maybe the large is better? Heavy on the granola and butters, I barely found any of the fruity concoction at the bottom of our bowls. The staff was friendly, though, and the location clean. There is outside, covered seating, which makes social-distancing possible. read more

I waited for 30 minutes for a pickup order, only for them to tell me that one of my items was not available at that location. I asked the young girls what zip code they were in, and NONE of them knew. They asked for my order name 20 times, only to realize after 30 minutes that the item wasn't there, and that I needed to contact customer service ONLINE. I asked if they had a number to contact. NOPE. I asked if I could call any location. NOPE, THEY ALL GO TO VOICEMAIL.!! Horrible!! MY CO-WORKER ORDER A MISSION BEACH! Tell me where there tuna is? The place was empty too read more

I needed a quick and healthy lunch. I stopped in to 3Natives to grab an açaí bowl. I was greeted immediately then I ordered the Estes bowl. Chicken salad sandwich has very small amount of chicken salad. It's mostly lettuce. Very disappointing. I keep ordering this hoping it will change. I recently got a chicken salad wrap at a different health food place and it was full of chicken salad. Chicken salad should be the main ingredient. After all, it's called a chicken salad wrap, not a veggie wrap. read more

I was honestly extremely disappointed I've been going to 3natives since they first opened their shop many years ago in tequesta. My daughter and i stopped in this location and got our normal bowls - fruit was mush stale granola, and i normally buy 4-6 juices for the week. They all taste like water. No flavor in fact my slim and spicy i added a ginger honey shot to cause it was legit water. Expensive mistake i made buying 4 juices that i had to add lemon ginger to in order to get the nutrition i was looking for. Just highly disappointed. I'm a local loyal client to tequesta location and won't make the mistake of stopping by this location again. read more

Great drinks and food. I order online and it's always ready in time. It's a quick bike ride from Abacoa and has a cute interior.

Where to begin, I've started out as a loyal fan and customer of the wraps , smoothies and bowls since around 2014/2015. $1 upcharge for a gluten free wrap was sketchy considering this is supposed to be a place that caters to healthy people so to me I would think this should just be an option Without a price hike. Though the years the quality has plummeted, the packaging has become cheaper at on point it seemed they were offering cheap naked pita chips to cover up the quality than they started adding chip choices. The wraps comes with one small scoop of chicken salad that I would would say is a table spoon half of the wrap is always fuller than the other and the rest carrots , cabbage, lettuce , tomato cucumber, sprouts. What they use is not real chicken it doesn't even resemble chicken, it's airy and resembles a paste crumble. It's been through some kind of a process it has a nutty taste. I think they are doing this to make more money and cut cost based on their history. $10 for a wrap of vegetable is not ok especially if the chicken doesn't appear to be real. the bowls that I now order appear to be pre-made and frozen. This place sucks it's not cool to start out good serving quality items than changing up the ingredients and sacrificing the integrity of the product later to make a buck . Never again every time I have went there and as they changed it up I said this but went less frequently. This time it's for real I'm not buying fake chicken this place is a scam!!!! shame on whoever owns this establishment because they can care less about the consumer they only care about making money and franchising the name. I still can't get over whatever it is they are saying is chicken. read more

Don't waste your time on this place. Worst hrs possible. They will turn off the lights to let you know they don't open till exactly 8am. Wont open the door a minute early if people are waiting. Watched 4 people walk away. Overpriced and poorly ran for the typical everyday worker read more

Worst staff, rude... placed and online order and still waiting 25 minutes inside the store. Get help that respects their customers...

So glad there is a location in Jupiter now. I had the Chronic Bowl which is a base of Açaí with fruit while my friend had the Bird. We both love the açaí bowls so much we never get to the wraps or salads which look delicious. They used to have a punch card but now give points for purchase. The atmosphere is clean and inviting, service is friendly. read more

I only give this restaurant 2 stars because I do think the food is fairly good and fresh although overpriced. Service was astoundingly terrible. We came in 20 min before closing and it took 3 tries to find something they actually had. The worker failed to get our order correctly and then told us we needed to leave right after bringing our food out. It's sad that the state of customer service and the culture has become so terrible that the workers told us that we were not welcome there nor did they want or need our business. read more

They shouldn't automatically have the 20% tip checked when you have to pay for your food. This seems dishonest to me.

Always fresh food and welcoming employees. I love their açaí bowls and that you can pick a wrap or salad as an option

Love their acai bowls but am disappointed at how difficult it is to order a pickup. They put you on hold, usually for at least 5 minutes, often forget to return to your call, and frequently, when you call in for a pickup, no one answers the phone, it just goes straight to voice mail. When you're working and have a brief lunch time, this does not work. In fact, today this happened to me again, so I just went elsewhere. Disappointing. read more

I wish I had the names of the two people that helped me! I am naturally an indecisive person and everything sounds divine on the 3natives menu. My fiancé loves açaí bowls so we decided to finally give it a try. He had the 'chronic' açaí bowl and really enjoyed it. I'm not a major fan of açaí bowls however the cashier recommended the curry chicken! I had had it in the salad and enjoyed it very much. We didn't eat in the restaurant however, it was really clean and the service was very quick. It's a very laid back and calm inside the restaurant if you're looking for something super laid back. I've been going here since they've opened, along with all of the other ones around the area. Never had an issue except for today when I heard them talking badly about my order in the back. Super friendly, high quality fresh product. Best choice for raw juices. Really happy!

Went in at 4:45 only to be told they are closed. I then asked politely what time they did closed (provided the open sign was lit up and the door was unlocked), and the manager said 5. Even if they were open or even closed, the amount of disrespect was unbelievable. Great quality food, although service is meh. The place is very clean, however the cashier wasn't very friendly. Normally I praise really friendly and highly energetic workers with a smile on top as a nice welcome into the place, but just got a bad vibe right when I walked in.
