One girl decided to make a juice for someone who was not even in the shop before making my bowl it took 18 minutes to make an açaí bowl... Great selection of smoothies and bowls. I've been here twice - once for a smoothie (they have a great selection of add-ons as well) and once for a bowl. It was basically a smoothie with toppings on it, a nice 'change' to what I'd usually order. Prices are as expected for what you're getting (around $8 for a smoothie). The people were very friendly and the place was so welcoming but their smoothie bowls were disappointing to say the least. OK so this is a great establishment. Being from southern California where there's lots of different places to choose from I can say that I have quite a bit of appreciation and perspective. So I set down and talk to the owner Sully and it's obvious he really did his research. For instance before opening up, he and his partner drove up and down the coast and went to every juice bar they could find to see what they liked and they didn't like and took notes and made comparisons in order to incorporate the best into this modern juice bar. You'll find a lot of things here that are somewhat similar at other places; BUT you'll also find some things here that are unique! And that's why am doing this review to talk about those things. The things that are helpful to know so that you don't go to a great place and walk out with something that's just the norm or average (even if it is really good!) I really enjoy buying trying tasting things that are special; the house version or a special concoction that someone as dreamed up that has knowledge in that area they can make more distinctions then I can. **My Recommendation** My favorite shot here is the wasabi. TRY IT! it's 4 ounces of goodness. 2 ounces of wheatgrass and 2 ounces of ginger and it's a great combination. It's got a big kick to it but I've stopped by four times this week and within a few minutes of drinking it I felt a little pep in my step. **My Tip ** I like Dr Ken's Super 6 and add cucumber, celery, spinach and go heavy Ginger. Yum! I really like that you can add a couple of things to your drink with no problem and that's because they're making everything fresh--- nothing is already prepared so you're getting something that is blended up right for you. I like to get ice added to mine and then depending on how much I get out typically pour it into a Hydro flask so that I can drink it throughout the morning. Do you agree? Well....bad news. This place will most likely ruin any hope you had of finding any other good juice/smoothie/bowl place in potentially the whole world. Dramatic? Maybe. True? For me, yes. As a high schooler, I begged my family to stop here on the way to a spring training game. Smoothie bowls were all the rage and I needed some instagram content (I was 16, okay). It went over w the fam better than I planned - we stopped back three more times that week. That was ~7 years ago. We now budget in a day to any FL trip to road trip for a bowl. We tell anyone we know who is headed this way, and, unfortunately, have yet to find even a slightly close second, regardless of how many places we try across the country. In town on vacation and wanted to get juice an smoothies with the kids. Very disappointed by this place. Ordered three drinks. (1) Straw-nana smoothie. The woman behind the counter proceeded to open a deep freezer and pull out frozen bananas and frozen strawberries. Not sure why they had fresh bananas on display. She then added a bunch of ice, which was unnecessary since the fruit was frozen. Then the apple juice. Taste was ok but the result was a very icy watered down smoothie. (2) Rise and Shine. This time the melon was fresh, but pineapple and strawberry again came out of the freezer. This one tasted pretty bad. We all had a sip and threw the rest away. (3) Pipe Cleaner green juice. This was actually a good tasting juice. Smoothies and juice should be all about freshness. Frozen fruit gets zapped of flavor and are not suitable. For $8+ dollars per there is no excuse for frozen ingredients. Until they change the smoothie recipes I recommend sticking with the juices - at least they are fresh. read more

A lot of places charge you anywhere between $10-13 and jip you with an extremely small portion but I got a really good size cup for just under $10 ! *COVID concern* I hate to leave a negative review but the owner does not have an email address on the website. If you're at-risk or live with someone at-risk don't come here. I went in to get bowls for myself and my husband. It appeared the employee was wearing a mask while making the food so I felt comfortable going in and giving my business. However she had her mask pulled down at one point and then after she made my bowls, I noticed her mask was mesh (like see-through). I asked her about it and she thought it was funny and told me wear she got it and gave an excuse that she'd had covid before (not that this matters, anyone can be carrying it). It's troubling that a business would allow an employee to be deceptive about your health and safety. Either wear a mask or don't, but don't deceive people about safety measures. Couldn't tell you how the food was, as I ended up throwing my 14 dollars worth of food away as a precaution. read more

This place was so good! I've been to the other 2 juice/bowl places and they were good, but this place freshly presses their juices. For a slightly cheaper price. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was very clean inside. They have a variety of juices that all sound delicious. I got the sunshine punch (carrots,ginger,Apple and something else) and it was so good. The juices are very small and mostly celery and apples since they're typically out of spinach and kale. Besides the small juices that average around nine dollars a piece, their bathroom always says "out of order" even though it's not out of order and I even asked the lady working there if they were going to fix it and she said no it's not broken, we just don't let customers use it. I think it's a horrible way to do business and if you're spending nine + dollars on a drink the size of a coke can this isn't the place for you. So good, it MAY contain drugs... I recently found myself in Modern Juice after a vigorous WOD and the Super Bowl was so delicious I'm honestly concerned that the moderately attractive girl behind the counter put drugs in it. This was my first trip into the clean, well air-conditioned establishment in over 12 months and it hadn't crossed my mind ever since, but now... I stayed next door at La Quinta so I thought I would give it a try. I had an Acai bowl and a smoothie, both which weren't too bad. I think the bowl was a bit watery compared to others I've had. I have to say tho I'm spoiled from living in Vegas. The shop is nice and the crew are pleasant and energetic. A little pricey for daily indulging but for an occasional treat, not too bad. You can tweek your order or customize it from scratch. The employees are great and the owner is very friendly and knowledgable. He even cut open a dragon fruit for me to taste. I'm in town visiting friends and decided to swing by with my husband before paddle boarding. We were helped right away and was provided some wonderful suggestions on what to order. I loved the beachy and clean motif of the place and that each smoothie was crafted so that I was able to see how the produce was stored and what exactly was being put into my drink. I ordered "the Hulk" and not only was it delicious, it energized me for hours of paddle boarding fun! If you want a "real" acai bowl don't come here. The acai in the bowl tastes nothing like acai. Not even close. Looks like they add acai juice with Apple juice, banana, strawberry , and ice. A bunch of fillers!! I do like the fact thy mix it up on the spot and that the fruit is very fresh compared to three natives but it doesn't make up for the "acai". read more
