We went early in the morning for their breakfast offering so we got a spot on the street. I ordered for pick up on the app since I know they tend to be busier on the weekends and boy was I glad I did that since when I walked in there was barely space inside since it was packed. I think this shows how high in demand this place is! Luckily the worker noticed me and immediately asked if I was picking and quickly handed my food and offered if I needed anything else. My latte was absolutely divine and had the right color and mix of milk with matcha. I did a deconstructed perfect egg sandwich which was so delicious and hit the spot! I love the healthy alternatives they have with egg whites and putting certain sauces on the side which is how I modified my meal. I will admit it's on the pricier side but well worth it! read more

Great little place we found looking for a healthy lunch alternative in Jupiter! So I had never been to a Pura Vida before, and didn't want a heavy lunch as the days are so hot lately: this small self-serve cafe just hit the right spot! Really pretty place to hang out and get some healthy food. Loved the atmosphere and after ordering my lunch to go kind of wished I'd sat down to eat and enjoy the place. Anyhow I got the egg sandwhich and a cold brew and went to the beach. The sandwich was fresh, well made and tasted good, but was pretty basic. The sauce it comes with was good too but not crave-worthy. I don't see myself needing to eat it here again. Thing is, while there's nothing wrong with the food, the way they charge the customers is really weird and for me, it messes up what would otherwise be a nice experience. Theres a 5% service fee just for ordering plus an extra 10% if you dine in. So a 15% tip is mandatory, despite the fact that you stand in line and order at a counter. Then this fee was also applied to my already $7 cold brew, even tho it comes in a bottle and I had to pick up out of a case and pour for myself. Then they also charged me an extra $1.25 for a splash of milk in it. Not even a special milk, just plain old cows milk. So nearly $9 total for a good, but not at all special, cup of iced coffee. Obviously a few extra dollars here and there isn't going to financially ruin anyone, but having all these sneaky extra charges doesn't make me feel good about going there. Instead of feeling welcomed and valued as a customer it makes me feel like they're out to get me. If you want 5% more for the food, just price it that way on the menu. If not wanting to drink black coffee means a big upgrade, tell me. There are plenty of other small businesses in the area offering food that's just as good, without the tricks and personally, I'd prefer to support them. read more
