I took a bite and gallantly handed it back before my tongue got the message back to the rest of me on just how great that sandwich was - otherwise, I would have likely had a real internal struggle to give any of her dinner back. You could tell two things about him right away: 1. He's a man who has a great deal of pride to have this restaurant and it's fine food to share with the world. 2. This is not an easy business, but he doesn't mind, because he just knows his food is high art in a soul food world made up of many poimitations. Go give these fine folks a try.
