On a second visit we upped our game and tried a couple of new breakfast dishes - all great!

03/29/26 We both got the seasonal Chimichurri Steak & Eggs Hash. However, one was brought to the table with steak and one without steak. My husband began to eat so his food wouldn't get cold. I waited and waited for our server to come back and check on us, but she didn't. When I finally saw her, she was taking an order at a table and I didn't want to interrupt. After waiting at least 10 minutes or more, I went up to the hostess to let her know. Ten more minutes or so passed and our server finally checked on us. I let her know mine was missing steak and that I already told the hostess. Probably 25-30 minutes after I received my original order, they brought out just steak. So i added the warm steak to my cold dish. The steak was lacking and it just ended up being disappointing. It is kind of hit or miss. When it is good, it's really good, but when your order is messed up, it's a bad experience all around. read more

Can a leopard change his spots? Well, in the case of the First Watch on Indiantown Road in Jupiter, the answer is "YES." We had been quite disappointed when we visited there years ago. However, we tried this First Watch again on Friday morning and were pleasantly surprised. The service was prompt and friendly. Our server returned on her own to ask if our coffee pot needed refilling. The food was tasty and our portions were large. Our delicious omelettes were accompanied by a nice crisp green salad, well dressed. My "kitchen sink" omelette was packed full of bacon, sausage, ham, onion and cheese. Really tasty - - and filling. Although roomy, the standard First Watch furniture is not that comfortable. I'm certain that wood slat seats are easy to maintain, but not great to sit on for the time it takes to order and eat a meal. But, beyond that, everything was just fine. read more

My friends and I stopped by here for breakfast before a day of shopping at the outlets. Service was great and our food came out very quickly. I don't eat pork so I was very glad when I saw biscuits and gravy made with turkey sausage and knew I had to have it. The biscuits and gravy were so good. The first watch was ok, the seats were filthy in the booth we were seated in and the waitress did not offer to clean it. We cleaned it ourselves. We got the hash and shared it. It was good except that the spinach was spoilt, you could taste how rancid it was. The kitchen clearly did not check the produce before using it. The service was ok, not very friendly. It was an earky Friday morning snd the place was not packed or busy. read more

After a doc appointment we decided on a healthy breakfast. Not busy but very friendly staff. It was a subdued atmosphere by the guests. Husband had the carrot cake pancake that had unfortunately no taste to it. It was totally bland. I had the smoked salmon Benedict. I asked and they accommodated my wish to have them place it all on tomatoes instead of bread. They give choices for the sides. I chose the salad with lemon vinaigrette. It was excellent! The Benedict was awesome!! I loved that the hollandaise Was lighter than many others places serve. But the eggs were the smallest eggs ever. They serve coffee in a carafe that stays hot throughout the meal. The utensils were a fork and a knife. But I had coffee and no spoons accompanying the drink. Guess I was expected to use my fingers to stir. Facility was clean and pleasant. I will come back and ask for a spoon now that I know. read more

Kiara was our waitress she was amazing so attentive and very nice. It was busy but got seating quickly but parking was hard the plaza itself was busy. The food is always good, but the service this time was very disappointing. Our server filled my coffee cup less than halfway and set it down so roughly that it splashed and got my menu wet. She forgot our water, and when she came back, she only brought two cups even though there were four of us. When we asked for a box, it was handed to us in a very dismissive way. I have eaten here quite a few times & have never been so disappointed as I was today. We ordered the Traditional Breakfast & the Avocado toast for breakfast w/tea & coffee, easy order. While the Tradition was fine & the Avocado Toast was very good, the eggs & sausages were actually served cold & overcooked. Our server was great but there was not a smile among any of the staff & the floors in the restaurant had not seen a broom or mop in far too long! We like to drive north of Palm Beach Gardens on HW 1 to Jupiter and beyond. There are several nice Beach Parks with parking. We have been fans of First Watch for years, and my wife enjoys the changing menu and finding an item to suite her mood. Never had a bad experience with dining at this small chain. I found this place scrolling through Google for best breakfast spots in Jupiter. I scanned the online menu and saw menu good items so I decided to stop here for breakfast. There is an online waitlist but in reality it doesn't mean anything until you check in with the host. The place was half way full so we were able to get a table outside. The waiter came over very quickly and was very friendly and talkative. The waiter brought over coffee and poured for everyone. One thing I did not like was that you are charged for the coffee automatically. If coffee is going to be poured without asking, one should not be charged or we should be asked if we want it. Had I know I was going to be charged $3.29 I would have stated I didnt want it or would have asked for additional refills. For drinks I actually ordered, I got the Pomegranate Sunrise cocktail (camarena tequila, Pomegranate, lime juice, agave) and the Morning Meditation juice (kale, fuji apple, English cucumber, lemon) with an added wellness shot boost of vitamins B3, C, D3, and Zinc. Both fitness were very tasty and refreshing. For food I ordered the Chikichanga (whipped eggs with spicy chicken breast, chorizo, green chilies (i asked for none), cheddar and Monterey jack, onions, and avocado rolled ina flour tortilla, topped with vera Cruz sauce and sour cream. It came with fruit and seasoned potatoes which I subbed for toast instead. The meal was very delicious. It wasnt really spicy but there was the tiniest kick which evened out with the sauces. I was filled with my meal but would have been happy with a few more bites because it was very good. One thing that would make it even better is if it was hot, as it came out warm/room temp. I came here mid-morning a few weeks ago. I got the A.M. Superfoods Bowl with gluten free toast and an iced coffee. First Watch is a little pricey, however, the portions are pretty big so you really can't complain. Food was great and service was great. read more

Great place for breakfast. I would say this is a step up from a IHOP or Dennys. The food here is really good, great coffee and the servers were really nice. Doesn't really matter which one you go to they all taste the same. Good prices, not too pricey and you get a lot of food. The service is always quick and caring. While it is a large place with plenty of seating, the tables feel cozy and have enough room. We were in the middle of a road trip and had some hangry travelers. We were seated quickly and had activities for the kids. Their menu has a wide range of fresh ingredients and never disappoints. Had brunch at First Watch. It was busy as it was a popular spot. We waited about 15 minutes for a table of 6. Our meal came quick. Surprising for a table of 6. They have tables inside and out. It was only 65 so we chose to eat inside. The food was very good. It's a bit expensive although average for the area restaurants. We were not rushed which we appreciated since we were in town visiting. Our waitress and hostess were both excellent. We appreciated their attentiveness to our table. A good restaurant for a small group (4 or less) as it would be more comfortable. They sat us in a booth. Two of our guys are very big so it left less room for others. Suggest asking for a table. There was a wait for a reason! This place was so tasty and definitely a great place to recommend for brunch! Food and service was fast, excellent portions for price and great drink options. I'm an iced coffee fan so I ordered that with the breakfast skillet. The skillet came with a side of toast and fruit. I heard all great things of the meal by the table but I think the favorite were the skillets. They had a little bit of everything in there between meat, eggs, veggies and potatoes. Came here for breakfast with my brother for the first time at Chasewood plaza. Super cute place with a fantastic and clean vibe. Our waitress, Grace , was so attentive and patient from the time we ordered and throughout our breakfast . She had such a bubbly personality that I would love to come back and dine here again. First watch is located in a common shopping area with a ton of free, off street parking. We were seated in a busy, comfortable yet casual dining room. A very upbeat waitress took our order and in a flash she was back with our drinks and food. My wife was very pleased with her eggs, bacon and potatoes. Ok went here to have breakfast and it was just fair The food humm, the omelette I had which was Ham and Gruyère cheese. It was a bit dry maybe overcooked , had a little ham chopped inside and two sliced of Gruyère on top. It barely tasted good ... coffee, and a mimosa. This x 2 with one dry overcooked thin pancake and two sausages came to about 60$!!!!!! Been to several first watches all over Florida and every time I come here at this location the coffee they serve is luke warm and then it takes forever to get a fresh pot that is hot. By the time I get the overpriced coffee I was done. Today food was meh. The million dollar bacon is great and the pancakes were cooked well. The turkey sandwich was ok until we found paper in it. Did they ask if we wanted something else to eat? No! I guess we should just eat more paper. They comped jt though and kept it there for me to look at. Wow! First Watch is a chain breakfast and lunch spot. It serves up traditional breakfast favorites along with soups, salads and sandwiches for lunch. I do like the farmhouse style decor. As for the food, I personally believe it is over-priced and over-rated. It is a VERY busy location on the weekends, but being one of the few decent chains for breakfast I can see why people flock here. During my last visit the cashier checking people out at the counter seemed to be under the influence of something. She was swaying back and forth, and her eyes were rolling back. I had notified a staff member which they seemed unfazed by this, as if it is this woman's normal behavior. The place is always clean which I appreciate. I find the food to be ok but I like that there are options for vegetarians as well so it works. They could improve the seasoning used and consider adding ingredients to the mix (like have banana pancakes cooked with the bananas instead of just on top). I love that they offer flavored creamers with the coffee. Overall, it's reasonable for the price but not outstanding. read more
