Great selection on the menu for who eat anything, including the maple bacon. Today I tried the lemon curd pancake, and it did not disappoint. In a strip mall in Jupiter, so outside seating is not the best. Inside is specious, and you will be enveloped in chic blackboards displaying their specials. This was our first time at this location. It was approaching lunchtime and beginning to fill up. We did, however avoid waiting for a table. It appeared it took longer to be recognized by a server than at the Palm Beach Lakes location. After that the service and everything was equally as accommodating as the other location. I had something new on the menu, a pork belly bowl. It was absolutely delicious and just slightly decadent. This place still earns five stars and For a good reason. The staff was nice and friendly. It's mostly healthy options. I ordered the crab and asparagus Omelet; it was ok: not too much season on it, the asparagus and crab was NOT very heavily- I didn't like that.. and the asparagus was soft: I need to have mines with a bit of crunch!! I had the strawberry and basil lemonade, it wasn't sweet and no basil was in it!!! It's just garnished with it!!! ( which they were out of) Ugh! It was ok! We have resumed going to First Watch as one of our weekend breakfast spots of choice. Although the staff is great, and goes out their way with effort and friendliness, the same cannot be said of the kitchen. Besides my meals being served cold, the two other people in my party made small requests to make minor changes in the preparation of their entrees. This was duly noted by the server on the ticket but blatantly ignored by the kitchen staff. Of greater concern to us is the fact that two weeks in a row, our servers volunteered in conversation that they had not been vaccinated against the COVID 19 virus. As the layout of the restaurant has reverted to its old crowded set up, this understandably made us quite uncomfortable. read more

Let me start off by saying I have been to several first Watch restaurants in the past and have never experienced the poor customer service and racism!! My husband and stopped into this location and almost immediately felt out of place because we were the ONLY blacks in the restaurant but we decided to give things a try and think positive, well they say always go with your first instincts of a place. Order a drink and not only did it take about 20 minutes to reach me as the server arrived with the glass it had huge visible food stains inside, when I asked to have a new glass it took just as long for the server to return with it. Then my omelet came out burnt to the crisp so bad that the server offered to have a new one made then returned about 15 minutes later saying management told her to just serve me the side of potatoes which was in a bowl and cold to the touch as I wait for the rest of my meal, unbelievable!! I then requested to have my meal removed from my bill as I was so disgusted with the service later a female manager (Teresa) came to our table and set the bill down without any explanation or apology for the horrible service and waiting game they played with us. Although I was reluctant to speak to her on behalf of the mistreatment I decided to and at that time I expressed our frustrations with the entire visit and her only response was oh wow and I'm sorry, but it was not genuine. I also informed her that the reason I believe we received the mistreatment was because of the color of our skin and it shows within herself and entire staff which never even made eye contact with us, she immediately gave us a return coupon and decided to not charge us which I believe was our of guilt! We did not come for a free meal we just want to be treated like everyone else and if that is a problem they should close down their business!!! The breakfast business is huge in the jup juno area. Huge. Weve been to a number of the ones on the Yelp list. I came across First Watch after hitting the nearby Carvel (refer to my Carvel review..haahaha, well played huh, but its true). We stopped in around 930, lucky to get seated right away. As I walked to the table I was scoping out plates. Lots, lots, of breakfast sammiches. I spied some big bacon slices too. Oh, have to mention you can see into the kitchen, looked clean. The staff was buzzing around, looked good there too. Nothing worse than seeing a server with dirty food stained clothes. A Juno place I wont visit again, reflects poorly. The young girl that waited on us brought our coffee right away and gave the right amount of time to take our order. She chuckled, when I opted out of the "greens" for the home fries. I went ham and gruyere omelet, potatoes snd artisan toast. Nice omelet, healthy amount of ham and melted cheese. The artisan toast was good, a little under toasted but no issue. Good stuff. The homefries had good onion flavor. My wife went traditional eggs and bacon. I can attest to the good bacon. Im the finisher First Watch moves to the top of the list. read more

How do you rate a place when the food is great but the service horrible? The host was grumpy and hardly said anything, and the server didn't know the menu and had to ask twice about dishes whether they were vegan. He was slow, didn't bring out the right food and even got our check wrong.. didn't charge us for one dish either. We let him know and he was happy to add it on. The veggie burger and chia pudding was great!!! Can you please hire nicer people? We will come back more often! Please peel your onions! I can't chew the papery pieces at all and it takes an hour to pick through it. Happens every time. Please have avocados on hand for your avocado toast.. or just remove from your list. Today was our first time visiting First Watch. When in the Chasewood Plaza, I consistently would see that the restaurant was busy. The vibe of the restaurant once inside is quite different than the outside. It's well decorated and we were promptly greeted. What I Like!: -individual coffee thermos on the table making refills easy to get -they bring water to the table and leave a small pitcher for you -nice variety of items on the menu - high protein, fresh fruit, tons of egg dishes - you name it! - the staff is very pleasant What needs work: -took quite a while for someone to come over and get our drink order. Maybe 5-7 minutes? That's a while when the restaurant isn't yet bustling. It was maybe half full -one of the people in our party didn't get their food. For a while. We were served and we kept looking around for our server. Took a while to get the last dish out. She apologized but it was a misstep. I'm a fan of First Watch. There is something for everyone. The food comes out quickly. Service is friendly and efficient-they leave an entire carafe of coffee, water and etc at the table so you can avoid waving someone down for a refill. Everything we've tried in the menu is at least good. I love the variety of healthier options that goes beyond the usual egg white omelette and oatmeal. It's kid friendly, clean and open. I will not be returning. The food is always over cooked and dry. I wish I could give more stores for the great service but the food is so bad I don't want people fooled into going to this First Watch. This location over cooks everything ordered and doesn't put enough sauces or gravy to compensate by adding moisture to their dry food. I first became aware of First Watch in 2003, when it knocked Cracker Barrel out of number one in the "Family Restaurant" category in a "Consumer Reports" survey of restaurants. (It was "Consumer Reports" that led my family to discover Cracker Barrel in the early '90s.) First Watch opened its Jupiter restaurant at some point in the 2000s, expanding to its current size in 2009. Over the years, I knew I had to give this place a try as the "Consumer Reports" survey had stayed with me. In 2017, on my first day of work (right next door), I finally gave First Watch the old college try. By my third visit in the summer of 2017, I was madly in love with First Watch. I quickly became a regular customer and developed friendships with the staff and management. First Watch is my Cheers. I know them and they know me. The two Kellys, the two Sarahs, the two Ericas, Ryder, Octavio, Karla, Savanna, Estelle, Megan, and everyone else have become my second family. My breakfasts there make my day better. When COVID hit, the first thing I wanted to do most was have my beloved pancakes and coffee there once again. I was among the faithful customers who returned when First Watch reopened in early June 2020. Out of respect for my family, and to avoid COVID-19, I dutifully ate on the patio for a year. I'm excited to be allowed to eat inside once again. By the way, I suggest that customers who order pancakes, waffles, or French toast ask that the syrup be brought out with the food. The syrup is served warm. Normally, the servers bring the syrup out before the food. The syrup gets cold fairly quickly. I learned that from my experiences and I started asking for the syrup to be brought out with my pancakes in 2018. Whatever you order at First Watch, you won't be disappointed.
