I first became aware of First Watch in 2003, when it knocked Cracker Barrel out of number one in the "Family Restaurant" category in a "Consumer Reports" survey of restaurants. (It was "Consumer Reports" that led my family to discover Cracker Barrel in the early '90s.) First Watch opened its Jupiter restaurant at some point in the 2000s, expanding to its current size in 2009. Over the years, I knew I had to give this place a try as the "Consumer Reports" survey had stayed with me. In 2017, on my first day of work (right next door), I finally gave First Watch the old college try. By my third visit in the summer of 2017, I was madly in love with First Watch. I quickly became a regular customer and developed friendships with the staff and management. First Watch is my Cheers. I know them and they know me. The two Kellys, the two Sarahs, the two Ericas, Ryder, Octavio, Karla, Savanna, Estelle, Megan, and everyone else have become my second family. My breakfasts there make my day better. When COVID hit, the first thing I wanted to do most was have my beloved pancakes and coffee there once again. I was among the faithful customers who returned when First Watch reopened in early June 2020. Out of respect for my family, and to avoid COVID-19, I dutifully ate on the patio for a year. I'm excited to be allowed to eat inside once again. By the way, I suggest that customers who order pancakes, waffles, or French toast ask that the syrup be brought out with the food. The syrup is served warm. Normally, the servers bring the syrup out before the food. The syrup gets cold fairly quickly. I learned that from my experiences and I started asking for the syrup to be brought out with my pancakes in 2018. Whatever you order at First Watch, you won't be disappointed. We waited about 15 minutes, which is standard on a busy Saturday morning. The server was super nice and it was a great atmosphere. I really enjoyed my breakfast meal. I had the Morning Meditation drink, which I immediately knew I wanted to try making at home. It's only mildly tart but mostly sweet with orange juice, lemon, and tumeric etc. And I got The Works omelet with egg whites. It was super tasty and hearty and not too salty, which I appreciated. Just creepy vibes and really slow service, maybe an off day but wouldn't recommend this place to my dog. At first sight this place is very nice. Everything appears to be new and I enjoy the decor. My family and I were seated quickly and everything on the menu looked delicious. I ordered the avocado toast witch tasted like a whole entire lemon was squeezed onto it. Furthermore the serving size was incredibly small. My father also had problems with his dish. He ordered a farmhouse skillet which was supposed to come with poached eggs but they were practically hard boiled. Overall this was an alright dining experience which I might recommend if there is nothing else open and you want some overpriced food. read more

The first thing wrong about this place is the wait for service. You are not paying for anything spectacular on the menu, you pay for service which is cordial but still slow. The second is it's absolutely not right to serve cold food. Don't take it back to the kitchen just charge me for the watered down coffee so I can go somewhere else. The third thing is all the permissive parents letting their kids run around the place hollering. Not everybody loves your kids antics as much as you do mommy and daddy. For Sunday breakfast today, we were seated at the table right outside the wide open kitchen door and so had to put up with the head chef continuously screaming such expressions as "Scramble! scramble! scramble!" Were Kamikaze planes approaching? We ordered muesli pancakes and fruit crepes, and drank our coffee whilst we waited. The coffee was not to my liking, it tasted somewhat burned and artificial, and didn't have a 'real' coffee aroma or flavor whatsoever. We watched the buspeople horsing aroung whilst we waited for our order to arrive, which it did in a timely manner. The crepes were perfectly thin and well stuffed with strawberries, banana, cantaloupe and apple, and had a small portion of pink yoghurt and some granola accompanying it. This dish comes with a muffin also! The meusli pancakes looked amazing, but were rather dry and tasteless, crumbling easily as if made with too little liquid(?) The menu here is varied and interesting, and we will be back to sample perhaps a breakfast wrap with avocado, turkey and cilantro, which is what I wished I'd chosen today! read more

Good menu and convenient location. We had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a young lady that had a very bad and toxic attitude. Clearly, she does not understand the importance of treating customers with respect. I would highly recommend to the managers and owners that they train their staff in customer service matters. Went for lunch on a weekday and there was a good crowd of people so it must be good food. This is my first visit and was excited to try based on the reviews on Yelp. Our waitress was attentive and efficient. She checked in on us several times even though she was busy. I ordered the Trifecta and was truly excited about indulging in a hearty breakfast dish. I asked for egg over easy, turkey sausage and the bacon and cheese pancake! The eggs were perfect. The turkey sausage were burnt to tiny black logs. The batter of the the pancake had no flavor. I was hoping to taste the savory and sweet combination of the pancake but there was no taste at all. I kept having to add maple syrup for flavor and I do not like maple syrup that much. The combination of the pancake seems it would be flavorful but I was disappointed. The size of the pancake was quite generous. The establishment is clean and bright. It can be described as a more upscale diner versus the "greasy spoon". I truly feel bad for the rating, and I never feel bad about being honest. I will visit again and try something else. Decided to go to this location with my friend on 02/05. When we walked in, the employees that were seating people did not greet us, they just talked to each other and stared at their iPads. It was the young lady who was behind the register, who got their attention to finally seat us. We sat down and our server, Megan, took our order. We told her that we will probably order more food later and we asked her to leave us a menu.We ordered a couple things and when she brought our food, everything was cold. It took a long time to even get our food so we decided that we wouldn't complain but we did have to send the Belgium waffle back because it was too soggy. Our side of potatoes were also barely cooked. Before we finished eating our terrible cold food, Megan placed the check on the table and thanked us for our business at 1:30pm. We felt rushed by her and she made us feel like the company did not want our business. How could you give us a check when we aren't done eating and when we specifically told you we will be ordering more food? Don't get me wrong, the food was terrible so I would not have ordered more food but she didn't even check on us.I've never experienced this at any of the other locations. Maybe it is just that location or the company has decided to change all of their recipes and decided to employ people that don't want to do the job. Either way, I will not be eating at any of your restaurants ever again and I will be telling my family and friends to do the same. Worst service ever. We walked in (it seemed nice) and were asked if we wanted coffee and/or fresh squeezed juice. It is breakfast time, so I figured it was fresh squeezed ORANGE juice so I said yes sounds good. When the waiter came back he brought a green juice, something it did not look good to me. I asked what it was and he wouldn't say keep telling me to just try it. Finally he says it Khale and something else and I asked to please just change it for orange juice, he said he never told me it was orange juice. The waiter took the glass from our table and stomped it to the table across. He was clearly upset about it and had a really bad attitude telling us to order when he had just give us the menu. I was expecting "farm fresh" delicious food and great service. The food was tasteless and weird textured. We got the biscuits and turkey sausage gravy. The gravy had absolutely zero cream in it. It had a weird thick gelatinous texture with a funky flavor. We also had the crab asparagus omelette. The eggs were way over cooked and rubbery, cheap crab used (for a $13, should be good quality lump), no cheese (that I could tell)..and once again no flavor. So to top off the horrible food..which we ate because we were waiting so long and were starving... I asked for a few slices of tomato and avocado. They charged me $1.99 for 3 tomato slices. Not even good tomatoes just regular old-ish beefsteak tomatoes. $1.49 for the avocado which is fair. But $2 for 3 TOMATO SLICES!! I can't get over it. Ha! For the service, the server never came back to ask how the food was, or if we needed anything till towards the end when he dropped of the check before we were done and without even asking if we wanted anything else. After a recent bad experience at Berry Fresh we decided to give this location a try and I am glad we did. There was not a ridiculously long wait like at Berry Fresh and I ordered the same thing I ordered at Berry Fresh- Lemmon Ricotta pancakes and there was no comparison. These were so much better! They made a delicious lemon glaze that was drizzled on top. Coffee was delicious and my husband opted for lunch and he also enjoyed his sandwich. Service was also really good! read more
