OK this place has an energy. It felt like we could have been in New York, Atlanta or Chicago - there's just an energy to this place and you wouldn't expect it right near a Dunkin inside of a shopping center. From the sweet pretty blonde hostess to the server and the staff, it just feels like there's an energy there. I also don't usually get into food. I'm not a foodie - I'll spend a lot for a good meal, but I generally don't get too excited about many restaurants. I'm excited about this one. if you're gonna go there for 1 meal, get the MEXICAN STREET CORN and the CHICKEN AND WAFFLES. We always get the corn and our server even gave us little wet naps to clean up with (clutch). And I absolutely love their CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES - three warm large chocolate chip cookies and a glass of milk which was only maybe $10? Crazy - I've also heard happy hour is amazing but I work and can never get there. This time I got the SEAFOOD SAUTEE and it was one of the best seafood dishes I had. Looking back, I'd recommend asking to replace the potatoes with shrimp if you can. They were so good. Our server Natalia was great and said the shrimp is from Argentina.. My wife had the PORK COLLAR - I thought it was good but I didn't think it was as good as my seafood. Our daughter had the burger - really solid and she couldn't finish it. Bonus for Dad. The last thing I would say is that this place isn't gonna be for everyone because it's noisy - probably because the bartenders serve great drinks! There was one woman at the bar that was laughing incredibly loud (uggg) but the staff couldn't have done anything about that. If you want to go there and have a really quiet sort of like laid back meal or you get triggered easily or something - SIT OUTSIDE. Otherwise, you're gonna hear music, people talking, laughing, and having fun. That also makes it great for families - we had a couple of kids sitting right beside us. So this is one of our favorite restaurants now in the Palm Beach Gardens area. Highly highly highly suggest you check it out get but GET A RESERVATION - this place is busy. Service matters. I realize our server was new so I will go back and try again. The frustration was asking for water refills, not knowing what was 86'ed on the menu until after we ordered, not explaining in advance when the kitchen closed. We arrived at 8:30pm and we were rushed for ordering half way through. Add in telling us wine was not available despite it being a feature. The upside was the braised leek and fluke small plates + excellent PEI oysters. We will try again but if service doesn't match the cuisine - the experience is lacking. read more

Our friends invited us to Coolinary for his birthday dinner! They made reservations for the high tops, but my husband and I decided to head over a little early to have a few drinks at the bar. Upon getting there, there was NO seats at the bar - which to us is always a good sign! The host was trying to accommodate us, but upon learning about our reservation, he allowed us to sit at the table that was already set for our dinner in just a bit! This was really nice of them! The vibe was great in there, it felt very casual and laid back, but with an elevated feel! Because this restaurants menu is always changing, the food that we got won't necessarily be on the menu on another day, but what I can say generally was that everything was AMAZING. I found out later that this restaurant was nominated for a Michelin Star! Our server, Hunter, came over and he was fantastic the whole night! He had great recommendations, and made sure that we were always taken care of. We may have sneaked in a couple of apps before our friends got there - it was happy hour, so why not! Which by the way - they have happy hour EVERY DAY from 4-6! They had oysters on that menu, so we have 3 of each kind (they had 2 kinds) and both were great! We also ordered Ceviche, yum! We also ordered a bunch of different cocktails too since they were on happy hour! Every drink was so beautifully made and tasted really great! When our friends arrived, we ordered the street corn and shishito peppers for apps. Both fantastic, of course. For our entrees, I got the Rock Shrimp Orecchiette (wow, SO good!), my husband was hoping they had ramen on their menu, they didn't but they had something similar and he loved it! I ordered the carameliza eggplant and I was very disappointed because very beautiful decoration but I was hardly able to taste the eggplant... not crazy about decoration more about flavor and it was not there. A coworker and I hit up Coolinary and let me just say, the food was pretty good. It was crowded, we had no reservation but squeezed in at the kitchen counter and was good. It was pretty loud in there and the establishment is cramped and small. Meal: we ordered two apps, the sausage dirty dip and street corn. Both yummy! The dip came with thick crispy chips and jalapeños on top (ask for extra)....bomb! We shared two entrees, the rock shrimp pasta (3/5 - not worth the price tag) and chicken & waffles (4/5). I was pretty stuffed but we indulged on the honey brûlée cheesecake. It was okay but the couple next to us ordered the affogato and next time, definitely getting it. Came with little donut hole type of somethings, looked so good. As we waited for dessert, one of the chefs DOUBLE DIPPED the spoon! That is the nastiest sh!t to me! I hate when they do that, I don't want to taste your spit. Get another freakin spoon if you need to taste it twice! Service was overall good, the chick walked right past me and smiled to go to the couple next to me. I was like she can't possibly think my hand up was a wave but I'll hold what I really thought because she was helpful all other times. Listen to me. I've lived here for a long time. I have not been eating at Coolinary for nearly long enough. A lot of times when you get takeout, the dish that you get could potentially be pretty good at the restaurant, but not so good as to take out dish. I've heard a lot of chatter about the pork chop over here at Coolinary. Tonight I got one for takeout and I have to tell you that it was absolutely phenomenal. I paired that with the brussels sprouts as a side dish and I have to tell you that I haven't had a meal that satisfying in years. The food and service were excellent. The street corn was by far the best i've ever had. The deviled eggs were very good but not much different than I could make at home. However, the Shrimp and Grits was amazing. I didn't know whether to save some to take home or eat it all in one sitting! While I was lost in the taste - I ate it all! My only let down was the wait. We arrived on time for our 8:30p reservation but we were not seated until over 30 minutes later! Our only updates were when we asked for a status. Great experience and food! Have been going to this place for years and never walk away feeling anything less than fully satisfied. A decent restaurant in a shopping strip that worths 4 but I've two strikes against them: seating us at the table right by the busy door for their outdoor service. And the table needs napkin at the foot to stabilize it. By the time we leave, the restaurant is still empty. #2, when ordering Pinot Noir, the server offers two choices. Since I don't know any of the brands, I chose Oregon over California, as Pinot Noir is their thing. In my little experience with this kind of caliber, they'd offer me a taste, and they do, just not to me. The server returned and said, the CA one is drier. I ended up with CA, which is decent. Modern decor with high ceiling, in dark hue. We get there a few minutes before 4, which is their opening time. Thinking we can ask if any openings for us. The staff inside remain inside. Finally when the host comes out, she said yes we've openings and will seat you once we're open. It was 3:56. Her demeanor made me think they're fully booked ... There are few men in casual cloth inside the restaurant - who are they? We've four small plates - in fact, they're not small -:) Corn - innovative Tuscany fish bites - crunchy Baked oysters - really good Ceviche with taro chips - fresh but bit sweet All are delicious, and take the chip home - too much food. This restaurant was completely full and vibrant on a Monday night. Service, cocktails and food were all not only on point, but fun. We started with the street corn and deviled eggs which were both a hit. I'm always wary of ordering a pasta dish when there's only one on the menu because I assume it can't be a specialty but the one offered on the night we came in was so decadent and delicious. The ambiance is warm and inviting, and the service was attentive and helpful, pointing us to highlights on the menu. We started with the broccolini Caesar salad, which was perfection. So I've been hemming and hawing on what I wanted to write. So we came here with a gift card that was 3 years old. We didn't come before because of time and honestly, when looking at the menu prior seemed a bit pricey. So we walked in, and right away, it had that upper class feel to it. We sat down in the back of the restaurant. We were greeted by our waitress. We ended up getting a heavy water bottle pitcher. That was kinda cool. We ended up ordering whipped feta cheese. That came with 2 pieces of bread. The cheese had a sweet sauce, probably fig or honey, I forget now and some greens. It was good. I feel for 12 dollars they could of given more bread up front instead of asking for more. Then when we asked for more they gave us 1 more slice. I thought that was a bit stuck up. Then we ordered for 27 dollars , chicken and waffles. The waffle was a half a waffle and 5 pieces of chicken strips half cut so really probably 2 and half pieces of chicken. It was good. But not for 27 dollars good. Had a hint of sweet. Chicken was good, crispy, moist. Then my wife got the pork bowl. 30 dollars for thin, small slices of pork, I'd say a total of 10 pieces but I mean small and some noodles and cabbage. Again 30 dollars! It was good but way over priced. Overall food was good. 4.5 good. Price wise was a 3. I think the food is wayyyyy overpriced for what you get. We spent 80 dollars and we're hungry an hour later literally. We aren't competitive eaters neither. I get you pay for the ambiance but come on! read more

We stopped in for happy hour and enjoyed a unique, savory grilled calamari. So good! The wahoo ceviche was just what we've been missing since our last trip to Costa Rica. I was not a fan of the summer salad. It was mostly bitter so I'm sure it was good for me. I ate it! Haha! Won't order it again though. The expresso crusted wagyu steak was tender and flavorful. Just got home from Coolinary Cafe in Jupiter (Donald Ross and Military) and was blown away. No pictures as we dive right in but every single item our group shared was incredible. 1) Drinks were outstanding. 2) Wings were expertly done with a nice balance of sweet and heat. 3) Mac and cheese was outstanding. Outrageously cheesy and the pasta was cooked to perfection. 4) The pizza with fig and proccuito was stellar. Nice and crispy with a good char underneath from the wood fired oven. 5) Thai wahoo tartare had a good blend of Thai flavors to compliment the delicate fish and Lotus chips. 6) Our favorite was the smash burger. Not originally on our order but sitting at the chefs counter we saw them being made and we're glad we did the add on. Our favorite. Kelsea was our server and she didn't disappoint. Coolinary is hands-down one of the most exciting dining spots I've been to lately. The flavors here are so unique and absolutely incredible, and the dynamic menu keeps things fresh and interesting. Last month, I went three times because I couldn't get enough of their pork ramen--easily one of the best I've ever had. The deviled eggs are also a must-try, and honestly, every single item on the menu hits the mark. The attention to detail and consistency are unmatched. Their cocktails are just as impressive. I love that they even created a custom cocktail for me--it was fantastic and shows how much they care about the guest experience. If you're looking for bold flavors, creative dishes, and a great vibe, Coolinary should be at the top of your list! The service is wonderful, though they are a bit strict about reservations, even with resy. I understand the importance of keeping things on schedule, especially having worked in the restaurant industry, but it would be great if they could be a little more flexible during the off-season. Max was our bartender and he made our first experience here well worth it! His description of the different plates and cocktails was spot on and his enthusiasm and passion for his job was very evident! He made us feel very welcome. This is a hard review to write. I really wanted to like this restaurant. We came for dinner over the weekend. I've had this location bookmarked that is "wanting to try" for some time and so did the people we came here with. Unfortunately, we all had the same not too good experience. It was very busy and very loud. Most of the couples were older men with younger women. I thought I was the only one who had seen this -- until later my husband asked me if I'd noticed. It's the kind of place you'd take a date hoping to impress them with how current you are... We were seated right away -- our friends had made the reservation. There are bars in both sides of the two rooms. And we got a good view of the open prep area. We started by sharing a summer salad -- which had blueberries and corn in it. It wasn't a bad salad, but there were just too many competing ingredients and flavors going on at once. We also had for "entrees" their spicy pizza, mahi bites, nut encrusted fish, and bacon wrapped shrimp. The shrimp dish was my order. There were four shrimp wrapped in bacon. They were served over a mish mosh that I couldn't identify. I actually had to ask the waiter what it was. It was edible. The menu is made up of various eclectic plates. I guess it doesn't say that much when I tell you I liked their corn hush puppies and their ice cream the best of everything I tried. We did order a couple desserts -- I got their house made coconut ice cream. It was very good -- as rich as gelato. The guys shared a banana pudding cake. Go here for a delicious meal in a trendy atmosphere with great music and fancy mixed drinks. They didn't have any vodka cocktails so I got a ginger beer mule with $1 up charge for blended raspberries. For appetizers we had the adult mac and cheese which was made with homemade rigatoni and a light jalapeño kick- and this was excellent and I'd get it again. We also enjoyed the ceviche which had a healthy portion and plenty of plantain chips that were delish and I'd get that again. I snuck a slice of pizza and it was perfect too. For entree I Had the tilefish which had a edamame corn sauce base...it was a little light on the flavor but delicious I just needed some carbs and mixed in my sons white rice which was the best rice I ever tasted as it was perfectly seasoned with salt/pepper and it complimented the dish perfectly. Hub had the steak with the yuca waffle. Everything had a beautiful presentation and we Had excellent attentive service....they even offered us big spray when outside and when they could accommodate moving our party indoors they relocated us at my sons request.
