Fitness breakfast with eggs, avocado, fitness, toast, and potatoes.
Cindi W.

What a neighborhood gem! Adorable and cozy inside, and I guess you can also eat outside. We went for breakfast, and they had a wide variety of dishes, including eggs, omelettes, French toast, yogurt, parfait, and more. Everything was fresh and home-cooked. The double smoked bacon was thick and most excellent. At first, I thought it might be a little bit pricey, but for me i'd happily pay it for meals of this quality which you don't see very often at breakfast. The service we're friendly and attentive, and we look forward to going back!

This place never disappoints. Excellent food and always outstanding service. Love sitting outside, looking at the boats and enjoying the weather.

Two eggs over easy with fresh made jelly and some baguette.

Sitting outside was amazing and the food was exceptional. Everybody was willing to help and very thoughtful when some guy wanted to smoke and they put them elsewhere.

Completely stumbled across this gem today. Probably the best brunch I have had....ever!!! Everything was perfect. Can't wait to go back!!!!

Imported Dynamite

I was delighted to order from a brunch menu that wasn't a clone of 100 nearby restaurants. The breakfast menu at Angry Moon Cafe was creative and interesting. The Imported Dynamite was terrific- the crepe was absolutely stuffed with grilled, savory ham and Swiss cheese, the béchamel sauce was a tasty addition; there was just enough to flavor the dish, without overpowering the other flavors. The Vegetable Omelette was equally tasty - again really stuffed with sautéed veggies. We ordered our mains with fresh fruit, although others around us had a delicious-looking salad. Potatoes were also offered. Our coffee was brewed fresh and we were pleasantly surprised that our server came around to refill our cups. The outdoor dining area is lovely, with its water views. The indoor dining room was only half-filled, but it was a beautiful day, and the outdoor tables were all filled. The service was pretty good. Our only negative comment is that the food preparation was interminable - perhaps they were shorthanded in the kitchen, but it took far too long for our food to come out. That said, we enjoyed our meals, and will be back.

A simple and classic menu with few ingredients that are always fresh. The inside is very tight and dark but the outside courtyard is right on the harbor so you can boat watch while eating a sandwich and side salad. They have wine and beer and great service. They are in a strip mall so there's lots of parking.

This is a great breakfast spot! I met up with a friend earlier this summer and it was a first visit for both of us. We sat outside with a nice view of the boats and our server was superb. We both enjoyed some lattes and the coffee was excellent! Note: the only flavor offered is caramel. Mine was prepared as ordered and she was equally as pleased with her iced version. Our entrées were fresh. I enjoyed the Scottish salmon fitness builder breakfast which includes organic 3 grain toast with avocado, smoked salmon and sliced tomatoes topped with 2 fried eggs. I opted to replace the fried eggs with well done scrambled eggs. This was paired with a beautiful side salad. There was enough for leftovers, but this meal choice really should be enjoyed on the spot. My friend went in a different direction with her meal, but was also satisfied with her selection. We enjoyed the ambiance, the quality of our meals and the service. The cost is a bit higher than other local establishments, but the quality of the food is up to par. We decided to give Angry Moon Café a try thanks to our fellow Yelpers' reviews. We will definitely return for future breakfast dates.

Ham & Cheese Croissant with a side of fruit. Delicious.

I am shocked that I haven't tried this place before, it's located next to the angry moon cigar and Carmine's! Use to be a wine bar according to our waiter and you will see why once you step into this place. Little odd decor but the staff is extremely friendly. They don't take reservations, but will take it if you have a party larger than 4. We arrived around 11am on Sunday and it was pretty busy! Since it was raining we couldn't sit outside (they have a really cute outdoor area). We waited about 20-30 min, they even offered drinks while we waited! As soon as someone left they quickly cleaned and seated us. I ordered the croissant ham and cheese sandwich with a side of fruit, it was delicious! Coffee is also very good! Other items our table ordered was the eggs Benedict (very good), ham omelet (ok), and the fitness plate (good!). Excellent service and food!!!

Angry Moon Cafe is located in PGA. And this month for my book club meet up, my friends and I decided to do brunch and book discussion. We wanted to meet up in PBG. This place was the perfect fit for location and brunch time. We sat outside with some awesome water and boats views. Only downside to sitting outside was service was extremely slow and I'm assuming the servers had tables inside and maybe they were just really swamped inside. My friends were waiting on their straws (bad for the environment, I know I tried to stop them because of the turtles)... Sorry got off track, we waited for multiple things for awhile but it was ok, we were discussing our book for the month. Food wise- Everything I tried tasted really good. My garden omelette (consisted of sautéed veggies) and side of fresh fruits was excellent. We ordered taste twister crêpe for the table. Within was yummy strawberries, bananas, nutella and topped with ice cream. The crêpe is a must. Drinks- Our lattes were rich and decadent. Yes, service is slow but chill and relax while you eat.~

Out of this world brunch! Generous portion of smoked salmon with just the right amount of capers, dill cream cheese and finely diced red onion in the Smoked Scottish crepe. The side of bacon was also delicious, as was the creamy house-made yogurt parfait. Great service and views of yachts on the patio overlooking the marina too. This is my go-to brunch spot when I'm in town.

One of my fav breakfast cafes in Gardens! Low key spot, nice seating outside by water. Service is good and food is delicious.

This would be a photo of my breakfast... after waiting over an hour and a half... I finally went inside and asked ... they never came back.

Will never be coming back to here. It is now over 1.5 hours- had to check my phone- and still no food. We ordered 3 breakfasts. Several people are just sitting waiting for food. I asked our waiter what happened and they told us there were to go orders and we would have to wait another 30 minutes. Which we did-while seeing several other families be fed who were there after us. I finally asked what has happened and they said they would not serve us. Was this because we are a biracial family?! I hate to think so but when we left I asked for his name to talk to the manager and was told he wouldn't give us his name and started to yell at my husband. I will never come back. Our first time coming for Sunday brunch and show my grandma that Palm Beach was not like this. So sad that I still see discrimination this day and age.

Despite having a reservation, the service was extremely slow even though the restaurant was practically empty. Our waiter disappeared several times, and I had to keep asking other staff members to find him. The burger was terrible and the fries arrived at room temperature. Food did not take long at all . On a positive note, the short rib risotto was good and the dessert was also tasty. For over $100 not worth it . Nonetheless, due to the inconsistent service and overall experience, we will not be returning.

I found this place through a Yelp search of wine bars in the north part of Palm Beach County, where I could help my wife celebrate her birthday with friends. The manager I spoke with was helpful and friendly, understanding what I wanted to do, and could accommodate a party of 20-25 people. The wine store is at the front, with the bar and lounge in the back. There are at least three high-top tables with a couch to lounge around. An L-shaped bar is where you can also grab glasses of wine. Most of the wines are moderately priced, and you can purchase a bottle or enjoy a glass at the bar or one of the tables. Many of the wines are from wineries not as well known, which allows trying something new that you usually don't see at the major wine & spirit chains. The manager had at least one to two people come in to pour a selection of wines for purchase, including roses, a white, and some reds. The experience at the Vine Post was fantastic, and I would go back for more.

It's low-key tucked away in Palm Beach Gardens, but once you're in, it's giving "why don't more people know about this?" energy. Now let's get into brunch--because this place understands the assignment. The shrimp and grits? Elite. Bold, rich, perfectly balanced. The kind of dish that makes you pause mid-bite and rethink your life choices--mainly why you haven't been eating this more often. The shakshouka is flavorful, comforting, and executed cleanly. And the waffles... listen--these waffles are not here to play. Crispy, fluffy, and dangerously easy to finish. Order them knowing full well you're not sharing. The menu truly lives up to the idea of "a taste of everything." There's so much to choose from that decision paralysis is real--but in a fun way. No bad options, just tough choices. The vibe is on point. Modern, warm, stylish without being loud about it. The kind of place that feels just as right for brunch as it does for a relaxed dinner. The staff is consistently friendly, attentive, and actually happy to be there--no bad attitudes, no weird energy. The manager is hands-on, professional, and clearly runs a tight (but chill) ship. Is it a little tucked away? Yes. Is it worth finding? Absolutely. Consider it a hidden gem with main-character energy. Bottom line: Great food. Strong brunch game. Beautiful space. Solid service. For me, it's five stars every single time--no overthinking, no debate. If you know, you know. And if you don't... now you do. More pics to follow...

Our server was very nice and informative at the beginning, and took our order accurately. She brought an amuse bouche which was some puff pastry containing fresh arugula, prosciutto, and mascarpone cheese, which was very nice, along with some good Italian bread and very, very good Italian olive oil. We complemented the establishment on the olive oil and she proudly revealed that it was indeed special and that they even sold it. She never followed up on that. She didn't follow up on much. Two other people brought the pasta course that we ordered. My pasta with clams was delicious and my friends pasta with shrimp scampi was also very good. His glass of white Bordeaux was also nice. The restaurant looks nice, if minimalist. The chairs are attractive, but rather hard to sit on. I made these observations because it took a very long time between finishing our pasta and getting our main course. Our initial server came by only once, and then to misinform us that the fish would be ready in two minutes. It was not nearly 10 minutes later a different server positioned his platter, not so much table side, but halfway between our table and the bathroom. Did I mention they seated us at the table closest to the bathroom? Anyway, he then I guess I'd have to say unceremoniously crack, the salt crust in which the bronze it was baked and did a less than immaculate job of filling it and putting it on a plate. He then brought the plate to the table. My truffled chicken dish appeared three or four minutes later, which at this price point is pretty much sloppy Delivery. I blame it on our initial server, who displayed every skill necessary, but one, that being she does not know how to turn her head on her neck to survey a dining room and instead walks out without making eye contact with all of our tables when she's not hiding in the kitchen. Yeah, we were disappointed in her service and she abandoned us pretty much halfway through the meal. The food did taste good but I would not put up with this glacially paced pretentious place. For me it's a One and Dunn.
