Came here with a big group of 13 people. The place was packed -- inside & outside!! The place is cute and cozy inside. Outside is very pretty too. Our waitress was sweet, but we were there for so long -- about 3 hours. Apparently if some people order appetizers, the rest have to wait to get their main entrees even though not everyone ordered an appetizer. It took ridiculously long for the food to get out because of this I guess and I watched tables around me who got seated after us get their food first. The food was yummy though and had good flavors. We just kept asking ourselves how many more bread baskets can they give us? Lol. The waitress apologized for the wait even though it wasn't her fault and owners told our friends sorry too. Would try again with a smaller group maybe.

Sesame Tuna

I had the sesame tuna which was very ample and delicious. Our server Trevor was a delight and attentive. My only complaint was that they sat us near the office which was very distracting every time one of the staff opened the door as it was left ajar. I treated my hosts who live in Jupiter who enjoyed it and said they would return.

We had gotten a gift card and I'd never been so I was really excited about giving this place a shot. They have a ton of both indoor and outdoor dining. The area the restaurant is in reminds me of Hilton Head , if you've ever been- very quant and charming. We made a reservation for 7:15pm on a Saturday and were quickly seated when we arrived. They immediately brought us warm bread with butter and liver pate. (Loved it). We started with a cocktail - they have a pretty solid cocktail/martini menu. For an appetizer - we had the duck spring rolls / they came with two and hoisen sauce. For dinner, my fiancé obsessed over the beef Wellington so he had that, (and a side of mushrooms) and I ordered the bistro stuffed chicken. The chicken was good, a little dry for me, so our amazing waiter (David I think) was so kind to get me a side of the sauce. I loved the cabbage, with the extra sauce and chicken. The twice baked potato was okay. I think I would do the mashed potatoes next week. Place itself is beautiful. The service was incredible! Our waiter was awesome. The place was busy when we arrived, but cleared out a ton by 9pm. Def an older crowd!

Jupiterfooddiary here! Whoops, thought I had left a review for Bistro sooner! We love it here. Great spot. Outdoor patio surrounding a fountain, white tablecloth, fabulous outdoor bar, and an indoor bar with high tops. They also have a great happy hour, and the bars have plenty of TVs! The servers are always kind, and the food is delish - I love the French onion soup when I'm not too hungry, the lamb is incredible, and the charcuterie is gigantic. We ordered the soufflé for dessert - they pour chocolate sauce into the pastry for you and the presentation is lovely!

Delicious, delicious food, need I say more? We have been looking for a nice restaurant and happened upon Bistro as they serve beef Wellington, a family favorite. We came for my mom's birthday and have been back multiple times since! Everything is always delicious, from the beef Wellington to the snapper in parchment, the appetizers are always good and the chocolate soufflé is the PERFECT way to end a meal! Everything is fresh, flavored well and down right tasty. The staff is so friendly and truly wants you to have a wonderful experience. For my moms birthday our waitress recommended the chocolate martini and it was delicious; it's now a staple for a visit to the Bistro. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating and truly create an oasis in their outdoor patio even though the location is in a strip mall basically. A great place to celebrate a special occasion or to simply enjoy a nice meal with good food and good company.

The manager apologized several times but nothing was done. Tonight we decided we would try one more time because we like the bartenders on Saturday nights. The second issue we saw was the bars ice was low and the bus boy used his arm and bare hand to push the ice to the side the girls could reach it. Lastly our main dish the ribeye we ordered took forever to come out and when it did it was cold. The bartenders sent it back and 45 seconds later the manager returned with a cold piece of meat. He did comp the steak but this will be the last time we go here. With SO MANY great restaurants in Jupiter there's no reason to come back. I hope they get there issues handled because it could definitely be a great place if run properly.

It is definitely an upscale restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. We went for Sinatra Sunday which featured vocals by Anthony Bucci who did a great job with songs by Sinatra, Frankie Valle and many other artists from that genre. Our server Andrew was very attentive and answered all of our questions. We ordered from the Autumn 3 course menu which had excellent options for just $49. One small issue was the Jumbo Lump Crabcakes were extremely spicy, which made it difficult to eat for one member of our party. Andrew was not aware of this, but he said he would give this feedback to the chef and warn anyone else who ordered it. There was a happy hour special for those in the bar area, so we may return and give that a try.

So much so that we told them they would be mentioned in our review (which I don't do often). The food was excellent. My husband and I both started with the lobster bisque. The depth of flavor in the broth was so good. Alec had explained, when I asked, that it wasn't too thick, and he was right, it was the perfect consistency. Next we split the shrimp scampi. The picture I'm showing you is half size. There were 6 huge shrimp in the full order. The pasta was cooked perfectly. Ambiance is very classy but you can still be casual. We wore nice shorts and hubby had a polo shirt. They have indoor and outdoor seating. We come to Florida for a wedding and have been eating at the local restaurants in Jupiter for 6 days. Service was super friendly and actually genuine (bless--no fake smiles, just nice, normal humans). Prices bounce around depending on what you order, which honestly works--especially if you're vegetarian and like having options that don't feel like an afterthought. Now... the apple pie mascarpone stuffed French toast ($15). Listen. This thing is reckless. Absolutely delicious, but if you're trying to keep your dignity--or your group chat--intact, maybe don't photograph it. It's giving "worth every bite" and "see you at the gym never." I went with the chickpea and squash rice bowl ($22), which was hearty and satisfying without knocking me into a food coma. Mom had the fried fish sandwich (around $22-$24) and was very pleased--always a win. We sat outside because inside felt like the Arctic unless you brought a parka. The host opened the sunshades for us, and suddenly it was breezy, sunny, and perfect. Major upgrade. Only tiny gripe: the iced tea glasses are on the petite side. Fine for my 83-year-old mom, but my husband and I could've easily gone through six. I'm happy to pay--just keep the refills coming like we're in a hydration marathon. Bathrooms were clean (two single restrooms, nicely decorated), and the music ranged from '80s to now--totally fine as long as it stays at a "we can still hear each other" volume, because no one wants to shout over brunch. All in all: great food, clean spot, genuinely kind service. Go. Bring your appetite--and maybe stretchy pants.

But the real problem is the manager, Chad. When I called, he was immediately rude, dismissive, and condescending. Instead of listening, he went straight to insinuating that I was lying and even suggested I had a history of complaining -- which is completely false. It was clear he had already decided I was trying to scam a free meal before even hearing me out. His tone was accusatory and disrespectful, essentially victim-shaming a paying customer for reporting a legitimate issue. Rather than take responsibility, he talked down to me and tried to flip the situation as if I was the problem. He then demanded I send photos of the steak, which I did immediately. Even with clear proof, there was no accountability -- just continued attitude and dismissal. Being treated like a liar for a legitimate complaint is unacceptable, and Chad's behavior reflects extremely poor management and a complete lack of professionalism.
