Lobster roll with no lobster Telling me it's a mini lobster roll so I should expect it to be short and have no lobster in it !

Horrible customer service Told me I should expect no lobster because it's called a mini lobster roll! Paid full price not happy hour. Worse part is the way waiter and manager handled my concern! Kiss my a...

Tequila drink. Was amazing. Would have had three if anyone asked!

Great food & drinks 18% gratuity included Uncomfortable seats Horrible service Rude, patronizing, disrespectful Management Horrendous sound system, and terrible music I have been an elite yelper for years. I have never written a review this long. I also took 5 days to write this because I really wanted to take a beat, we left so bewildered. First, the chef, the cooks, the bar tender...they should find new jobs because the food was excellent and the drinks we managed to get were perfection. If this were a food review it would be 5 stars. Hostess sat us in a booth with a broken bench. When I told her the bench was broken and sliding off, not attached to the wood frame...she said she knew...and would reseat us. Okay, why we seating people in broken seats? Ps, they resat it two more times before they found a non-complainer to leave there. Unreal. Our server was new and could not remember the specials. He went to check and never came back. 20 min later when he wanted us to order we asked again. Didn't come back again. My honest opinion is he was totally checked out, zero interest in the job. For example when we were done eating he was walking back and forth looking at our cleaned plates but not asking if we were done. Finally stopped him and said we were done and he asked if he should bring the check. No coffee? No dessert? And we were never offered a refill on our original drink-one and done I guess. Okay...here is the drama. The woman next to us got her martini and said "This is dirty, I wanted regular." The waiter (different from ours) said in a raised voice "NO WAY! I specifically told the bartender and it's NOT dirty" he then slammed his hand on his tray, went and said something to the bartender then got the manager. While we were waiting to order-our first drink, being totally ignored...we watched not one but two managers fawn over the husband of the wife who got the dirty martini. Comped drinks, dessert what not. Anddd checked in on them numerous times! Ok-now in the middle of dinner their sound system gets turned on and it was so loud people jumped, and we all Plugged our ears. Then off. Then back on. Then off...the speakers above us were blown so the static was an added layer of misery. They finally turned it down but it was still painful because it was too loud, it was club music and the blown speakers were killing us. So we asked a waiter passing by if it could be turned off and he said he would ask. Then came Alex the manager. I have worked in the hotel business, event planning and the restaurant business...never have I encountered someone this rude on the service side. As we three women...tried to explain the blown speakers needed to be turned off he was patronizing, and flat out condescending. He said the DJ outside needed these indoor speakers over our heads ON. We said, fine but we are trying to explain the speakers are blown...he smiled and nodded-like we were crazy old ladies ya, ya the music is too loud...never actually letting us speak and backing away as we were talking. Finally I said if you would listen...we are trying to tell you your sound system is broken! He then said "We are just trying to have a little fun late in the dinner shift"...and rolled his eyes, patted me on the back like I was a 5 year old and walked off. What??? And ummm it's 7:55 pm, on a Saturday night. Late? It wasn't 10:45 pm. We paid our bill with our dirty dishes on the table...and left expecting to see the patio packed with dancing and whatnot on our way out given the DJ took priority over all of us folks dining inside. Imagine our surprise to exit to 5 people in the outside bar. Unreal. Service horrendous. Bench, and chair seating super uncomfortable and likely broken. Manager condescending and rude. 18% commission paid regardless of experience. And we were charged the 18% with our dirty dishes still on the table

Finally made it over to try Jupiter Grill, and Anne our bartender was the SHINNING STAR of our experience. Though our burger was over cooked (American cheese? Come on guys) & our mahi was not blackened as we had ordered, Ann was REALLY GREAT & made our evening! The wagyu empanadas appetizer is worth the trip- the happy hour they have til 6pm is a great deal! The food quality is on point, but it was a pretty slow night and there is no reason our dishes should not have been perfect. We will give it another shot, even just to support Ann. I recommend you give it a try too!

MOLTEN CHOCOLATE CAKE with chocolate fudge and vanilla bean gelato.

The Jupiter Grill was a fantastic, fine-dining experience. Located in Harbourside Place in Jupiter on the intercoastal, the restaurant is home to Hell's Kitchen Season 9 Winner Executive Chef Paul Niedermann, who has formulated a menu that delivers hands-down. I enjoyed their cocktails immensely as we sat at one of their tables in the sophisticated dining area with beautiful chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. Their smoked bacon old-fashioned cocktail and the extra dirty gin martini were grand, and they complimented the appetizers and main courses we ordered. In particular, the smoked bacon old fashioned was wonderful with its bacon fat-washed bourbon. The meal itself was magical, starting with the starters: Wagyu Beef Carpaccio, Deviled Egg Flight, and Double-Cut Smoked Bacon. All of them were piquant, with my favorite being the double-cut smoked bacon glazed with balsamic vinegar and served with gremolata. I could have eaten just that and been satisfied. For our main dishes, I really loved the Braised Short Rib, especially with the wild mushroom risotto, while the Cajun Delmonico Ribeye was solid with the roasted garlic cloves. To finish, the molten chocolate cake was the right touch--tantalizingly good with the chocolate fudge center. The server kept apologizing for the apparent slow service due to a staff shortage and his need to cover more tables than usual. However, I didn't notice any issues with the time between ordering and receiving. We were delighted with our service; our server was attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. The Jupiter Grill is a luxurious spot to enjoy some wickedly tasty fine dining. I'll come back in a heartbeat.

Our server was amazing. He made sure we had everything we needed. It was for my husband's Father's Day early dinner. The food was great. Period. I especially loved my beet salad. The dining area was absolutely beautiful. I will definitely be back during the summer to take advantage of the summer menu.

The Jupiter Grill . Our first visit going as a gathering for a friends birthday. I love to go to new places and experience the atmosphere and food but for my first experience to it looking forward to it ,I wasn't impressed, we sat on the outside bar and the bartender was not at all paying attention to the reserved spot that we were assigned to , no server went to our booth to ask for our drinks or food and when we wanted to order ,waited for 20 minutes and had to asked a server if we could place an order. Sorry but the service was not good at all. The staff at the kitchen did a good job . The food was good and good presentation at least.

At Harbourside - good walking area with shops. Very nice interior decor- inside bar area had live music and there's also outside bar area-both have TVs. Good area for casual drink and some game watching. First visit celebrating Anniversary - on time for reservation and seated promptly by hostess. Michael B as waiter happily introduced himself and he was fantastic, presented some options, discussed specials and explained the summer Prix fixe menu options. Nice warm fresh rolls accompanied meal. Went with the grilled NY Strip and shrimp scampi. Both very good, steak was cooked as requested, Scampi came out 6 jumbo shrimp. Good stuff. Key lime pie and chocolate cake for dessert and nice sized cup of coffee Will be back to see Michael - good experience, wonderful service and oh so good

I'll start by saying the crab cake appetizer is a must get. Best crab cake that I've had!! The service here was excellent and very friendly. Location is good for people who are visiting Jupiter. The food was pretty good, but nothing super notable. Decent portion sizes. I think the appetizers were the best lol.

Came here for my birthday and they made it so memorable! Our waiters were absolutely the best. They were personable and attentive. I spilled something on my dress and he immediately brought a wash cloth with club soda and a tide stick. I mean cmon that's so thoughtful. The manager also came over and had a great personality too. The food was so yummy as well and it's a great atmosphere. They also brought out a complimentary round of champagne and cut my cake for me. So good for celebrations!

Excellent service, great views and outstanding food. I call that a winner! That's what you get at…read morethe Lucky Shuck. My first time. My server recommended the Pecan Macadamia nut crusted Barrel fish. I said sure , the fish was grilled and served over Carolina stone-ground grits with lobster cognac sauce. The best fish dish I could honestly say get an order in and spoil yourself. That good! Rich and creamy dish. A great choice. Fresh fish. My grandson got the Lobster Mac & Cheese and loved it. Said it was excellent. Creamy and loaded with Lobster. MP. My Granddaughter got the SOUTHERN CHOPPED COBB shaved romaine lettuce, bacon, egg, tomatoes, pepper jack cheese, charred peppers, avocado, roasted corn, fried tortillas, chipotle lime vinaigrette. She said it was excellent. A huge salad & Pretty dish. I Should have taken a picture . She cleaned the plate. She loves salads and said this one was a great one. The Steamed Clams were award winning. Prepared with andouille sausage, garlic confit, heirloom tomatoes, scallions, white wine, creole butter. I asked my grandson if it was salty and he said no, it tasted great. I had a dozen Raw Cape Cod oysters served fresh, and easy to eat. Top rated oysters. Excellent! The oysters slipped out of the shells like water dripping out of a glass. They trimmed the oysters well away from the shell. Easy eating! Great prep work. Nice job! Come on down and check them out. I'll be back for sure.

WOULD GO BACK JUST FOR THE TIRAMISU CHEESECAKE!!…read more Went with my husband for a wedding anniversary. It's pretty causal so we were a lil overdressed lol. We sat inside, would have liked to be outside but the wait for outside was long, as they are right on the water but we still had a pretty view of the water and lighthouse from inside. We got the ahi tuna tacos as an appetizer, yummy! My husband got the steak frites (said it was very salty) but the fries were very crispy. I got the lyonnaise potato crusted mahi with the corn and bean succotash. Both meals were yummy but we both agreed if we came back we probably wouldn't get either entree again. The menu is big so we would want to try other things, like the poke bowl or salmon bowl. The real reason we went was for the dessert! We saw a picture of the tiramisu cheesecake online and it looked amazing. It tasted just as I imagined. Could have eaten two or three of them. I would go back just for the tiramisu cheesecake!!

Wanted to dine with a water view and this establishment was a great spot!…read moreWe were seated immediately by a friendly hostess. Our server greeted us several minutes later and took our beverage order, once our drinks arrived- put in our food order. We ordered the Hogfish Rachel and Oyster Poorboy, both were excellent choices! The fish was delicious and cooked perfectly, the oysters were abundant, large and juicy! We all had the fries- excellent. Highly recommend the key lime martini and a chocolate martini. We throughly enjoyed our afternoon and look forward to our next visit!

Ambiance: fantastic view…read more Service: this time first ever poor service Food: see comments below: Went with my friend last Monday night, my mouth was watering for their steamed clams which I've had many times in the past (having dined there no less than twenty times) and we were told there would be a one hour wait. We sat on a bench and enjoyed the harbor view and the beautiful evening sky. We were called to our table after forty minutes and sat down at our table. After about ten minutes the server came over and asked about drinks. We both ordered diet coke's and said we can also order now as we know what we want. My friend ordered a lobster roll (which is the best for miles around) and I ordered steamed clams. After nearly an hour I asked a different server if anyone either caught the lobster or dug the clams, her response was "I'm not your server and she walked away. After another ten minutes the food came out by a runner and the lobster roll looked luscious! My steamed clams were cold. I asked the runner to touch one of the clams and he agreed that they were cold. He then took them back to the kitchen. After about another ten minutes the replacement clams arrived steaming hot in a totally dry bowl. They were like rubber! I think the kitchen just reheated the original bowl of clams. My friend ate his scrumptious lobster roll, I ate a few clams, spit some out then we paid the check and left. I'm so disappointed at this event but I will return!
