My favorite spot from our staycation in Jupiter was definitely Lucky Shuck. I honestly can't decide what was better, our bartender Val or the food. Everything hit the mark from the drinks to every course we ordered. We started with the smoked chicken wings, and they were so good I already know I need to order them again next time. Then we split the ribs with homemade kettle chips, which were absolutely delicious. We finished with a light tiramisu cheesecake that was the perfect ending to the meal. Visiting Jupiter, FL, we decided to stop by Lucky Shuck for some oysters! They offer a variety of oysters from different states based on size and flavor profile, and we chose the Massachusetts oysters. They were incredibly fresh, a great size, and delicious. We ordered those to start as well as the Nawlins-Style "BBQ" Shrimp served with grilled bread, along with the mussels special in a white wine sauce. Both appetizers were packed with flavor and generously garnished. For entrees, we ordered the Broadway Burger with bacon, the Shrimp Po' Boy, and the fresh catch of the day (a blackened tripletail) and every dish was excellent. The fish was perfectly cooked, the po' boy was loaded with shrimp, and the burger was juicy and flavorful. On top of the great food, our waiter provided excellent service, patiently answering our questions and offering recommendations to help us decide. Overall, we loved our dining experience and would recommend Lucky Shuck to anyone visiting Jupiter! read more

I said sure , the fish was grilled and served over Carolina stone-ground grits with lobster cognac sauce. The best fish dish I could honestly say get an order in and spoil yourself. That good! A Rich and creamy dish. A great choice. Fresh fish. My grandson got the Lobster Mac & Cheese and loved it. Said it was excellent. Creamy and loaded with Lobster. MP. My Granddaughter got the SOUTHERN CHOPPED COBB shaved romaine lettuce, bacon, egg, tomatoes, pepper jack cheese, charred peppers, avocado, roasted corn, fried tortillas, chipotle lime vinaigrette. She said it was excellent. A huge salad & Pretty dish. I Should have taken a picture . She cleaned the plate. She loves salads and said this one was a great one. The Steamed Clams were award winning. Prepared with andouille sausage, garlic confit, heirloom tomatoes, scallions, white wine, creole butter. I asked my grandson if it was salty and he said no, it tasted great. I had a dozen Raw Cape Cod oysters served fresh, and easy to eat. Top rated oysters. Excellent! The oysters slipped out of the shells like water dripping out of a glass. We got seated fairly quickly since it was only a party if 2 which was nice The food here is always good- although the prices could be cheaper for what the food is- I feel like they try to present it as something fancy when it simply is seafood- I think the prices only reflect on the ambiance inside, there is better places to go if you want this kind of food and don't want to spend a arm and a leg- that's just my honest opinion but if you want the vibe and that's your thing go for it! The gumbo was great! And I think the shrimp were cooked perfectly And mahi was so-so it needed more flavor somewhere- the salsa was good but they only give you the tiniest amount- I think the plate looked sad and I didn't like how all of my food was just stacked on top of each other the plate looked empty THE RICE- was undercooked and had hard pieces in it- I got rice in the gumbo and on my plate that was really disappointing they were both like that - if you charge prices like that the food should be up to par.. the asparagus was cooked well and had a great flavor! Visited this area and was recommended to try this restaurant. So glad we did. The view is great, the weather was warm so we sat outside. The service was excellent. We ordered some apps, Grilled Oysters, Mexican street corn fritters, Ahi Tuna poke Tacos, Lobster Dy no mite. All delicious! Then we all chose the Catch of the day. Came here with my bf while we were visiting the area. The restaurant is really big and there were a lot of empty tables but we still had about an hour wait on a Saturday afternoon. When our table was ready our server was Angelica and she was great. She was attentive and helped us with recommendations on late night spots in the area to try. To drink I had the lychee lagoon (like a lychee martini) and it was delicious. To eat we ordered the deviled eggs, the half loaded Caesar salad, and then the tuna tacos and the salmon tacos. Went to lucky Shucks last night absolutely fantastic we started with drinks white sand beach , lychee lagoons do good we ended up with two more then the starters . Deviled Eggs , smoked Salmon carpaccio and brisket loaded cornbread. Fantastic I definitely recommend any or all three starters plenty for four people . Then we went to our main dish I had the nut crusted triple tail with an asparagus side . Bobby had the mahi fish sandwich, and the girls had the grilled oysters on the half shell . All absolutely fantastic meals . Sitting right on the water overlooking the intercostal and light house great views . And the service was outstanding. My water glass never was empty as the waiter assistants were filling them constantly and taking the empty plates away as soon as we finished. They were very kind and always asked before they took something away . Chancellor was or main waiter and he was fantastic. He also had help from another waitress which helped out if he got busy . You order six at a time; we ordered six half dozen, also known as three dozen... we enjoyed 36 oysters in total !!!, including: - Raspberry, from PEI / Prince Edward Island, Canada - House - Moon dance (extra large in size) - Bright (something) They were served with horseradish, cocktail sauce, and some flavored vinegars; we enjoyed the oysters plain and with flavors; the vinegars were so good we just drank them straight-up For the main course we enjoyed the ceviche and the paella - both phenomenal !! Our plans were to go to Square Grouper for a quick dinner but they didn't allow people under 21 and our 15 year old son was with us. I saw Lucky Shuck right next to it and I've heard great things about this spot. They were nice and seated us right away. We chose outside. The vibe was very nice and we were close to the water. We ordered drinks apps and entrees: spicy margaritas , oysters, loaded cornbread, catch of the day meal, burger and ahi tacos. Everyone agreed that everything was delicious. I took a few pics but was didn't get pics of everything. We were all starving. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone. One thing is that they are pricey, but who isn't these days? WOULD GO BACK JUST FOR THE TIRAMISU CHEESECAKE!! Went with my husband for a wedding anniversary. It's pretty causal so we were a lil overdressed lol. We sat inside, would have liked to be outside but the wait for outside was long, as they are right on the water but we still had a pretty view of the water and lighthouse from inside. We got the ahi tuna tacos as an appetizer, yummy! My husband got the steak frites (said it was very salty) but the fries were very crispy. I got the lyonnaise potato crusted mahi with the corn and bean succotash. Both meals were yummy but we both agreed if we came back we probably wouldn't get either entree again. The menu is big so we would want to try other things, like the poke bowl or salmon bowl. The real reason we went was for the dessert! We saw a picture of the tiramisu cheesecake online and it looked amazing. It tasted just as I imagined. Could have eaten two or three of them. There's plenty of parking in the lot as well as valet parking. We had 6pm dinner reservations. We were offered the option of inside or under the covered patio outside. We chose outside with a great view of the Jupiter Lighthouse. They were featuring happy hour all day. Although we chose not to drink, we did order some appetizers from that menu. The pretzels and cheese, brisket cornbread, and deviled eggs were great. We also had the Cubano sandwich and half rack of ribs. We ordered a side of Smoked Southern Street Corn which was delicious and on the cob. Lauren B was friendly and attentive. She kept our water glasses full with a smile. We shared a bountiful appetizer of a brisket with cornbread cubes that was absolutely scrumptious (my friend thought it was a bit hot but I think just peppery hot) and then also shared the delicious skirt steak with chimichurri sauce and fries entree that was just perfect. Both dishes were beautifully plated and tasted yummy. Then they brought us cake ! We shared the calamari a bit over cooked and chewy, the tuna tacos were yummy. I had the blackened triple tail over sweet potatoes, it was okay maybe the fish was a lil over, I also ordered broccolini. Husb had tuna poke bowl, he thought it was a bit lite on the tuna. We so wanted to love this place. My daughter and son split the tuna tacos and needless to say they were not good. My daughter ended up eating half of my meal and my son ended up ordering a burger. When the first burger came out, it was so overcooked he couldn't even eat it. It was a series of unfortunate events! Then it was taking forever so we said just skip it. By then, it was too late and they brought it out but in a to go box. He ended up eating it in the car and said it was so overcooked again. He ate fries for dinner that night. The waitress was great and she really did try to rectify the situation but it was just going downhill fast. We probably won't come back because I didn't love my meal and neither did either one of my children. I felt everything was very over salted and just not great. This was our first time here and hands down best waterfront restaurant in Jupiter. The drinks were delicious and just what I needed and the food was even better. We ordered the brisket loaded cornbread and lobster dynomite to start just to get a lil surf and turf goin and the brisket was so perfectly tender and the combinations of everything that came along with it was overwhelmingly good. I knew I was going to love the lobster dynamite before I even ordered it and I was right. It's a must have from here on out. I ended up getting the maple glazed salmon bowl for dinner to finish out on the lighter side and I could eat that every day for the rest of my life. Becca was our server and she sets the bar high for what exceptional service should look like. She didn't miss a beat. From the moment we sat, she was there and ready to take on all my questions and after all I have her to thank for the awesome recommendations. She was incredibly knowledgeable and didn't laugh at me when I told her I don't like oysters. She was quick, proactive and honestly just a flat out pleasure to have wait on us. I really enjoyed this place. I rated it 4 but it's really slightly higher than that. The food was good not great but the real appeal is the location. I mean to be able to sit outside and have a view of the intracoastal and the lighthouse is really superb. Service was decent. I think a little bit more training and oversight could really make a difference. I will say that they have a lot of people working, so if you need something and don't see your server you can grab someone else to help. Overall...I like this place and will be back.
