Ruth's Chris in Jupiter is consistently exceptional. They truly take the time to make an evening feel special. For my son's 11th birthday, I asked him where he wanted to go for his birthday dinner. Without hesitation, he said, "Mommy, Ruth's Chris in Jupiter!" So, of course, we happily complied--and once again, we were reminded why we love this restaurant. The service was exceptional. The food was exceptional. The drinks were exceptional. My Cosmopolitan martini was made perfectly, and the wine paired beautifully with our dinner. The steaks were absolutely delicious, and the sides were just as memorable--the sweet potato casserole, mashed potatoes, and lobster mac & cheese were all incredible. Even the bread was perfectly prepared! What really sets this location apart, though, is the hospitality. From Jeff, the General Manager, to the hostess who warmly greeted us, to our wonderful server, everyone made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The thoughtful little touches for my son's birthday made the evening even more special. Warm, gracious, attentive, and consistent--this team truly knows how to redefine hospitality. There's a reason my 11-year-old chose Ruth's Chris for his birthday dinner, and there's a reason we'll continue coming back. Five stars, without hesitation! read more

Had Happy Hour at a table in the bar. Sterling our server went above and beyond to make our evening a great one.she sprinkled birthday confetti on the table with a birthday card for my husband and even brought out a mini cheesecake and fresh fruit. I also want to applaud the chef for an amazing steak sandwich with fries and ahi tuna. Thanks to all the staff for being so professional and attentive. read more

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Ruth's Chris Steak House! Jimmy and Peter were exceptional--professional, attentive, and genuinely warm throughout our entire evening. Their service was impeccable, and they went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the service from Jimmy and Peter truly made the experience memorable. They are a fantastic representation of what exceptional hospitality should look like. Thank you, Jimmy and Peter, for making our evening so special. We will definitely be back! read more

We sat at the bar and avoided the main dining room as we were a bit overly casual. I ordered the Burger and fries and it did not disappoint. 10oz of beef goodness! Cooked to perfection, and fries that landed perfectly. Hands down one of the best burgers I have had in some time. The bartender was great! Attentive and fun. He definitely added to the experience. I paired the burger with a nice glass of Bourbon. The bartender hear is not your typical bar. It is quiet and reserved. They attract a higher level of clientele that appreciates the reserved atmosphere. Everything was perfect. read more

Our first visit to this Roth's Chris restaurant didn't go great, but that was right after their opening. So, we went back for dinner tonight - - what a difference. Our server, Ian, was great. He made excellent recommendations and checked back on us several times. The dining room is attractive, the tables are well spaced and the noise level was loud as most Palm Beach area restaurants. Our food was great: We split a wedge salad. It was crisp, well dressed with plenty of blue cheese crumbles and bacon, and it was quite large - easy to split. My Filet Mignon was perfectly cooked and well seasoned. The Lamb Chops were even better. They were large, had little fat and perfectly cooked. In this case, second time's the charm! read more

Went for their infamous happy hour. We arrived right at 3:30 when they opened and snagged four seats at the bar. Their bar seats are super comfortable, it's easy to sit there all night. The cushions are bouncy and cozy. We all started with a round of martinis, which were great. They also offer some warm bread with butter. The tuna tatare was okay. We loved the French onion soup. My hubby ordered the chocolate dessert which was highly addictive. I loved their bbq shrimp dish but it was more like a shrimp scampi flavor than bbq! Nonetheless, we'll be back! read more

I have to say that our trip this past Saturday was a disappointment. We all had the steak sandwich and it was full of fat! All 3 of our sandwiches were full of fat. Never had this issue here before. I hope it doesn't happen again. read more

We usually dine at the Jupiter location on special occasions, with Christmas and Thanksgiving being two of them. Thanksgiving this year was very good, as they had an all-inclusive price and the food was pretty good, knowing it was probably all made in advance. Christmas this year was a little bit of a wake up call. Although, what a difference a year makes. We both had the 16oz strip's, split an appetizer, shared a side and dessert and had one bottle of wine. The service was great, as it usually is but the prices are really getting bad. We used to get out of there for around $200 but this time it was closer to $300. Add the tip and you're at $360! $69 for a $20 bottle of wine is a little absurd. I'll always pay for a great piece of beef, but will definitely not be buying any bottles of wine anymore! read more

I think Ruth's has one of the best Happy Hours around. The atmosphere is great and the service is always impeccable. You can sit either at the bar or high tops in the bar area to get the HH menu and prices. I prefer the corner of the bar so you can talk to your guest. Plus, whenever sitting at the bar, you end up engaging in conversation with some other patron. The driving reason to go to HH is actually the food. On my last visit neither of us were starved so we ordered the Ahi Tuna and Spicy Shrimp HH app. Both were amazing and filling. After the apps we split their steak sandwich and fries. Splitting it after the 2 apps was more than enough . One other secret is their hot bread. You need to ask for it but be careful. It's so good you run the risk of over eating it and spoiling your main dinner item. Lastly, they do make a nice Cosmo too, especially if,you have your own personal Cosmo card with your preferences. I do. read more

Absolutely amazing! I haven't been to a Ruth's Chris since 2014, in Marina Del Rey!! This location was awesome! The service (specifically Josh in the bar area) was great! We went for Happy Hour, the drinks and food was delicious! Everything we ordered tasted fresh and warm! I went on a Friday at 4:15pm and it was so busy!!! I knew it was a popular spot but never this busy for 4:15pm!! So glad I finally tried it, I will absolutely be back!! read more

Stopped in last night for an impromptu daddy daughter date night. We were able to get right in at 7pm on a Thursday night. The place was mostly full with just a couple small tables open. I had the Filet & Scallop special and the kiddo had the small filet. Our only disappointment was no pasta option for the kid, but the fries were fine! This location always has the friendliest hostesses! read more

EVERYTHING WAS BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL!! From being greeted at the front door to the waitress Dana and the manager visiting us several times to assure our needs were being met. Everyone knew it was our 45th anniversary and acknowledged it. The restaurant is lovely in its calm and charm. Quiet atmosphere and the food was amazing!! They offer a special menu to allow guests to have salads or soup, the entree and dessert for a great price. Son and I started with a cheese encrusted onion soup which we found Devine! Husband had Caesar salad which was delicious and large! The men had the filets which one can have at either the 8 or 10 oz they both chose the larger with shrimp topping it all son chose the Brussels sprouts and Honey chose the garlic potatoes. The filets were cooked to each choosing to perfection! I had the shrimp and salmon entree. Side dish was the creamed spinach. I enjoyed it all thoroughly. Dessert had choices and we all chose individual cheese cake that we each took home because we were stuffed. But our exceptional Dana could not let us leave without celebrating our anniversary. She came out with crème brûlée and it had writing on the side to acknowledge our special day. We had an experience second to none. Amazing! We have always enjoyed Ruth Chris for 20 plus years in NJ and other parts of the country....(always consistent) So we were excited that they are now open in Jupiter, FL. My husband and I were greeted when walking in with a wonderful smile and sincere professionalism, (many times not the normal greeting lately in other establishments) We were just going in for a quick bite at the bar The Ahi tuna was delicious as always, but the absolute best was the steak sandwich with fries....all I can say is WOW!!! Delicious!! Bonus, the bar has very comfortable chairs and a great bib read more

Such a good go to place in the neighborhood. Bar was packed. Waited a little bit to get two seats at the bar but we came at the tail end of happy hour. Bartenders all very attentive and made sure we were next in line for when seats opened up. Wish I had their names. They all worked so nicely together. I wasn't super hungry but got the Ruth Chris chopped salad with grilled shrimp on top. Salad was so good and perfect amount. Had an espresso martini with reposado for an after dinner drink. I get picky with how they are made and this one was spot on perfect. Can't wait to go back. Highly recommend! read more

Celebrated our daughter's 36th birthday last night at Ruth's Chris at Harbourside in Jupiter and it was perfect. Our server Max was the best. He was totally attentive from cocktails to dessert. The food was delicious from the French onion soup to the melt in your mouth filet mignons delivered at the varied temperatures requested. And don't ask about the creme brûlée that Megan secretly wanted and Max just knew to bring it table side with a candle in addition to the divine cheesecake desserts that came with our meals. It was a very special evening and we will be back! read more

We had a great dinner at Ruth's Chris. My T-bone was beautiful and juicy. At 72 dollars I would hope so! Nothing comes with except for bread (which was good). I ordered the house salad for $15 which was also good. My martini was ice cold and substantial and not terribly expensive compared to the steak. My table mate had the "Chilean sea bass". I don't know what it really was but she liked it for $46. The service (from Max) was very attentive and professional. The ambiance was fine, not too noisy, although it must be said there were not that many patrons while we were there at six on a Friday. More came in later. Overall, it was a treat if a somewhat expensive one. read more

We had dinner at the Jupiter location a couple of nights ago and the food was good but when we were finished I just asked a simple question do you give discounts to military veterans and then the rudeness came out of the waitress saying what do you think you're special that you get a discount and you're going to make it cheaper so you give me a smaller tip? I said I just asked a simple question if you gave military discount to veterans. So I paid the bill and I gave her 10% instead of 20%. read more

Could not decide to cook or go out last night. Wanted a nice dinner out with my girl. The waitress quit coming to our table and the bartender had to feel in. She was still there, when we left. First time at new location. Went for happy hour and the bar area was light and bright. Everything was great - attentive service and yummy food. We had some apps, then the burger, chicken sandwich, and steak sandwich. All were good - I loved the steak sandwich with bearnaise on garlic toast. The burger with blue cheese was very big and good. And surprisingly the chicken sandwich with Brie and mango chutney was the fave! read more

I've been here twice to the bar for a burger. They are VERY consistent and excellent. The hostess and the manager both warmly greeted my son and I. Jimmy and Zach do a great job in the bar seating. They are quick and attentive. Jimmy is very familiar with the menu as well as the kitchen and ingredients. I noticed how professionally and courteously he interacts with each of his customers. We asked for multiple sides (sorry about that LOL) and he was on point with everything. The berries and cream dessert here looked better than any other Ruth Chris we've ordered this dessert at. This little downtown area here just over the bridge has a great feel to it. Ruth Chris in Jupiter is DOING IT RIGHT! Thanks everyone for an amazing experience read more

In general the food was mostly adequate except for the garlic mashed potatoes. They were tasteless and seemed like instant potatoes made with water and garlic salt. I recommend choosing a different side. They should have been taken off the check. The steak was tender and flavorful but had a fair amount of unexpected gristle. I requested it charred but it was not. The food is consistently good and service is awesome at the bar and in the dining room. Never a bad experience.

A HUGE disappointment for a new, established restaurant! Two of us ordered the salmon, which tasted as if it was retrieved from a dumpster. Both my daughter and I love Salmon and question whether we will ever be able to eat it again. My son, who was sharing a dish with me, along with another one, sadly agrees. Furthermore, it was Father's Day. We attempted to add one person, my daughter's boyfriend, the day before. We were told "no, the restaurant is completely full". I asked to be put on a waiting list and even called the morning of our reservation. I was told the restaurant was "completely full". This is what we encountered when we arrived , AND when we left: (still waiting for pictures of empty dining room to be posted) read more

Decided to stop in with a friend to new Ruth Chris in our town. Place is very nice, great staff! Unfortunately, the kitchen is not there yet. We had the bone in filet, cream spinach and Au Gratin potatoes which none had any flavor. The steak was quality cut, but not cooked correctly. I truly thought it would be a new alternative to the Woods. Not yet. Also, I've never seen such a large portion of cream spinach, It was massive. Too bad it was not good. I'll give it a few months and try it again. Maybe. -taste buddies read more

This was my first time at a Ruths Chris restaurant. We were in the area and gave it a try. We were seated in the bar area, the waiter was nice enough and attentive however, both the waiter & bartender who came over to see how we were, their shirts were very wrinkled and dirty! We ordered steaks when they brought them over they are served on a piping hot plate, I ordered a filet, it looked unappetizing not barrel cut filet & definitely not what I am used to, I did not care for the grizzled flavor at all. We tried! read more

The steaks were excellent but there are zero good steak sauces... They offer you A1 for 75.00 steak or a fake Bernais sauce that tasted horrible. The "Family style sides" were a clown show! I couldn't eat the Au gratin potatoes and the garlic mashes had zero flavor tasted right out of a BOX! The service was very slow. This restaurant really made MISS FLEMINGS!!! I've always liked Ruth's Chris' steaks but this location is 0-2. Both times I've been, the steak was not cooked right and I had to send it back. I find the wedge salad to be a 1/3 of what a regular wedge should be when comparing it to other locations. The asparagus was not trimmed. There are many other options in the area for a good steak, salad and vegetable that are prepared correctly. The steak was finally fine once it was cooked but given the other comments above, it will be a while before I go back. read more

Food is not bad, but nothing exceptional either. The food and service are what you would expect from a mid to lower upscale steakhouse. Again, nothing to write home about. Went in to try this new location. Waited a few minutes for one of the three bartenders to notice me. -Asked for a wine list by the glass, bartender handed me a menu and said "wines by the glass are in the back". They weren't, I waited another 10 minutes and the 2nd bartender assured me that the wines by the glass where indeed in the back of my menu. He went to show me and saw that they had the wrong insert in the back of my menu. He brought me a new one and then when I was ready to order he started taking food orders from the couple next to me and ignored me. I walked out and ended up having a pleasant meal and service experience at Jupiter Grill around the corner. I will not be back to Ruth's Chris. Way too pricey for sub par service. read more

This food at this place is INSANE!!! My husband and I went here for our first anniversary and they personalized the menu (as I had hoped) and placed rose petals on the table, which was a thoughtful added bonus! We each ordered the Ruth's Manhattan. It was super smooth and the cherries at the end were like candy... so. good. As recommended by our waitress, Lydia, we each tried the bone-in filet with a complimentary truffle crust (so generous!) and shared the lobster mac n' cheese... I didn't know food could be so cheesy, buttery, and delicious. We finished it off with the bread pudding and cappuccinos... I wish I drank coffee like this all the time! All of the staff were incredibly kind (shout out to Carol!), periodically checked in to see how we were doing and wished us a "Happy Anniversary."
