He made excellent recommendations and checked back on us several times. The dining room is attractive, the tables are well spaced and the noise level was loud as most Palm Beach area restaurants. Our food was great: We split a wedge salad. It was crisp, well dressed with plenty of blue cheese crumbles and bacon, and it was quite large - easy to split. Went for their infamous happy hour. We arrived right at 3:30 when they opened and snagged four seats at the bar. Their bar seats are super comfortable, it's easy to sit there all night. The cushions are bouncy and cozy. We all started with a round of martinis, which were great. They also offer some warm bread with butter. The tuna tatare was okay. We loved the French onion soup. We usually dine at the Jupiter location on special occasions, with Christmas and Thanksgiving being two of them. Thanksgiving this year was very good, as they had an all-inclusive price and the food was pretty good, knowing it was probably all made in advance. Christmas this year was a little bit of a wake up call. Although, what a difference a year makes. We both had the 16oz strip's, split an appetizer, shared a side and dessert and had one bottle of wine. The service was great, as it usually is but the prices are really getting bad. We used to get out of there for around $200 but this time it was closer to $300. Add the tip and you're at $360! $69 for a $20 bottle of wine is a little absurd. I think Ruth's has one of the best Happy Hours around. The atmosphere is great and the service is always impeccable. You can sit either at the bar or high tops in the bar area to get the HH menu and prices. I prefer the corner of the bar so you can talk to your guest. Plus, whenever sitting at the bar, you end up engaging in conversation with some other patron. The driving reason to go to HH is actually the food. On my last visit neither of us were starved so we ordered the Ahi Tuna and Spicy Shrimp HH app. Both were amazing and filling. After the apps we split their steak sandwich and fries. Splitting it after the 2 apps was more than enough . One other secret is their hot bread. You need to ask for it but be careful. It's so good you run the risk of over eating it and spoiling your main dinner item. Lastly, they do make a nice Cosmo too, especially if,you have your own personal Cosmo card with your preferences. EVERYTHING WAS BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL!! From being greeted at the front door to the waitress Dana and the manager visiting us several times to assure our needs were being met. Everyone knew it was our 45th anniversary and acknowledged it. The restaurant is lovely in its calm and charm. Quiet atmosphere and the food was amazing!! They offer a special menu to allow guests to have salads or soup, the entree and dessert for a great price. Son and I started with a cheese encrusted onion soup which we found Devine! Husband had Caesar salad which was delicious and large! The men had the filets which one can have at either the 8 or 10 oz they both chose the larger with shrimp topping it all son chose the Brussels sprouts and Honey chose the garlic potatoes. The filets were cooked to each choosing to perfection! I had the shrimp and salmon entree. Side dish was the creamed spinach. I enjoyed it all thoroughly. Such a good go to place in the neighborhood. Bar was packed. Waited a little bit to get two seats at the bar but we came at the tail end of happy hour. Bartenders all very attentive and made sure we were next in line for when seats opened up. Wish I had their names. They all worked so nicely together. Celebrated our daughter's 36th birthday last night at Ruth's Chris at Harbourside in Jupiter and it was perfect. Our server Max was the best. He was totally attentive from cocktails to dessert. The food was delicious from the French onion soup to the melt in your mouth filet mignons delivered at the varied temperatures requested. And don't ask about the creme brûlée that Megan secretly wanted and Max just knew to bring it table side with a candle in addition to the divine cheesecake desserts that came with our meals. I ordered the house salad for $15 which was also good. My martini was ice cold and substantial and not terribly expensive compared to the steak. My table mate had the "Chilean sea bass". I don't know what it really was but she liked it for $46. The service (from Max) was very attentive and professional. The ambiance was fine, not too noisy, although it must be said there were not that many patrons while we were there at six on a Friday. More came in later. I've been here twice to the bar for a burger. They are VERY consistent and excellent. The hostess and the manager both warmly greeted my son and I. Jimmy and Zach do a great job in the bar seating. They are quick and attentive. Jimmy is very familiar with the menu as well as the kitchen and ingredients. I noticed how professionally and courteously he interacts with each of his customers. We asked for multiple sides (sorry about that LOL) and he was on point with everything. The berries and cream dessert here looked better than any other Ruth Chris we've ordered this dessert at. A HUGE disappointment for a new, established restaurant! Two of us ordered the salmon, which tasted as if it was retrieved from a dumpster. Both my daughter and I love Salmon and question whether we will ever be able to eat it again. My son, who was sharing a dish with me, along with another one, sadly agrees. I've always liked Ruth's Chris' steaks but this location is 0-2. Both times I've been, the steak was not cooked right and I had to send it back. I find the wedge salad to be a 1/3 of what a regular wedge should be when comparing it to other locations. The asparagus was not trimmed. There are many other options in the area for a good steak, salad and vegetable that are prepared correctly. My husband and I went here for our first anniversary and they personalized the menu (as I had hoped) and placed rose petals on the table, which was a thoughtful added bonus! We each ordered the Ruth's Manhattan. It was super smooth and the cherries at the end were like candy... so. good. As recommended by our waitress, Lydia, we each tried the bone-in filet with a complimentary truffle crust (so generous!) and shared the lobster mac n' cheese... I didn't know food could be so cheesy, buttery, and delicious. We finished it off with the bread pudding and cappuccinos... I wish I drank coffee like this all the time! All of the staff were incredibly kind (shout out to Carol!), periodically checked in to see how we were doing and wished us a "Happy Anniversary." Waited a few minutes for one of the three bartenders to notice me. -Asked for a wine list by the glass, bartender handed me a menu and said "wines by the glass are in the back". They weren't, I waited another 10 minutes and the 2nd bartender assured me that the wines by the glass where indeed in the back of my menu. He went to show me and saw that they had the wrong insert in the back of my menu. He brought me a new one and then when I was ready to order he started taking food orders from the couple next to me and ignored me.
