I entered, immediately the lady at the counter said i cannot have my dog inside, that's okay because it shows that they don't tolerate fake service dogs, but then i informed her that he is a service animal, she scoffed and said they all service animals and i said he's a legit SD and she proceeded to ask me "what's wrong w you that you need a SD" . I told her it is invasive to ask me what my disabilities are, bc wtf?? You can ask two questions and i encourage businesses to do so: 1 Is that a service animal required due to a disability? 2 what tasks are they trained to perform? There were two people that came up to me showing and telling me that she cannot do that and he is allowed inside BY LAW. Service animals are not required to have a leash on if it interferes with the tasks the animal does, and are not required to have any sort of identification on at all. It's hot outside.. i'm not putting so much gear on my dog for a 5 minute trip. Please get better, do not immediately judge someone and approach them with attitude, but instead ask the two ADA questions.
