Well we have not been in a long time, well worth it.. A warm welcome when we get to the counter, and very helpful. My ordered a double cheeseburger and I got a grilled to perfection hotdog. We got our food in a timely manner and hot and delicious, a fun place for families and friends and the food was what we needed and remembered. The location was clean and very very organized, the guy behind the line expediting was amazing and organized. Visited recently and had a great time. The food is more expensive than we're comfortable with, so we just go on special occasions. It's one of the few places we can bring our loud kids without being too disruptive to others. This place is also good to bring kids because they have shelled peanuts that they can open and eat while they are waiting for food, and also some paper and crayons that will keep them occupied before or after eating. The burgers and fries were outstanding as usual and one of our kids also ate all the hot dog despite being a picky eater. We got one large fry and were able to split it among all our family members by using the peanut trays. To be able to somewhat afford going, we all get cups of water and they do have lids and straws to go on them for the kids. The employees were also very friendly and nice to our kids. I like this location in particular because there is alot of seating and it is spread far apart. They also have a long table that can accommodate big families. read more

So I have had Five Guys tons of times but I saw a sandwich being advertised and never knew they even had it! The grilled cheese cheese burger!!! Well yesterday I felt like being a little unhealthy and decided to try it. It was amazing! It was a good grilled cheese sandwich with a burger patty in between. I got jalapeños and onions on the sandwich and it was A-1. If you didn't know they had this give it a try. It's just not a location I will ever patronize again as a customer. Not only is the food incredibly expensive, but the service is especially awful. As an FYI, I am directing my comments toward the woman who was managing the store in the late afternoon of 3/2/24. This woman's lack of regard for customers, who had to wait far beyond normal waiting times for their food, is an awful look for the brand and an embarrassment to ownership. To be clear, I work part-time for a food delivery service. You can always judge the quality of a brand based on how management treats their workers and their customers. The manager in question on this day was surly, unhelpful, and couldn't even apologize for the slow service. And this was despite the fact that there were only 3-4 customers in the place. Maybe the people responsible at Five Guys will make a better effort to train this woman, who clearly has no idea how to respect paying customers. Personally, I will never go back to this location for anything. There are better places for burgers with more reasonable prices, where the clients are treated with respect. By the way, check out the cost to buy a burger, regular fries, and a shake. It's $28, plus tax. Who would have thought dinner for 2 at Five Guys would cost $60 with tax? read more

Eaten here many times. I love their burgers and have never has an issue until this weekend. The issue was not a huge deal, but I still let management know via email. The Director of Operations emailed me back, was very concerned about how the issue happened, was very helpful and took care of the issue very quickly and professionally. WORST 5 GUYS EVER. They hire teenagers to answer the phones and they always get the order wrong and have a nasty attitude. Sometimes they don't even answer the phone. I don't know how corporate allows this location to be ran like this. Dirty tables they don't clean. Finally I had it one day and called because they got my order wrong for the 8th time and this time I complained. Spoke with a manager who was very apologetic and promised they would take d care of my order next time. That was May 20th. I didn't order for months after because of this incident. Today I decided to give them another shot and take them up on their offer to make good on my last order. I get a kid on the phone saying he's the manager by the name of Bryan. NATE and KEVIN! Ok so we all know Five Guys by now. But today these TWO GUY'S NATE and Kevin were the only two on duty. My favorite chain burger, hands down. Greasy, cheesy awesomeness. A no frills, order at the counter joint. Yes, expensive for what it is, but you pay for higher quality. If you eat here you may want to consider going on an all vegetables/fruits diet for the next week, but it is so worth it. The only suggestion I can add in order to maximize the greatness of the fries, is to eat them at the restaurant where they haven't had a chance to get cold and soggy in that paper bag. So with only 3 people in front of me to place their orders, I waited 32 minutes for 2 burgers and a small french fry, not counting the 15 it took to actually place the order. They have these boxes of free peanuts you can take. Very unhygienic. Everyone and anyone comes and sticks their hands in there. They should at least have a little serving spoon or something.
