My wife and I dined at 5 guys and placed an order 12:38 PM. Order received and missing my wife's hamburger. Notified Mgr. of missing item. Waited 30 mins and all the other food was already cold so requested a full refund. Manager denied request by saying the burger was almost done. After 45 mins it was done. No sorry no nothing. 45 Mins really? The store was not even busy. Too many other places with better service and food as this is unacceptable for anyone. read more

Me and my family was greeted by the cashier Tiffany . I have to say ,she is one of the sweetest people I have came across in awhile she made the whole family smile and was very knowledgeable about the menu. The service was A plus . We definitely will be returning. Great Job read more

NATE and KEVIN! Ok so we all know Five Guys by now. But today these TWO GUY'S NATE and Kevin were the only two on duty. They were flying around taking orders cooking bagging and getting everyone on there way! The burgers were cooked to perfection and the fries were second to none. I'm not sure how they did it but the restaurant was clean inside and out! Fully stocked! I don't know if their boss has any idea what Gems Nate and Kevin are but I hope this review gets them a few extra kudos read more

It's a bit upsetting when all other elements of a burger are on point, but the cheese is the overly processed, fake Kraft cheese. These guys run a tight ship. Clean location, always have the bathroom clean, you can even smell the bleach. They get your tasty burger out quickly, and are pleasant guys in general. I've been coming here for a while and have never had a bad experience, which means I'll definitely be back! read more

Five Guys - Deliciousness. - Burgers Near Me - Wellington, Florida

Ordered online. Selected 3:15 as the pick up time, when the order should be ready to go. When my husband gets there to pick up the meal they hadn't even started making it.. so he had to wait for them to make everything. Not sure what the point of having a pick up time us if the employees don't even pay attention to it. The place is dirt too, looks like the employees should clean. Food is good don't get me wrong just bad service. read more

Just so greasy. You come in, you come out smelling like grease. Burgers are not too flavorful. This last time we went they only had 4 people working. So with only 3 people in front of me to place their orders, I waited 32 minutes for 2 burgers and a small french fry, not counting the 15 it took to actually place the order. They have these boxes of free peanuts you can take. Very unhygienic. Everyone and anyone comes and sticks their hands in there. They should at least have a little serving spoon or something. Bathroom was clean and the person taking the orders was nice once you got to the front to place the order. read more

Burgers were good, fries were good and soft drink was the usual. Service was friendly and efficient. It just seems like $30 for two burgers a small fry and a soft drink is somewhat high. read more

Thank you from the entire staff at Wellington Regional for a wonderfully catered lunch during this difficult time! The meal was delicious and much appreciated! read more

The best burger spot hands down. Their burgars are charred on the outside and juicy on the inside. They also have Cajun fries, hotdogs, and milkshakes to go with your meal. They messed up my order alittle but lucky it still rated delicious! read more

PROS: Very clean restaurant. Easy access and parking. Very accommodating for patrons with disabilities. CONS: Dissapointed that they did not have a touch screen beverage dispenser. The cheese was not melted on my cheeseburger. read more

Hit and miss. Slow times? Great, most of the time. Busy times? Don't bother. A week ago, I had what is now the expected experience. (I am writing his after a trend of poor service. This is just one set of experiences) Friday night at this location means undercooked food and smaller than expected fry portions. They didn't even bother to brown my grilled cheese. The bread was still white, barely toasted and the cheese cold/unmelted. The burgers were not correctly topped. The fries, skimped on. We ordered it take out. Today when we asked them to toast my grilled cheese this time and explained our previous experience, they were less than understanding. Instead we got Coldly polite and clearly annoyed attitudes. But at least the grilled cheese was correctly cooked. At 11 am on Saturday. A non prime time moment. I should also mention we tip 20-30% when we eat out. We tipped $10 the trip they screwed up the former order. We did not tip for this order due to the attitude. We have eaten at other chain locations without complaint and also treated with friendliness and service that goes above and beyond. Most locations not only fill your get cup but happily overfill all fry cups in the bag. The Wellington Location however doesn't believe service is important during rush times. Quiet times, they usually follow the chain practices, during prime time? You're lucky to even get a fry cup filled more than halfway. Considering the price of their food for a normal order for a family of 4, you'd think they'd follow the chain policies and do their best to encourage repeat business. This used to be a guilty pleasure for me in my otherwise healthy, home made food life but no more. I'll drive to Palm Beach Gardens if I have a hankering for 5 Guys. Maybe someone with training authority will take the time to reeducate this team at this location about what customer service is and how to properly prepare food. Perhaps they will learn that policies adopted by 5 guys is not to be thrown to the wayside just because it's prime time. read more

While I do enjoy Five Guys burgers, I'm not quite as emphatic as many people because I have a few alternatives that I believe are as good/better (although they are also slower and more pricey). Regardless of the number of burger options locally, I don't believe any burger in the PBC area comes with a more *consistently* good french fries. I've had a few Shula Burger experiences with great fries, same with BurgerFi. However, none as consistently great as Five Guys. I also feel the Wellington location is a relatively good location compared to others I've ordered from. read more

Great place to stop by and get a quick burger with fries. A little greasy so any health fanatics out there this might not be the place for you, but other than that Five Guys is my favorite place to get a hot, greasy, cheesy burger. Oh and also the Cajun fries are mouy bein (very good)! read more

Five Guys - This is the life!! - Burgers Near Me - Wellington, Florida

A badass burger every damn time! Fries are also on point. Five Guys is arguably the best fast burger joint I've eaten at and they'll give In-N-Out a run for their money. read more

Excellent service and food was great! First time visiting this location. Very warm and friendly staff!

Terrible service the burger was ok however, sloopiest burger ever. I felt rushed while placing my order just like the burger when it was sloppily made. read more

The greasiest burgers and fries in town. All the toppings are free and it is fresh! It can get a little pricey, but it's worth it in the long run. read more

The staff wears masks for covid safety but doesn't wear hair nets... Sat down to eat while watching the fry cook run his fingers through his long curly hair, only to find 2 mixed in with our fries. No thank you, I would prefer not to have the same guy remake our fries. Management should have a better response for situations like this. read more

Absolutely putrid! The food was dumped into the bag like garbage, maybe because it looks and tastes like garbage. I wouldn't feed this overpriced sh*t to a dog. read more

Decent, but not worthy of the hype. Five Guys is a relatively new, slowly expanding national burger chain restaurant with a brilliant marketing model. The simple red and white checkerboard color scheme is catchy and alluring. The restaurants are always spotlessly clean and very spacious. As far as the food is concerned, the menu is very simple, essentially just burgers and fries but they also serve hot dogs as well. The burgers taste OK but they look really nasty, and like another reviewer alluded to previously, you just may need a Maalox soon afterward. Better than the large national chains, but also spendier. And what's the deal with the "All Toppings Are Free?" Aren't the topping free EVERYWHERE??? WTF! Fries are the real attraction here. Freshly cut in the store and among the best I've tasted. No need to order a large, the medium will more than suffice. read more

This is the fourth time this week we ordered pick-up and some experiences have been very good and some not so good. The pick up is quick and efficient and the food is sometimes very good and served hot. Yesterday we got two orders of small fries and they were not even remotely warm which is rare but every business has an off experience on occasion. It is very easy to order on line and get your sandwiches prepared exactly the way you want except they are all cooked well done w no choice there. Management may need to make sure fires are served hot on pick up orders as there is no excuse for cold fries on a store pickup. We stopped adding fries to our orders because of two days worth of unsatisfactory fries but the first day they were served so hot we could not eat them and that is optimum. Today I placed an order early for delayed pick-up and the four burgers were apparently prepared way ahead of time and were cold and virtually unedible when we picked them up. Also, cheese was placed on the sandwiches but it was not melted - looked like a refridgerated slice of cheese was added as an after thought to the four burgers.Their website and ordering process is one of the best and the prices are right but too many mistakes lately. New management needed or existing managers need to be trained to be more observant. read more

The first this I notice while I'm standing in line is that the cook has long hair and is not wearing a hair net and is speaking over the food ...I'm pretty grossed out ... I hope hair doesn't get in my food . read more

Gross, greasy burger. Kids couldn't even finish it, it was so nasty. Bacon tasted like it had been reheated and left out several times. Fries were good. This joint is not up to the level of quality you expect from 5 Guys. read more

Burgers, burgers, burgers, burgers, burgers. A great burger is supposed to make you smile when you take bit and the burgers at Five do just that. Made to order with a ton of topping options. And the fries, how can one forget about the fries. They are one part potato, on part oil, one part salt and ten parts fantastic! Just a tip, one order of fries is enough for a family of three so keep that in mind when you are ordering. The staff is fast and friendly and they are constantly keeping it clean. Add in the complementary peanuts and you have yourself one hell of a burger night! So run, fly, paratroop, crawl, I don't care how you get there just get there today! You need extra napkins just to wipe the smile off your face. read more

They got it wrong the first time and comped my next meal. My servers name was Timothy. Thank you timothy

It's good while you are eating it, but if you're like my husband and I and eat fairly healthy, you will either get a stomachache or be physically ill in the parking lot like he was. We aren't health nuts and we DO eat fast food. It's just that this place was REALLY greasy. The fries dipped in malt vinegar were really good though :) read more

Best burger! Great customer Service and quality food! Absolutely loved it! Great fries and big portions for very cheap!

Why does a customer who placed an online order 15 minutes out have to sit and wait an additional 35 minutes after arriving and it being announced that he was there? Several customers who walked in and placed to go orders were served faster. Amazing and so disappointing. Surprisingly enough no one even apologized for the wait. Secondly, why were one of the two burgers incorrect? I just don't get it. We'll schlepp to Foster's. read more

Great burgers & fries. All toppings are free. Everything's fresh, fast, and served with a smile. Good prices, great food.

Pretty good burgers! Ordered from my phone at www.olo.com; ready 7 minutes later!

No bacon on either of my little bacon cheeseburgers when I got home :-( Grilled onions are not the same as grilled mushrooms ..... Do I really have to open each burger and check it before I leave with my take out So disappointed with the assembly line, cashier got it right, he was great read more

Great burgers and great fries! Service is good and place is pretty clean. Kind of reminds me of In-N-Out.

Great greasy sloppy nasty gotta have a carne fix burger with american cheese and super fries!

Best place to get a burger in town. Yummy fries too! But if you have peanut sensitivities do not enter.

I've been a big fan of five guys over the years, this is the worst five guys I've ever been to. I ordered online, I got there exactly on the pick up time and was told that the food was not ready. They started preparing the food when I got to the register and on top of that, by the time it was done, the order was all messed up read more

Best burgers ever! Fries are awesome! I tell everyone I know that if you want a great burger, Five Guys is the place to go!

Five Guys burgers are always great. I just think the music was too loud and forced me to leave instead of dining in.

Service was fast, friendly and helpful. Food is good and affordable. I'm never dissatisfied.

I've been here a few times, my conclusion: Meh. Maybe my expectations are too high, maybe limp fries aren't my thing. It's ok, not terrible, but definitely doesn't live up to the hype IMO. read more
