My husband's fish and chips were inedible. Dry as a bone. They didn't include anything to moisten it. No tartar sauce, no vinegar, nothing. And his salad had no dressing. He ordered blue cheese. No sign of it. He had what was left of Dad's soup, which wasn't much. My husband called first because he was still hungry and tired from our travels to get there. As he spoke with the woman on the phone, she wanted us to come back and they'd remake everything. Uh, no. Then the phone disconnected. I called back and talked to Aaron, the manager. I think he already knew some of the issue, but I recounted it nonetheless. He didn't hesitate. He said he'd refund us. That was the right thing to do. I couldn't check my credit cards until we returned home, and I don't even see the charge, so he must have been able to cancel the whole transaction. At least he recognized that they'd completely messed up. If he hadn't refunded us, I'd have given them 1 star. 3 seems fair. We were SO disappointed, as we don't even have delis like this where we live, and in the past, we'd had better experiences.
