It was very busy, which I completely understand, but the woman taking my to-go order was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. Being busy is understandable, but it shouldn't affect how customers are spoken to or treated. The person taking orders is often the first interaction a customer has, and that experience matters. A little patience, professionalism, and courtesy goes a long way, even during a rush. I enjoy coming to Aioli, which is why I hope management takes this feedback constructively and is more mindful of who is interacting with customers at the counter.

Great tasting espresso with a kick, smooth and rich. They offer pastries from Aioli. We tried the coffee cake muffin, everything croissant, and passion fruit kougin mann. Staff is so kind, friendly, and knowledgeable in their craft. The shop decor is great and I especially love their loft area and natural light. I also shared the almond croissant which was delicious and flakey with the right amount of sweetness. My friend got a bagel sandwich which looked filling and delicious! We noticed lots of people coming into do some work and enjoy coffee time with family and friends. Next time I come I will definitely try the matcha and they offer several season flavors and drinks.
