This is one of the newer First Watch locations we have visited and has a large interior and outside, Waterside seating. We ordered our meals and water with lemon. The lemon never arrived and later when my wife decided she wanted a fountain beverage, after waiting 11 minutes, finally got up and asked someone by the check out for a diet coke. My Smoked Salmon Fritata with potatoes was good but lacking the vegetables as described on the menu. (It had a few onion slivers and one sliver of red pepper). We came for lunch and had breakfast instead. They offer breakfast all day, and as we've been to several of their other locations, I already knew I liked their breakfast options better. I got their eggs Benedict with salmon. It also had tomato. I left off the onions. Each poached eggs was layered on top of the tomato and slice of salmon on a piece of ciabatta bread. Hollandaise sauce was overall. The eggs were cooked as ordered and still hot inside, but everything else including the sauce was lukewarm. The home fried potatoes were hot out of the pan. We were hungry as it was late. The portion was large so I only ate half and had the other for breakfast the next day. It was much better with hot Hollandaise sauce, this time. Service was okay. Tuesday morning is always good with a brunch. There was a group of 6 people and we had a wonderful visit. The drinks and food were excellent and great company was had by all. The spiked lavender lemonade did the trick. It was a refreshing kick with the brunch. We split the cheesecake holey donuts with Nutella. I got a ham, cheese, and bacon omelet with home fries and a side of toast. Everything was delicious! Our waitress was wonderful. I recently moved to the area, with almost everyplace being new. On my birthday, a friend brought me to First Watch for breakfast. Great choice. Easy access flanked by multiple parking lots for several large chain stores. Located in a free standing building. Quickly seated by the hosts. Equally fast attention by servers. Coffee and tea delivered to the table in a blink along with very fresh pressed juices. Vast menu options of eggs, scrambles, sandwiches, pancakes, and French toast. Almost too many to choose from. Pancakes were thick and fluffy with fresh fruit. Glazed thick cut bacon nicely crisped. "Bacado" omelette with bacon, jack, and avocado cooked perfectly. Open atmosphere, plenty of table and booth seating. No delays, and no pressure to leave. Reasonably priced. Would certainly return. read more

A group of ladies had the pleasure of dining at First Watch for breakfast. Our group consisted of almost 30, so we were sat at 3 tables side by side. This location was very busy so keep it in mind in case there is a wait. The staff is friendly and does their best to accommodate for groups of any size. We were especially impressed with our server Tyler! Her service was exceptional. She was patient, knowledgeable of the menu, personable and calm under pressure. What a lovely breakfast treat it was my birthday treat, we had the pleasure of meeting Kathrine. She was so pleasant and helpful, I wanted iced coffee and I didn't realize that your iced coffee was already pre-sweetened with milk so she was very quick to help me to get the cold brew, which was absolutely delicious and I could sweeten it myself. I also grabbed the three taco breakfast chorizo breakfast with grits. It was absolutely delicious, and my husband had the steak and egg chorizo special, which was flavorful, and the eggs were cooked perfectly. We sat there and it has a great atmosphere such a lively place, and we noticed that everybody worked so well together as A-Team. In this day and age Customer Service is so important and everybody worked so well together, we met three or four people along the way. I understand that when it is that busy, it is just hard to keep up and things sometimes get forgotten, like toast with my meal and additional napkins, for instance. This morning, they had no ice, and we were served water that was cool, which was fine, but my husband's Diet Coke was warm in a can, which was not fine. Then the juice drink I ordered came out with ice and we were told there was some ice, but they were only putting it in juice and mixed drinks. Weird! I am not a fan of chain breakfast places, but First Watch sent 2 coupons to my house so I went. The coupon was for a BOGO for entrees. Table for 2 at 12:45 on a Sunday morning was a 7 min wait. You are able to give them your number, wait in your air conditioned car, & they text you when to come back. I really appreciated that. I hate loitering outside of restaurant like a mouth breather. This place is $$$ for a breakfast chain joint. HOWEVER, The food is amazing & the servings are massive. Half of every item we ordered is in to go boxes. The service is great considering there's like 100 people packed into this place. When you sit down- it's not that loud. It's super loud when you first walk in though. Single pumpkin pancake $8 - light, fluffy, sweet, without being overpoweringly pumpkin or sugary French toast entree $12 - delicious. Perfect ratio of milk to cinnamon to egg Side biscuits and gravy $5.99 - very very good & I love that they use turkey sausage. Don't know what happened here! I haven't been for two years but I used to love it here now the vibe is completely different. The diner area looks like a run down diner. I remember loving the bacon vodka Bloody Mary, this time I could barely drink it. I ordered the biscuits and gravy and felt gross after eating it right when I got to my car. I ordered my eggs with it fried and well done and the minute I touched the egg the yolk came gushing out. I waited a few minutes to get seated. Fresh and filling! Those are the watchwords that best described our lunch at First Watch in Wellington. Upon our arrival, we were pleasantly greeted and promptly escorted to a table. We were surprised to see that the restaurant was not even half full. The snowbirds have clearly flown north. I enjoyed a Parma Hash containing sausage, eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, cheese, and, of course, potatoes. The mix of ingredients was just right and the dish was very flavorful. It came with two thick slices of whole grain toast. I could barely finish my meal, but I couldn't stop eating it because it was so delicious. My wife had the breakfast quesadilla with chicken instead of carnitas beef. The dish included eggs, cheese, pickled onions, avocado and a not-so-spicy jalapeno crema drizzled on top along with a tasty corn and tomato salsa. The flavor combo was intriguing as the item had the Mexican influence one would expect in a quesadilla with the breakfast nuance associated with eggs. Definitely a winning combo. It was accompanied by a bowl of black beans. While the beans were good, they were floating in a bit too much liquid. The First Watch menu includes several seasonal items, with the current seasonal line-up featuring the quesadilla and a brisket hash with shishito peppers. All the more reason to keep visiting First Watch throughout the year to enjoy freshly made items from their fresh menu. We appreciated that our server provided a pitcher of water for the table so we could refill our glasses without having to wait for him to return. They open at 8 am which is not early in my books so I had to hang out until they opened. The server was very nice and there wasn't many patrons coming in so the service was great. The cook did a very good job. No complaints at all. Parking lot had lots of empty spaces and inside looked clean. I'd return for another breakfast. read more

I've been to the First Watch in Royal Palm Beach a couple of times. Overall, the food is tasty and consistent with other First Watches that I have visited. Their juice beverages are great such as the Watermelon Wake-Up. You can't go wrong with the sides of bacon or the Millionaire's Bacon if you're feeling fancy (or decadent). I have had their omelets and their breakfast sandwiches. Both are good and will satisfy your appetite. I have been there during a late morning weekday and on a Sunday early afternoon during brunch hour. Obviously, if you go during brunch hour, there will be a wait if you want a table unless you're lucky to find seats at the bar, which is both indoor and outdoor. Our server Kris brought us coffee quickly while we studied the menu choices. I ordered the Farmers Stand Breakfast Tacos and My wife ordered the Eggs Benedict Classic. The tacos are served with black beans but you can opt for home fried potatoes. The tacos were recommended by our server Kris and they were a very good choice. I love the food here! I typically get the Healthy Turkey with the mixed greens. The lemon vinaigrette is amazing! I love drizzling it on the main dish as well. The service today was pretty good. It's really hit or miss- we travel all over the place for track meets so we eat at First Watch all over the place where ever there is one.
