We been coming to Nick's for years. Always fast friendly service and great breakfast options.

Nick's is a nostalgic nook of comfort classics. Dig into perfectly cooked eggs and crispy hash browns served by a smiling server---you'll meet all employees as they greet, serve, refill coffee for every diner----they are not territorial! Enjoy the fifties music and leave filled!

3.3. Server was excellent, super friendly and good. Food was just meh. Salad and Caesar wrap were dust okay. Nice old school diner ambiance/vibes.

Diner vibe. CHECK! This diner is a great stop for a classic diner meal. We had a great waitress who got right to the point, got our order in and food on the table. No frills. I had the patty melt. It was fantastic. Greasy, crispy, and cheesy! We tried an chocolate egg cream, which was just ok. Glad we tried!

I placed my order and 5 minutes later I was served. They asked me literally the moment I sat down if the could get me something to to drink. The waitress stopped to take my order. They must pool tips for everyone to give such excellent service. The diner has a 50's theme with neon lights. . There is a grey and red color theme through out. They even have a soda bar with stools. There was 50's music playing. It took me back to my childhood. I had the spinach and Swiss cheese omelet. There were at least three eggs. Wheat toast and hash browns. They offered to refill my coffee while delivering my tab. I have to remember this place. I will return.

This place certainly is reminiscent of the diners I grew up going to up north- there are many options on the menu. Started with a warm biscuit served with butter- very good then settled on Eggs Benedict which was a special. Although the eggs weren't done to my liking (too well done) I'd definitely order the dish again - the English Muffin was toasted to perfection and the Home fries tasted fresh and crispy. Our server was very nice and the ambiance is festive like an old arcade.

I've been hunting down a dinner that did the Monte Cristo. The best versions look like a meat and jelly filled French toast that is fried to a golden goodness. When I found it on the menu I bookmarked this place to try it out. Lunch hours are busy. The parking lot requires some patience and there's a wait to order because so many call on orders and they attempt to get hot orders out quick. The venue is cute but not fully 50's (they accept credit cards). The service is pleasant enough and food plates are packed. I had a few options with sides but decided on fries since I would be mostly eating in traffic on way to a meeting. Fries were good but the the sandwich left a lot to ... it was dry but not crispy and no real favor. It lacked the sweet and lacked the savory. I found the meat too thick for the sandwich. It was a meaty basic sandwich. Coworkers that in plaza agreed. While the Monte Cristo fell short the patty melt with onion rings was so good we didn't even take pictures. Cheesy goodness that fits in your hand and thankfully they shared. I'd return for that now.

so this is a very cool looking diner, and the staff is pretty wonderful. There are two dining spaces, so even if there's a weight, it will be very short. The menu is pretty fast, the pictures and descriptions make everything sound amazing. I wish I could say the food matched the descriptions, but it was just OK. The dishes are definitely 50s era size, so don't expect huge portions. We tried a little bit of everything breakfast, and while nobody complained, I can't say it was exceptional.

Wow, this place has some ambience. As you walk in you definitely get the 50s diner look with neon signs and pictures of performers from the era like Elvis Presley. Came on a Sunday after church and the place was packed at 12 noon. We had to wait for a table about 15 minutes but that's not a problem. Our server was exactly what your picture of 50s style place. I ordered a tuna melt, which I hadn't seen on the menu in quite some time, with french fries well done. My wife ordered a turkey wrap also with french fries. My daughter spoke up and before I knew it we ordered a chocolate egg cream. This is a very unique soda fountain drink that they made quite regularly in the 50s. It was very unusual and good, but I wouldn't say exceptional. An older gentleman sitting next to us told us a story about drinking them when he was a boy in New York City. Very entertaining. Anyway, my food was served, and I have to say that the tuna was not only delicious. it was just the way I remember. My wife said that the turkey wrap was delicious and that the turkey was like fresh roasted turkey that they sliced and put on the wrap. The french fries were crisp and delicious and we had a wonderful time talking about Nick's diner.

Cool place for breakfast, prices reasonable, service quick. Do be aware gets busy during prime time. 50's vibe is ok.

I come here almost everyday for either breakfast and or lunch and I'm never disappointed. Good food, good service and plenty of easy parking.

It's not easy to find a good diner in South Florida, especially a 50's themed diner with the ambiance, food and service we found at Nick's. Parking was easy in the lot and we got seated immediately in a booth. Our server was friendly and both our coffee and food came out very quickly. The restaurant must have expanded because it has two sides both with 50's decorations and a counter on each side . I was happy with my half order of biscuits and gravy with a poached egg. The biscuits were homemade and the gravy had a lot of flavor. My friend ordered a breakfast casserole. She enjoyed it but could only eat half as it was a lot of food. Prices were fair for this area and we would come again when in the neighborhood.

Upon walking in we were greeted immediately & seated straight away. The ambiance is that of a 50's retro diner. Ok we went in around 12:00 We totally explained to our waitress who was very pleasant that we were starving before we placed our order. The place had people dining & there were plenty of extra tables still available. It was not crowded at all & the wait was painfully long. Our order was very simple & nothing to rave about. A monte crisco, short stake of pancakes, hash browns & a side of bacon. Honestly after the longest wait we found out None of the breakfast or the coffee is worth rushing back for. Food was Certainly not worthy of pics.

I got a box of 6 pastries for the family. When I tell you everything is made from scratch and your taste buds can tell, I mean it. Here's the lineup: passion fruit kouign-amann - give her the 10s. This was hands down the best pastry we got. It has a nice caramelized crust (like a croissant) that balances the passion fruit filling's slight tartness. Seriously, try it. orange olive oil cake (loaf) - ok, the candied orange on top is DELISH. The loaf is moist, not too sweet, and the orange zest really gives it a flavor close to a loaf I had in Santorini! Vanilla bean custard: tastes like a pastel de nata- an excellent one at that. This filling is silky, creamy, and dreamy custard. Carrot cake croissant: this is like taking a bite into the fall season. Great croissant, and the filling is literal carrot cake with cream cheese icing. The spice profile is so warm and cozy. Raspberry hibiscus vegan bundt - I loved that you could really taste the floral note with the raspberry. I can't believe it's vegan! It is just as soft as the olive oil cake. Raspberry cheesecake danish: It's good. The raspberry jam is clearly made fresh (peep the seeds in it), cream cheese layer pairs well with the jam. But it falls short relative to the other pastries in the box.

I've have been salivating over everyone's sandwich posts that have been popping up all over my social media and now that i have been here it is easy to see why this spot is so beloved. Buccan Sandwich Shop is part of the Ember Group's collection of restaurants led by Chef Clay Conley and his partners, Sam Slattery and Oliver "Piper" Quinn. In 2011 the team opened Buccan, a fine dining restaurant in Palm Beach. In March 2015. Members of the Trump family, Michael Jordan, Martha Stewart, and Travis Kelcoe and Taylor Swift have been spotted dining there. In 2015 the original Buccan Sandwich Shop next to the restaurant on South County Road opened. It was inspired in part by Conley's college days and quickly became known for its gourmet sandwiches and salads, the signature beef carpaccio sandwich, and the decadent chocolate chip cookies. Eventually the sandwich shop concept made its way to West Palm Beach. In February 2023, the second Buccan Sandwich Shop opened as a takeout window next to Conley's former restaurant, Grato, on South Dixie Highway. Free street parking is available which is always appreciated. More recently, in May 2026, the Ember Group opened a third Buccan Sandwich Shop alongside sister concepts Buccan and Imoto on Miracle Mile in Coral Gables. While the beef carpaccio sandwich may be their top seller, I was in the mood for meatballs. The house made meatballs are adapted from the ones served at Grato. The meatballs are packed into a fresh, crusty baguette with marinara, pesto, and gooey melted mozzarella. It was an Italian dream fulfilled. You can order the sandwiches on their own or upgrade to one of their adorable lunch boxes for just a few dollars more. The lunch box includes your sandwich, house made potato chips, a chocolate chip cookie, your choice of beverage, and a pickle. All together it makes for a hearty lunch. There's no seating at this location but a grab a box for your next gourmet picnic. There are several parks nearby where you can enjoy your meal outdoors. For a takeout sandwich spot that has been here for several years, Buccan is still very popular, and the line can get pretty long depending on when you visit. Pack your patience because the wait is worth it. I loved my meatball sandwich and lunch box and look forward to working my way through some of the other sandwiches on the menu.

I just want to touch base about my most recent visit to Lenora's. I've been to this location about three times. This is the location on Dixie Highway. They have open air seating, which is really nice on most evenings. This particular evening we arrived about 30 minutes before they were scheduled to close more like 35 minutes before they were scheduled to close at 10 PM. It was a Friday night. We ordered a pizza and the rigatoni with mushrooms and cream sauce and I wanted to add a piece of salmon to it. After we sat down, my boyfriend's pizza came out in about seven minutes maximum. It was piping hot. The cheese was kind of sloppy and all over the place. It didn't really look like it was made with love. But he said it was good. My food however, took about 20 to 25 minutes longer than his pizza did. He was done eating his entire pizza before my food came out. That's never a good situation. They could've at least warned us of that, or let us know that that would be the case if they didn't realize it until they started making the food. There were only two other tables there. Once my food did come out, the salmon that I added for protein was almost $15. Obscene! I could get almost 3 pounds of salmon for that amount. It was maybe a 6 ounce piece maybe. And when they brought it out, it was raw in the middle. So I had to send it back and that was not met with a positive attitude, even though we brought up the issue with a very positive attitude despite having to wait almost 30 minutes for me to even get my food after my boyfriend had finished his pizza. They brought the salmon back and when they returned it, the employee was very pleasant and asked if I wanted to check it first. I ended up eating half of the pasta and packing the rest up to take home because by this time it was a few minutes after 10 o'clock and we didn't want to sit there as the only table left when we knew that they were obviously ready for closing time. One thing I must say is that I think divine intervention kept me in a great mood because they played my favorite journey song, they played my favorite song of all time, which is Tears for Fears. Everybody wants to rule the world, and then they played Bob Seger, who is definitely the artist who would've been my boyfriend or at least my celebrity crush had I've been born a few years earlier. Anyway, that's me giving it to you Straight No Chaser. Enjoy!

I was a Jon Smith virgin...until today! Can't tell you how many times I've passed this place heading to and from West Palm Beach/Palm Beach island. I thought it was mostly another cold sub place (which they have). Didn't realize steak is their thing. They do it well. You really can't get this quality of meat at other fast food spots. Had a footlong classic (steak, onions, cheese, mayo, + shredded lettuce). Was delicious. The meat tastes fresher and juicier than Subway. The bread/meat ratio was good. Came out quick. Stayed hot on a 20-minute drive home. FWIW, the seating/ambience is uninspiring. Seems pricey at over $15, but I definitely enjoyed the sub. May now try another sandwich or two, and the supposedly "famous" fries (claiming to be better than Five Guys?). Anyway, glad I finally satisfied my curiosity.

I had a wood-fired pizza from the specials menu which was delicious and perfectly cooked They also have a great wine list and a solid cocktail menu, so there are plenty of options no matter what you're in the mood for. The cocktails were amazing (the one with Desert pear and compari - i dont remember the name - was exceptional). We got the grilled carrots appetizer and clams. Those. Carrots. Perfectly charred, incredibly delish. The clams more than made up for the subpar mussels I had elsewhere the night before, too. My husband got the BBQ pizza and was very happy - both for dinner, and for the next day's lunch. I got the chicken parm, and also had plenty for a large lunch the next day. (and the green beans that came with were also JUST the way i like them - not overcooked, garlicy, and delish). Zero complaints. We won't be able to navigate a second visit this trip, but would 100% put it on our to-dos the next time.
