Believe it or not this was my first time visiting a Ruby Tuesdays. I have to do that at least this particular place was disgusting. Extremely dirty everywhere , the tables were sticky. Place my ordered got my salad n when i open my napkin with the silverware a small roach was alive in there. I killed it n ask waitress to show the manager. Manager said it was not a roach but a fly, but my daughter and I saw it distinctly it was a roach. Manager continued to argue with me that it was a fly. They offered me a dessert for my troubles. I will never eat there again. As not so much for the roach but for the attitude of the manager to argue with me what I showed her n without making a seen. Went to this Ruby Tuesday this afternoon to get a salad bar to-go. I stood there for about 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. It's not like the place was busy. The bar tender was helping another gentleman get checked out but still never said I'll be with you in moment or any acknowledgment whatsoever. A guy comes from the back and says " are you placing a to go order?" Not a hello, how can I help you?! Sheesh. Ok, so I tell him yes. He walks in the back for another 10 minutes; then finally comes back for me to pay him! I was a lil annoyed but good thing it was my free birthday gift from Ruby Tuesday but if I was a paying customer with that service, no tip for you rude people. It was ok nothing special but what pissed me off was they want tip on the tax I didn't realize this till I got home I called and the manager stated that yes you tip on the total bill well as for someone who eats out 3 to 4 times a week this is a first the suggested tip is always pretax it wasn't much but im not tipping on the state of Florida tax will not go back just because of this manager and yes I told what he could go do. read more

I went to Ruby Tuesday's today to have a salad bar. The company has reduced the salad plate to the size of a dessert plate. My salad was $13. it is advertised online that the salad plus soup or a baked potato would be $9.99 on Mondays. The waitress never told us about this special, and when we asked the manager about the special, she said we would have to go online to see the discount. She also explained that the waitress was not allowed to inform us of the $9.99 salad bar with baked potato and/or soup. I always looked forward to eating at RT however, after this event I have no intention of returning there to eat. read more

We thoroughly enjoy their $5 specials for club members on Tuesdays. We even take advantage of them on vacation in Palm Beach. This location met the usually high standards of Ruby Tuesday we enjoy. The berry lemonades were refreshing and free refills. The garden bar was fresh and well stocked. The burger and fries was cooked to order. Makayla was friendly and efficient - always right there if we needed something or to bring refills, but not hovering or disappearing. We highly recommend this location!!! read more

Well...hubby was looking forward to the salad bar. It did loook fresh. He ordered the endless soup to with it. The second bowl wasn't delivered, by our server, until AFTER she, our server, brought the bill. Go figure! My lunch was just so-so, if that good. I ordered 6 oz. Sirloin. It was gristly. DEE IS AWESOME!! We really like visiting our local Ruby Tuesday for the great salad bar and we have always had good food and good service...but tonight our visit was special. My husband really wanted the salad bar but has a broken leg and is walking on crutches. I started out trying to get his plate and mine when Dee, the salad bar attendant, asked if she could assist. So sweet and pleasant and helpful...and patient since hubby wanted some of everything! She helped for each trip up and made sure we were doing ok. What a blessing she was! read more

Even after hearing that numerous RT locations had closed, my friend and I stopped here after meeting for a movie as it was all we could find near the theater. Were I in the habit of making predictions, I'd predict this location is next, along with any other surviving Ruby's. I give it 1 star because the young host and our server were both so kind. My friend had the salad bar, and it was pretty sad looking. Salad is not my thing, but I've seen salad bars that look enticing even to my fat ass, and this wasn't one of them. We also agreed to share the appetizer of loaded potato chips. You know the small, single-serving bag of Lays chips you can get with your Publix sub? Halve that amount and you'll get the size of this appetizer. Possibly made for 2 hamsters. The indignity of paying $33 (that included 23% tip) for bland salad, 10 chips with cheese and diced tomatoes, 1 Lemonade and 1 draft beer was enough to send me into a funk the rest of the day. I will never spend my money at this location again. I walked in and sat at the bar and ordered a drink, proceeded to tell the lady that I want to place an order to go. She stated that I would have to place the order with the to go gentleman. Which I didn't have a problem with. So after about 10 minutes of sitting at the bar finishing my drink. A man sits at the bar and orders a drink and proceeded to say that he wanted to order food to go. The bartender at that point takes his order and evidently forgot that she just told me that she could not take my order. I asked to go gentlemen for the manager. The manager comes out and I explained what happened.. The bartender apologizes but followed with "he's my regular customer". I stated to her how am I supposed to know that's a regular customer and that it was rude for what she had done. The manager gave his dry apology and tried to explain . Not sure if we received the items from the Black Menu but the steaks were dry, minuscule, and cold. The ribs overcooked and dry. The 5 boneless chicken wings appetizer seems ridiculously priced at $13.99 (?). The drinks are 80% ice with almost no taste of alcohol. The server was polite and friendly but you can't help but to wonder how could he not know and be a part of the substandard level of the food he is serving. The bourbon chicken was incredible, it was cooked just how I like it, and the sauce was really good. I could tell the vegetables at the garden bar were quite fresh. I really enjoyed how much variety there was. The loaded baked potato was amazing. It's hard to make a standout meal with such a simple dish, so the chefs are doing great work. Service was quick, and genial and very polite. They were accommodating when I asked for no bacon on my baked potato, since I don't eat red meat. All together, it was really great dinner. read more

Went to this Ruby Tuesday on Wednesday night with my girlfriend. The service was great and food was good. We both got the salad bar and different pastas. It was all good until about 4am the next morning... I've had food poisoning before but nothing like this! We both have felt absolutely terrible for almost two days now, coming out of both ends very violently. We have narrowed it down to definitely coming from the salad bar since that's the only thing we both ate that day. Be careful! read more

You know you have a problem when you walk out of a restaurant and you tell your family to stop and take one last look because we are "never" coming back. These chain restaurants are missing the mark. From the service to the food I was disappointed. Listen! I understand prices have gone up and I don't mind paying money but I do expect to at least get some of my money's worth. I can't explain what went through my mind when i was served a $11.00 hamburger which was the size of a "slider". To me this was a complete rip off. Mind you the server we had was also working the bar and she was moving so fast between us and tending the bar that she absolutely made us feel not so important. Not her fault and I don't blame her. Came back after bad experience 3 years ago. Would not have been back but.... Same experience. No hostess. Waitress was fine, but only employee we saw for first half hour. Food was good, but took forever to get to us. COVID era. Salad bar open, but no policing of it. Numerous customers used it without face masks or the gloves that were provided for them. Most customers moved about with no mask. They sat people at tables all in the same area. Understand FL is now at 100% capacity, but if not crowded, how about you separate by a table or two? read more
