I did have to repeat my order several times, so I do believe the staff may be a little new to food service in general. There were a lot of staff working in the main dining room for it to have been so slow. As for the food, I was significantly overwhelmed by all the options on the menu. I decided to go with the elotes off the cob and the empanada flight (steak, chicken and buffalo chicken). The empanada flight was so delicious! I could only finish two of the three, but I thoroughly enjoyed the third one today at work. They weren't only crispy, but the filling was flavorful, and the portion size was great. We told the waitress, who took the plate back, but the manager came over and insisted that what I'd eaten was a Choriperro, not a Hawaiian hot dog. Despite me explaining that I'd already eaten the Hawaiian hot dog, she argued and refused to replace my husband's order with what he originally wanted. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the manager returned to our table carrying a tray with an uncooked regular hot dog and a Choriperro to "teach" us the difference, as though we were clueless.
