I was craving a salad. After seeing their ads we stopped by here when we were in the area. They have a large menu and lots of specials. Many of their food items include salad. We got the "garden bar" as our entree. You can make as many trips as you desire. You just need to get a clean plate each time. There were a lot of possibilities to try. I prefer to do a small sampling then go back to enjoy more of the items I liked best. As far as proteins, there was chopped ham pieces; eggs; feta and cheddar cheese; edamame; chick peas; bacon bits, too. Plus a plethora of vegetables including artichoke hearts, corn, and beets; cucumbers and onions; red and green peppers; two types of lettuce; I'm probably forgetting more items than remembering. There were lots of different salad dressings, as well. I chose the French/Catalina one. Dessert for me from the bar was the mandarin oranges. I think they also had some sort of ambrosia. We felt it was a good value. And in an anticipation of returning in the future, we even downloaded their app to build points towards free meals and spiffs. read more

Wow. It's been a minute since we've been here & honestly the only reason we went tonight was because we received $50 in gift cards. First, the place was empty. Staff were great, host very friendly, waiter very attentive. I had the soup & salad bar & the salad bar is clean, fresh & the only reason I agreed to go. The broccoli-cheddar soup, barely warm. The cheese on top wouldn't even melt. My mate got the 5-cheese cheese steak & said it was okay, but very small. The kicker was when we ordered the boneless buffalo wing appetizer to go. OMG, check my pics. They seriously charge $16.89 for this!?!?! That's $3.37 per nugget. I'm sure if we had ordered it there, it would've been on a huge plate with lots of lettuce, maybe some carrot & celery sticks.... Seeing it for real was depressing. Especially since it's probably just 5 frozen chicken nuggets. The place is dirty & falling apart. Idk how they stay in business quite honestly, or how they had so many stars. Ruby Tuesday isn't what it used to be. This place has terrible service, it's run-down and the food sucks. The booths are old and the vinyl on the seats was cracked in most booths (see pics). Our waitress had a mask on, which I would assume she was sick or trying not to get sick. There was no welcoming from her and with the mask we could hardly hear her. My girlfriend ordered the catfish meal and boy was that a mistake. Same with me, I took a chance and ordered fish & chips. My girlfriend said the catfish tasted like old frying oil and only ate a little piece of it. My fish & chips was kind of dry, and the French fries were dry, like they were old. The waitress abandoned us and we had to wave her down to get a drink refill. After the waitress took our check it was a while waiting for her to return with the total and she miscalculated our bill, over-charging us. Not going back here again. read more

Got the endless garden bar. The garden bar felt fresh for the most part. The grapes were a little mushy. I mostly wished that Ruby Tuesday still had the flatbread crackers they used to have...having just saltine crackers isn't that exciting. The service was fine. Every single time I come here I walk away happy !! Sara Y assisted my friend and I to a booth ! Great specials as I choose endless salad bar and hamburger for $10.00 n my girlfriend choose the endless salad bar and baked potato same price $10:00. This salad bar they offer has just about everything you need to add to your salad! Many selections of dressings ! Only thing I noticed is they don't have eggs to add but considering the price of eggs it's understandable that's not offered. Still a great salad bar for the price . Everything is clean ! Sara Y. When we arrived, we were waiting at the front for someone to seat us for about 15 mins until we had to leave and take our business elsewhere. I found myself in the Wellington area yesterday and me and my wife always had a fondness for Ruby, Tuesday upon entering at the height of lunchtime. There was only about four tables we were seated, and ordered my wife, had a bourbon glaze salmon with zucchini, which she said was excellent. She truly enjoyed it. There was barely anyone here at 9pm on a Friday night. I was skeptical when I saw the place. The floors remind me of something out of an old movie with its tile and is just not welcoming. The service and the food was very good. The food at this location is always good. We had two full orders of ribs with original bar b que sauce. One came with grilled zucchini and the other with mashed potatoes. The ribs were excellent. We were in and out in no time. Ruby Tuesday's has been known for it's endless salad bar. It had been several years since I had dined there. We were in the area during lunch and stopped in. To my surprise they added even more items to the already extensive salad bar. I ordered the soup and salad bar combination. The vegetable soup had a lot of flavor and was loaded with a variety of vegetables. I had the peach flavored tea which had actual peaches in it and quite refreshing. I cannot speak for any other food on the menu but can recommend the salad bar, everything was fresh and plentiful. We sat at a high top in the bar area, but had a floor waiter for service. Both the bartender and waiter we very attentive and friendly. As previously mentioned, the location could use an update with their appearance. Arrived on a Tuesday afternoon after the movies and we were delighted to discover the special Tuesday pricing on select sandwiches! The salad bar was fresh with lots of variety. I ordered the blackened fish sandwich with onion rings and there was so much fish that I ate the portion that was hanging out of the bun, and took the sandwich home! However, everything was clean and otherwise functional. Every staff person I encountered was smiling and nice, and - most importantly - did not seem stressed. This reflects admirably upon this establishment. I ordered the Smokehouse Burger: cheddar cheese, applewood smoked bacon, barbecue sauce, and crisp onion rings. It tasted good and was cooked the way I ordered, with no skimping on the toppings. I also added on the endless salad bar. The selections are wide, although most of it probably came from a can. I did enjoy making my own salad, and it tasted really good. Although I started my salad out so small, the toppings grew and grew into a small mountain. Oops! My children both had mac n cheese, which they pointed to from the very easy to understand kids menu on the back of the coloring page they were given. It was not kraft from a box, which I appreciate. They also shared my french fries and some veggies, beans and fruit from the salad bar. Altogether, the coloring page and the various finger foods kept my kids entertained way longer than I expected. Our server was friendly but service was slow, by the time we got mayo for our burger it was cold. She had the dining room and bar at the same time. Got a very dry and overcooked triple prime cheeseburger that we ordered medium. We just ate it and lesson learned. They don't get the basics of food prep and quality control in my opinion. read more

Been here many times I enjoyed getting the salad bar. It's one of the few restaurants I still have salad bars and it's a great value. My favorite server is Lauren. She is very nice professional always attentive to her customers to make sure that they're happy and they have everything they need. So, this is one of the few places with a salad bar. I stopped by to pick up two "to-go" salads. I was directed by the nice young man that greets you in the lobby to go to the bar and order. So my granddaughter and I went to the bar. I'm standing, she's climbed up on a stool. The "bartender" was busy mixing a drink. One man was finishing his meal, another person was seated at the bar, but she left after several minutes, I believe she may have been an employee. The bartender never once acknowledged our presence. She took the mixed drink in the back and I never saw her again. It's been a while since I "worked" customer service, but protocol could not have changed to this. "I'll be right with you", "Someone will be right with you" "give me a couple minutes, something...the nice young man came to us and said that he would get the to-go containers so that we could begin making our salads. After making my granddaughter's salad he appeared again, "Can I check you out now?" Really? First I was ignored, now I'm being rushed. I said , no, I'm not done. When I finished making my salad, he appeared again with the device to take my payment. It seemed very obvious to me that I was not to return to the bar as previously instructed.
