Ohhh boy!!! Where do I start... Let me start by saying I really love the small businesses that just nail an order. This one sadly doesn't make the cut. Tried it based on reviews but we were disappointed There's plenty of parking right out front. They do offer inside tables or take out. Ok so we ordered Ribeye platter Cooked Medium and I agree with Barbara J's review lol but seriously Meat was horrible & dried out Salad & fries were ok We couldn't eat the meat We ordered a side of Falafel The outside of the falafel was well done but the inside was basically on the raw side & baklava was not moist & gouie kinda dried Service was on the quick side but resulted in a bad outcome Inside was appeared to be ok until I looked closer & noticed ants marching along the back of the soda fountain. I recently visited Souvlaki Fast in Royal Palm, and I was thoroughly impressed! The service was incredibly fast and friendly, making the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious--everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Whether you're in the mood for a quick bite or a full meal, this place is a fantastic choice. I'll definitely be coming back for more! Only thing that surprised me is that they don't sell lamb souvlaki given that is a big part of Greek food and their name means skewers. The Good - The food is delicious! No question! Really good food! We order online and use UberEats for delivery. The Bad - on two of our 3 orders they forgot the baklava! They charge us for it but we don't get the dessert. Ubereats was good enough to give us a credit toward our next order but not this time. And at almost $$5.00 we feel cheated! I don't get it! Why can't they fill the order?? Since we can't depend on getting the food we order we'll probably end up going somewhere else! It's a shame the food is so good! read more

First visit to this restaurant. It is located in a strip plaza with close, ample parking. Upon entering, I was greeted by a friendly cashier and two other employees preparing the food. You can view the cooking area which was exceptionally clean. There is a small area with tables and chairs for the dine- in option. I ordered the salmon gyro, traditional meat/lamb gyro and a one of a kind cheesecake baklava for take out. The portions were generous and the flavors were spot on for a gyro. The food was fresh and delivered fairly quickly during a semi lunch rush. It was hot and traveled well to eat at home. I was glad to have discovered this place and will definitely return for my next gyro craving. The prices were appropriate for the size of the meal. My guest enjoyed her gyro. I ordered beef souvlaki and a chain saw could not have cut the meat. The salad was fine as were the Greek fries. The staff was pleasant. Some of the bench seats were badly ripped but the restroom was very clean and nicely equipped. MI have never been a fan of this place, but my family and friends enjoy it so we go frequently. It is almost always busy, so I'm sure my opinion is a minority one. I like Gyromania and the GreatGreek much better. My favorite is Chris's Taverna but that's a whole other price point and a different kind of venue. Souvlaki Grill is clean and organized and the food is fresh, just bland. Avoid the beef souvlaki and you should be fine. read more

Thursday, 6/13/2024, Approx 7:00pm EST: I went to pick up an order and was given two bags, one that was properly tied and the other had 2 containers of food. The bag with two containers of food was not tied tight enough that when I walked to my car it unravelled and dropped to the ground causing the top container to spill all the chicken out. I took the bag back to the restaurant and told the girl working the register what happened. She says something about there's still food in the container as if it was okay that food had fallen out. I told her and pointed towards the chicken sitting on the ground outside by my car. She told the girl who may be a supervisor about the issue. This so-called supervisor started debating with me that she double-tied the bags and that it shouldn't have fallen. I told her again that the bag untied while I was holding it by the loose knot she tied. She then tells me if this happens again they won't be able to fix this order. ITS STUPID 3OZ CHICKEN IF THAT MUCH!!!!!! She would rather be right than fix the stupid problem! I didn't go back into the restaurant to blame her, I went back in thinking she was professional enough to just fix the problem! People like this shouldn't be working with the public. Another thing that made the entire situation more unbearable was people inside the restaurant eating and watching this whole showcase happen. IT'S EMBARRASSING!!!! AND OF COURSE THE BLACK GIRL GETS THE BLAME! I went back to take a picture of the chicken that was left on the ground after her poor effort to tie the damn bag correctly the first time. The attached picture was taken a little later and shows the chicken had been crushed by moving cars. On Friday night it's pretty busy but we were able to order and find a seat. The restaurant is very small maybe 20 seats. I ordered the Gyro and the french fries which come with feta cheese all over them. You order your food at the counter and they take your name, first name only. Somehow they called out my name and another person with the same name came up and picked up our order. I knew it was mine but I didn't want to be confrontational and he took away the order sat down and began to eat it. Then they called my name again and when I walked to the counter I was sure it was not our order. Anyway about 10 minutes later they had remade my order and brought it out to me and apologized for the mix up.
