We were seated immediately. Ordered our drinks appetizer and food. Appetizer came quick but when we asked for extra plates, it felt like an eternity. Waited so long that we had to ask another waiter to bring some plates. Food took forever to come...waited at least 25 minutes. People that arrived way after us were receiving food...seriously. when our food finally arrived, only half of it was correct. We told the waiter what the error was and it took another 20+ mins to receive the right item. Figured they would speed it up our something but we were wrong. Oh wells. read more

Typical Franchise Family Restaurant. Service is good enough and food is the same. Nothing fancy! Went here because we had a gift card to use! Great beer specials though....that's the only reason this place gets that third star! read more

THERE WAS A PUBIC HAIR COOKED INTO MY BURGER! I had already taken several bites of my burger and as I picked it up off my plate to take another bite I noticed a short, thick piece of hair sticking out of the meat. This piece of hair resembled a piece of pubic hair! I immediately showed the burger to my friends and they agreed that it looked like a pubic hair! I showed the waiter and she got the manager who offered me another burger.. REALLY?! Do you honestly think I would another burger cooked by the same cooks who made the first one?!!! I will NEVER return to this ruby Tuesday's EVER! This was a disgusting experience that left me paranoid all night. I kept thinking all night about whether or not there was hair in the pieces of burger that I had already eaten. I hope this place works on their hygiene and starts washing then hands and wearing gloves or better yet just close down! It's better than serving food with pubic hair in it! read more

Terrible service! We went on Thursday nite and waited 35 minutes for a table (seems reasonable), we waited 15 minutes for our first contact of a server to order drinks and our order, took 10 minutes to get our water and draft beers (which was warm), another 20 minutes to get our burgers and then when we got our order two things were forgotten. We asked again and never got it in the end. They cleared half of our empty plates and left the other half another 45 minutes until we left. Of the last 45 minutes, 25 of them was waiting to pay. This place is ridiculous! I would be more understanding if it was busy, but it was half empty. read more

Not an especially spectacular, but solid. Good burgers, decent steak, though I'm not a fan of their chicken dishes. The wait staff is friendly and listens to your order and requests, but don't generally seem to go out of their way to assist. A decent choice for a sit-down dinner if you live next to JBPHH, but if you have the time and energy, another option would probably be worth the drive. read more

I've eaten at this restaurant several times but Father's day was the first time we ate here for breakfast. My daughters family arrived early, ordered, and received their meals before we arrived. Their dishes looked great. My daughter had ordered their Fresh Corned Beef Hash Skillet. It looked great and I've had it at other Ruby Tuesdays and it tasted great at the time. I ordered this dish again and it WAS NOT WHAT I KNOW IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN. The first time I received this dish was swimming in butter and oil. The meat was mostly fat and there were no potatoes. The vegetable were barely cooked. So our server asked the kitchen to make another. I appreciated that. The second time was not better, even with the potatoes now. Still had the fatty meat as well as chunks of fat. My poach eggs were unevenly cook. One was perfect and the other was overcooked both times. This dish has a disappointment and I lost my appetite. I'm not even sure if I will order it again EVER. This dish should not have had all the liquid in it and I know what hash should taste like and this was NOT it. Whoever that cook was, they need to re-learn how this dish should be properly made. Thank goodness the server took that charge off of our bill. However, I would have just liked to be able to enjoy breakfast with my family. Good thing it was a special occasion or I think I would have stayed and talked to the manager. That is how bad it was. read more

To begin with the front hostess was a smart alec, real snotty. Then we order and our iced teas were sour. Spoiled tea, which means it had been sitting awhile. On the upside the waitress was real good, food just average. read more

Depending on the type of staff you get what you never know shows the inconsistency of this Ruby Tuesday's. I say this because you'll either get an excellent steak or fish dinner or you will get something that is not even cooked and just came out of the wrapper. read more

Currently here at this restaurant, I've never been in a more unfriendly and unprofessional establishment. Sat down about 15 mins ago I ask our waiter if they had any type of ale he said no, as he left I saw the menu and behold they do have ales. I went to the bar and asked if they could make me a snake bite the bartender just looked right at me smiled and ignored me. If it wasn't for the fact that I'm here with friends I'd leave this place. It seems the only ones who stayed around us were the flies. Get knowledgeable and a more friendly staff. read more

This rate is mainly for our server, her name is Hauoli according to my check. It didn't take long for us to be seated because it's just me and my sister, but it took forever for server to take our orders. What I don't get from the team of workers is that there are others who could've attended to us and we see them just standing by, but we have to wait for this specific server to get our order. So she took our order, we order an appetizer so we expect that to come in sooner. Another looong wait, and when the food arrived- no appetizer! I may look like a patient person and she definitely took that for granted. She didn't apologize and someone else brought out the appetizer. I would describe it as she's giving me attitude all night and suddenly became so nice when we have to pay! She took advantage of the fact that we were so engrossed with our conversation. To end, we had two plates to go. And she nicely said, I'll pack these things for you. She came out with one bag, it seemed like there were two things inside. We didn't check. She was being extra nice in the end, I realized now that it's for the tip. When I got home, lo and behold, she didn't pack my food! I would go back for the food and would make sure she's not the server! read more

they suck. they dont compensate for over an hour of waiting for our food. after an hour of waiting, 5 of the 8 people in my party finally got their food. when the 3 of us finally got our food, the 5 were already finishing up their meal so we decided to just take out. when we got back to the office, the 3 that took the plates back to the office didn't even get plastic forks, knives, and napkins. the average price of our meal was about $20 and i have to tell everyone that it was not worth it. the next day we were more satisfied w/our take out plate lunch from another food service location that only costed $9. **two thumbs down for this ruby tuesday location** read more

This was the worst experience I've never had at a RT. I ordered fries before anything else. They came out on a huge plate but they were cold, I informed the waitress she apologized and said she was going to get more. She came back with a tiny plate and the fries were still cold. She took them back aswell. She rhen brought out the smallest plate of fries. I asked if she had a menu for the allergens and she looked at me like I had two heads. I then asked if she knew I if the California pesto had milk or eggs in it l, if you have the butter sauce removed. She came back and told me the manager said it was dairy free. I asked for a allergen menu again, which then she offered one. The Pasta dishe does have dairy. So I ordered just the veggies and pasta. The bowl was only a third full. The veggies were mushy and not well coated with the seasoning they used. It looked like it was microwaved and they just cut the bag and poured them on top. The sweet tea tasted like it had either been sitting there since the morning shift, or the person who cleaned it did an extremely poor job. I work in the food industry so I'm all about being understanding but this was ridiculous. read more

We went to this location tonight, server named "Hauoli" sucked beans. Very rude, sarcastic and had no customer service whatsoever. This is the last time we be going to this location. She touches our plate with her fingers to move it to the side. Like really? how unsanitary and gross. She had an attitude when handing over our check. Took forever to give us back our change. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE BE GOING TO THIS LOCATION FOR RUBY TUESDAY AT MOANALUA SHOPPING CENTER. read more

I came here regularly but this place went south. First off, I ordered a drink and the server informed me that it contained alcohol. Ok. What kind? She said "alcohol." I ordered wings. Dish came out with no celery sticks. I asked why. Server said, "I don't know. I just work here." Ok. I inquired about the crab cake combo. Server said, "We don't serve that anymore because it was too expensive." Ok. I don't know what happened to this place. It used to be good. I wouldn't recommend this place. read more

The food here is always good. The servers are always very friendly. My only issue with this location is that every time I eat here with my family we order off the kids menu for my son. The kids menu comes with a drink and dessert. For some reason every server I have had has never offered the drink or the dessert. I have to say "Doesn't his meal come with a drink?" or "Doesn't his meal come with a dessert?" Customer service could be improved with a simple "His meal comes with a drink. What kind of drink would you like?" or "His meal comes with a dessert. Shall I bring that out now?". Something. I shouldn't have to ask for something that I'm paying for. read more

While this is the best Ruby's on island and better than Zippy's, Sizzler, and Chili's, it's not that much better. I usually end up ordering one of the chicken sandwiches or one of the burgers, and occasionally the salad bar. I don't eat mayo and for some reason every single sandwich or burger has the garlic mayonnaise. I always tell them to hold this condiment and they always serve it on my dish in one small metal cup. The fries come with a couple ounces of ketchup which is also served in the small metal cup. For some reason Ruby's is skimping on ketchup, maybe this is how they save money? The salad bar is okay, and if you order just the salad bar it's $12.00, and to me this is not a good deal at all. I can go to any store and buy for this amount of money enough produce to make a few salads, which would be better quality that what they offer. If you look, you will see some of the clientele handling the tongs, and there's no way I want to handle those same tongs, due to the soiled mitts the salad bar patrons possess. I've had most of the burgers and they are at best average burgers that anyone could make with beef purchased at Foodland or Safeway. A few better burger places would be Stuart Anderson's, Kua'Aina burger, or Kiawe Grill. The Counter would qualify at about the same level as Ruby's, due to the extra lean meat they use, it is not juicy, it's too dry and flavorless. I would recommend only if all other options are out. read more

Horrible food. Ordered the chips and salsa with guacamole for &12.50 and it was canned processed salsa. The chips were ok and guacamole was fresh. My wife ordered fish tacos and it was 2 star at best. I ordered ship pasta for $20 and it was a horrible value. Small pieces of shrimp and I ended up eating it cold because this pasta dish for $20 does not come with bread. I had to order plan white bread toasted and buttered for another $1.50. Horrible. Just horrible. Daughter had an over priced fried shirmp and fries. This place was way over priced and the food was way below average. We had a great server. Nice guy with a smile and very courteous. Cool memorabilia on the walls but wished they worked more on their non-burger foods. I hope the burgers are good. I will never know because I won't return on my dime since I dropped $72 (the $12 tip included, it wasn't our servers fault about the over priced below average quality food). I would only return if the company paid or someone gave me a gift card. Lol. read more

Always good for a couple beers and a quick bite. Friendly service and good wait staff, defiantly my corner bar for Salt Lake!

I'm giving 2 stars because my wife enjoyed her pasta dish. BUT, my worst food experience at RT, period. Burgers were not seasoned, not enough sauce on the burger, mac & cheese was horrible with the macaroni being way way overcooked. The sampler platter was not that, rather, it was more like a sad appetizer, all food was over fried. I cant say enough bad things....every dish was poorly made. My next stop is Chili's and i gave them 1 star. read more

Normally the service and food are great, this was a new location we visited at the Moanaloa Shopping center. In the begining the service was off to a good start. We ordered the spinach dip-delicious For an entree I ordered the Teri-garlic rib tips. My niece and mother both wanted chicken strips and fries and all three of us added the salad bar. Chicken and fries came out great but my Rib tips were incredibly dry. as soon as I took a bite, it felt like eating jerky string , not tender and definatly overcooked. I tried with a fork and knife to see if it was just the one rib but in fact all were tough and stringing and very noticably so. I showed the server and she asked if Iwanted a new one but I lost my faith in them so I asked for a menu. The manager came by unsolicited but we let him know. He said, those ribs are bad. And doesn't recommend them. I felt that was unproffesional, as a manager he should be standing behind the food the establishment offers and simply put more of his efforts into quality control. The server eventually took my order for the ahi sandwhich. And when it did eventually come out it was tastey. My mother and niece are slow eaters so I ended up finishing before they did. However while I was boxing my ahi, the server brings the check and takes my mother and nieces food which still had fries and chicken on the plate, my mother is recovery and her voice is very weak so she couldn't yell loud enough to stop her, I got up and ran after the server but she was by an employee only area so while I still had her in my sites I saw the manager and asked if he could stop her from throwing away the food. Minutes later at our table our server came back and said she might be able to have them fry two pieces of chicken but that she said we looked done. This again was rude and they had more than just two peices of chicken left each plus fries, did I mention she also took my nieces salad? The bill came and no one offered compensation and as we left we said to the manager this was a bit rude, Both the Manager and the server Named Ashley P began to laugh at us. Just Unbelievable, worst experience to date at a restaurant. shame on you moanaloa ruby tuesday . read more

Ruby Tuesday's policy of not sharing food is stupid! I share with my wife everywhere, after bariatric surgery I eat half portions. My wife ordered a burger with salad bar, I was going to eat the salad. Server said you can't share, she ordered so she can't give me the salad. I told the server, it's my order then, I'll give her some burger, he says, okay, you can do that. Haven't been here for a year because they keep telling patrons not to share, probably won't be back for another year, maybe never. read more

I've never walked out of a restaurant due to lack of service until now, and I'm a very patient and understanding person. We were seated on a Thursday night, about 4:45 pm. It wasn't busy by any means. We waited for 20 minutes and our server still hadn't come by the table so I went to inquire with the hostess. A short time later our server came by and we placed our order. She brought us our drinks and that the last we ever saw her. No refills, no food delivered, it was about 50 minutes later when we walked out. I explained to the hostess why we were leaving and just received a blank stare. No apology. Nothing. I will not return here again. I just read the reviews on Google and I see the owner reply to the terrible complaints, but nothing changes. Do yourself a favor, eat somewhere else. To the owner: Your managing staff are not doing their jobs. If they're not doing their jobs, neither are you. It's such a shame because this restaurant could really be something. read more

Friend and I went in around 3:30 . Apprehensive as a last visit at another location ( over 4 yrs ago) was a bust. Greeted and seated immediately. Right away our waitress ( May) took our drink order and asked if we had any questions. Really surprised that our entrees were super good( yes..pretty jaded with these food chains). We ordered full rack of ribs, and boy was it a full rack, and they really did fall off the bone( sorry but Tony Roma's still the best). Other entree was chicken stacker; two chix breasts with bacon, shrooms, cheesy cream sauce. Meals come with two sides or one side and all u can eat salad bar. Loved the salad bar but...messy counter and some stuff missing. Our table was in vies of salad bar and not once did any staff wipe up spilled items. The worker guy that came to salad bar was nice and apologetic about missing stuff. The star of our visit was waitress "May". Soooo on point with service. Checked in but did not hover or disappear. Total asset to this place!! Will return. read more

I came here a few months ago for an office lunch. I remember the waitress being beyond slow. I thought it was because she was new, or maybe because we were sitting outside. But, regardless, it took forever to get even water... Even longer for her to take our order... And getting the bill seemed nearly impossible. Well today, I went back. The waitress looked familiar, but I didn't catch it until she disappeared for 20 minutes here and 20 minutes there. She is by far the worst waitress EVER! How she gets by, blows my mind. What makes it even worse is I think she's actually trying to be a good waitress but can't even manage that. I may return, cause the food isn't horrible. Why they charge so much for food is beyond me (i.e. $23.00 for chicken during lunch)... But if I do go back, and decide to pay unreasonable prices for food, and they happen to seat me with that waitress, I will not hesitate to ask for a different section. Tip: if the kitchen is taking a long time prepping meals, don't ignore your table completely. Also, be proactive, when rice is being served, offer shoyu before the meal so we're not waiting an extra 5 minutes after waiting 50 minutes just for food. So simple. I shouldn't have to ask the hostess for coffee cause I've waited 20 minutes for you and you're no where to be found... Such a crap experience. read more

Normally, Ruby Tuesday has left me with an impression of having the WORST service ever. However, I visited here last Saturday and was pleasantly surprised. My fiancé and I got our table and we waited....we waited....annnnd we waited. Obviously I was getting impatient and thought to myself.. this is why we don't come here..because we waited for so long to put in an order for our drinks and our appetizer. When one of the waiters passed by she asked if anyone helped us. I told her no and she apologized and took our order. This is when things got exceptionally better. The manager then came by and apologized and even comp'd our appetizer! On top of that, the waiter apologized again and introduced us to our new waiter since she was heading out. After that our food was really good and came out really fast. read more

Stopped here to try the Pretzel Burger heard good things... Seated fairly quick for a sunday night... Noticed the lighting in the booths is terrible here...
