We had a rough experience with two young men who worked in the establishment, i mean this in no racist way but the young asian man came up to us and told us that he got an anonymous tip saying if we don't know what the lyrics are don't sing which in our case we were vibing so it didn't matter, another young black man had came up to us right after it was our turn to sing and had said that someone else wanted to sing and we asked politely if we could just do one more song and then we would head out, he then proceeded to tell us the customer he was giving it to was his mom and obviously we are going to let him take it but he ended up giving it to another group of people which we had no issue with there was just no reason to lie, those two young men were also galavanting the entire night and definitely not doing their job. The girl who had dressed as Kim Possible was an absolute sweetheart we had told her our experience and she humbly apologized on their behalf and she was so understanding about everything, her customer service was an absolute 10/10 definitely going back for the vibes, her and just to spite those two boys. Owner was also amazing he was running around everywhere trying to find his staff and was very helpful throughout our entire night.

It has an upscale feel without feeling stuffy. The atmosphere is relaxed, everything is extremely clean and well maintained, and there's so much more to do than I expected -- golf, karaoke, electronic darts, a crane game, food and drinks. The private golf rooms are huge and set up for different levels and types of golfers, and they also have karaoke in the rooms where you can simply pay per song. You could easily come here with golfers and non-golfers and everyone would have something to do. The food and happy hour are fantastic. I had the pork nachos, Maui onion salad and a dirty vodka martini, and my entire bill was under $40 during happy hour. For Honolulu, especially with this atmosphere and level of service, that is an incredible value. And the food was genuinely delicious. What impressed me most, though, was the staff. Koi was an absolute sweetheart. She paid attention to the little things and showed a level of care that you don't encounter everywhere. I was recording some content for social media, and everyone was incredibly accommodating. At one point I was getting warm in the corner where I was sitting, and Koi immediately offered to move me to the other side of the restaurant so I would be more comfortable. She was constantly attentive without hovering, and you could tell that she genuinely cared about my experience. Kino, the bartender, was also wonderful -- very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. He took the time to show me around, explain the different golf rooms and answer my questions rather than just pointing me in a direction. That kind of service makes a huge difference.
