The thoughtful follow up and willingness to revisit the situation after so much time meant a lot. This kind of customer service goes a long way, and I'm glad to see the improvement. Very local feel, clean, casual, non pretentious. The acoustic system here kicks major ass for karaoke, although I have no idea what is being sung. It's all fun though.
